She didn’t notice the set eyes of a person, who was watching her from a far. Aeinshia continued to stroll and finally reached the garden, where she saw Lucia’s pottery equipment still there.

She chuckled when she thought how the small girl helped in finding her way. She was thankful to her. She made a mental note, to thank the little princess and gift her something she would love.

In a way, Lucia, almost set Aeinshia’s mind at ease and showed her a way to get over her darkness.

Peter was following the princess to the garden and saw her stopped at the entrance, seemingly at gazing at something. He craned his neck to see, what the princess found so entertaining.

Peter gave up, when he didn’t see anything. He sighed and debated, if he should approach the princess or not. He didn’t know what to do, with this situation.

Peter, after he was dismissed by the Emperor, to take rest, remembered he still had to send Evan a message about the well beings of the Princess and he decided to head here and see for himself.

When he reached the quarters, he noticed, the Princess Aeinshia mindlessly wandering in the hallways of the quarters. It was not that she was going to hit something, but she seemed to be oblivious of her surroundings and was just roaming the halls, with the help of her subconscious memory.

Peter debated on calling her and greeting her. And, tell the reason, for his presence here, when he should with the Crown Prince. He figured out, that the Princess would be happy, to know that the Prince, her soon to be husband was caring towards her, to leave his personal aide for her, without caring about his safety.

But, now seeing the princess, so lost in her own world and thinking about something very deeply, he didnt want to disturb her. He finally. understood, what Evan was so worried about. He unconsciously smiled at the observations and thoughtfulness of his best friend.

When, Evan was forcing him to stay behind in the Palace for the security for the Princess, Peter didnt like it. At all. His duty was to protect the Crown Prince, and he was be in forced to stay here at the Palace, when he should be accompanying him to the East.

Don’t misunderstand him. Peter cared about all the members of the Royal family. All of them, at some point stood for him and supported him and he would be always grateful for that.

But, he didn’t think it was appropriate to leave his main duty and stay at the Palace for the security of the Princess, who was the lover of the Crown Prince.

But, now as he sees the Princess, so lost and stressed about something. He thought, maybe she was struggling to tell some problem to everyone. And, Evan left him here, to observe her closely, because she wasn’t being herself.

Yes, the gaurds were there all over. But, they were always not available. Like, the times as now. The Princess was alone and wandering around in the garden and hallways Alone. Anything may happen to get, because she isn’t attentive to her surroundings.

Evan was worried for this exact reason. He knew, even if Aeinshia was concentrating on things other than him, she was still attentive to her surroundings.

But, before he was leaving, he noticed that unusual behavior of her. Evan had observed Aeinshia enough, to make out what her mood would be like and she she stressed out about something.

And, that’s the exact reason why he left Peter behind, because he couldn’t trust anyone in the Palace, better than Peter. Evan knew his security was important, but he could protect himself, with a huge part of army and a General accompanying him.

He didn’t know, but he and a gut feeling, that something wrong was going to happen to Aeinshia and the only thing, he could think of was leaving his most trusted man behind, for her safety and be behind her every minute.

Peter finally decided, that he better not disturb the deeply thinking Princess. He just had to report to Evan what was going on and if Aeinshia was safe or not. There was no need for extra communication.

More so, he would be leaving in the morning and even if he tells her, he was sure, that Aeinshia would be disappointed.

‘I would be leaving anyway, so there is no reason for me to say anything to the Princess. Besides, I don’t think, that Evan would like that much.’ Peter thought to himself and chuckled silently.

He then, backed away as silently as possible, so as not to alert the princess. And, quickly made his way out of the princesses quarters and saw looked up at the sky.

The sky seemed to sad and gloomy. The sun was shining bright, as it was still little time after the noon. But, oddly the sky was seemed dull and sullen.

Peter frowned at the bizzare thoughts, that were running through his head. He wasnt poetic or into these kind of things,but suddenly he was thinking about the sky being dull, despite its bright shine.

Peter sighed and looked at the ground. From his peripheral vision, he coukd see the security surrounding the quarters, were looking at him, trying to make out what he was up to. Peter grimaced a bit, when he realized he might look some crazy person.

His face was becoming red from the things, that cane to his mind and he began walking towards his room, she something caught his eye.

There he saw a butterfly, flying across him. He was reminded of the old man, he met at the Festival. He stopped dead in his tracks and looked at the butterfly, with wide eyes, as if I was some traitor, invading the Palace.

Then the words echoed in his head.

‘Butterflies indicate change.’

‘But, what kind of change? I don’t think there is going to be change in my life. What if something was going to change in the Palace? Or with the situation in the East?’

Peter’s eyes widened, looking as if they would fall out, if he widened them anymore. This realization, made adrenaline pump in his veins, as he took off to check around the Palace, go the updates.

The sky darkened a bit, even if it was noon. Maybe it was gloomy, because everyone, were misunderstanding the signs, that the nature to them.

But, nature or any mighty force can only give out thw signs. It was the duty of the humans to understand and follow their gut feeling, that would be definitely pulling at them.

But, humans were never smart than the nature, who created them.

Aeinshia roamed in the garden. She looked at the flowers, that were in the bloom and some were still small buds, waiting for their turn, to show their colors and scent.

She suddenly was reminded of the gardens, Evan modified for her. Nahia gardens. Now, that she thinks of that, she thinks its kind of funny name, but what matters are the feelimgs and Evan had pure intentions in gift in her that.

She smiled at the thought of the Prince, who captured her heart, with cold yet very caring and loving personality. She was glad that she was able to feel his love, at some point.

She wasn’t expecting anything great from Evan. Just love and understanding and support from him. Which, she always got. But, she could never return it to him.

Despite, all of this, he was always there for her. Even from a distance and she failed to understand his intentions and heart and love.

She was so busy, searching and expecting something, Evan couldn’t give her and she ended loosing everything she got, chasing an illusion was something sweet she would never get.

Aeinsuia closed her eyes, as she lost herself into the memories they shared. In the past and in the present. They were her precious gifts. And, she was looking forward, to make more memories like that, with her Evan, with her one and only love.

Aeinshia smiled and looked at the sky, which was oddly, changing its color now. But, Aeinshia payed no mind to it and walked to the door of the garden.

She had many things to do. Aeinshia managed it come up with a plan, that would benefit, in every way. Now, the only thing left was the permission of the Emperor.

Now, she had to figure out a way, to convince her uncle and let him Allow her to go to the temple, with minimal security. And, she also, needed him to spread some rumors for her.

She was going, not secretly, yet well- planned and will catch those, who dared to have a thought to play with the Princess Aeinshia Rutz of the Seazle empire.
