Rebirth: Son Of Lucifer - Volume 1 Chapter 4

James slept for the rest day happily.

Once he had woken up it was already around 12 pm. He got up and went outside. Walking up to patch of grass and crouched down activateing Mana Blade. He lowerd his hand and it went right threw the dirt effortlessly. ‘ok step 1 check, lets try something stronger.’ James stood up and walked over to a tree trying to push the mana blade into it. as he alpplied pressure it started to cut into it but only barley with alot of resistance.

‘Ok so Its not too sharp yet, but if I practice enough it should get better…I shall now claim this tree as my training tree.’ all day he stood there slashing at the side of the tree with very little scratches going into the bark but nothing too deep.

*bing*

*Mana blade has reached lvl 2 and therefore its efficiency as well as sharpness rises slightly*

He tries one one more time but this time it digs about a 1/2 inch into the tree. thought this did very little as it was at least 12 feet thick, it was definitely improvement.

He sat there for a moment next the tree as his mana was drained causeing his body to feel tierd.’well that was pretty good.’ His mana flow started to regulate itself again and it made his body cool off.

‘great…’James passes out cold on the grass.

After a hour passed James sat up half asleep and stretches. Starring out at the lands he thought about how hes lived until now. ‘Maybe I should interact with people….’ James considered this deeply before going inside and approaching his father.

“Dad”

“Yes?” He looked over from his desk and put down a pen. ‘I might as well ask this now.’

“Can I go and live in the human realm?”

“Why”

“well, its less dangerous for me right? Also I can make alot of friends with out anyone haveing to worry right?”

“..” Lucifer was caught off guard by this statement. He never saw James think in this detail of things as he usally was to lazy to go do anything with people. But mainly that he brought up a few good points, James would be able to live semi-peacefully for at least a bit until he was older, and this would spare the family time to work on their own affairs. “Ill think about it”

“Thx dad” James responded with a cute smile. Then running back to his room and cultivateing in his room all night as he had already rested abd wasnt tierd.

Morning came and James small body had changed slightly. His body had a little bit of definition to his muscles but not a lot, however he could feel as his body was much lighter and comfeterable. ‘stats’

James sat there stareing at his stats for a moment. ‘I think my stats should be fine now for awhile. now I neec to worry about skills, and living a actual social life…’

The next morning…

His door opend and James looked over access his room eyes blurry due to just wakeing up. “hello?”

“Ill let you go there”

“huh..” James sat there until ice cold water splashed his face and he fell off his bed.

“what the hell”

“you up now?

“yes..”

“ok get ur stuff together, youll be leaving to the humans realm.”

“K ” James Imidiatly got up and packed his stuff which wasnt too much he wanted to take with him. He grabed a few shirts,some pants, his red hoddie. Putting them all in a bag then going into the main hall.

After being greted by a naid he was informed hed be living with a human family who would belive that James was their kids brother. James didn’t comment on this but it also didn’t really bother him.

He was then quickly telepted to the human house adter walking through a gate made by the maid with her magic.

James looked around the room he was in currently, it was probably about 30 ft by 30 so it was big and it had two beds in the room, one of which had a kid sleeping in it. James walked over to the empty bed on the other side of the room, ‘ok so i guess this will be my half of the room.’ Putting his stuff in his bureau and then laying in his bed thinking about how he will now get to live a life with a family but also have a brother that he will actually get to meet. He was excited as you could expect of a kid whos been told they have a new sibling.

James wondered what the next while will be like for him in his new life.
