Reborn princess: I will change my ill-fate - 166 Chapter 166. Her plan
“You b**ch! You dare to hurt me?! You don’t know what you are messing with foolish girl. Just you wait, I’ll show you how the hell would it feel to experience when you are still alive!” Black Rhino screamed on her face and Sana refused to let any sounds or words get out of her mouth.
Nathan’s chuckle could be heard from the front and Black Rhino looked up to see, “What is so funny? Hand over this b**ch to me. I’ll take care of this one.” He said, anger still prominent in his tone. Nathan understood, she triggered the beast in the man and simply nodded his head.
It doesn’t matter who does, as long as the task given is done.
Nathan turned around and smirked at the still unconscious figure. He slowly made his way towards Aeinshia, like a lion who slowly corners its prey for the day. A hungry and predatory look in his eyes, made them look darker than ever. Well, to him the girl who came along the disguised princess looked beautiful. So he didn’t mind allowing his subordinates to complete his part of work as he got someone to his liking here.
Suddenly, Aeinshia started shifting, resulting her cloak to move away from her face slightly, showing her hair and beautiful face. Nathan stopped in his tracks, not moving an inch, as he stood there in utter shock.
“Black hair~” Nathan stopped in his tracks looking at Aeinshia.
He is sure about what he saw. It is black hair and only royals have black hair. He can’t be mistaken about it again and again.
He has to analyze the situation first. He had to see what is the condition of her, before confirming his doubts. They were made into fools again by this little princess. He really was amused by this little princess thoughtfulness and wondered, what tricks does she hid under her sleeve to make him and his troop to stand in awe.
” Dear princess, you wish to play with me, then it is only good if this master takes care of you right? ” smirking as such, he went near Aeinshia.
He knew that drug won’t wear out immediately. The drug is quite peculiar. It kicks in its effect after sometime of consuming. The first symptoms would be dizziness and numbing of senses. Then, it would slowly knock the balance in the person’s body and lock their body for a while.
If the person manages to get up after falling unconscious, the drug’s effect would be decreased by half. Only the brain part would be active. Their body would still be locked or slow in the movement, however their senses would be working, with the sight would be a bit of a blur.
However, high dosages of anything might harm the human body and this drug is not any exception. A small quantity of it may help one to cure at a faster rate, and at the same time the same drug can cause one’s physical state to deteriorate to the point that they can’t actively use their body and brain like before till it’s effects were lost inside the human body. And regular intake of this drug may result the person to enter into a living dead state.
Aeinshia tried to move her body, but it was heavy. She felt like she was stuck under a mountain of rocks. She could feel the air hitting her body, but she couldn’t lift up her arms or move her legs. Her sight was going in and out of focus. Her head was spinning and ears slightly ringing.
She attempted to move, but it ended with her only wiggling a bit. She tried her best to move, while her brain was processing what was the place she was lying in. All her attempts were going in vain, as she only managed to wiggle a bit, from her place.
She was face down on the ground and this was making it even more difficult for her to get up. Suddenly, there was flow of light and she shut her eyes from the brightness. When, she opened them, they were blurry and she tightly shut her eyes and opened them again, but in vain, her sight wasn’t clearing much.
But, her ears could catch someone chuckling. She tried to turn her head. With great effort, she managed to flip on her back and looked at a face, while trying to get up on her elbows.
A man was standing directly above her. With a not so good intentions smirk painted in his face. He seemed young and the face was familiar to her. Aeinshia frowned trying to match the face with something in her memory. But, that caused a pain to shoot in her skull and she clutched the back of her head and closed her eyes.
Then, an image popped inside her head and she snapped her eyes open and opened them wide at the realization. Nathan, who was standing over the princess, which he now figured out, smiled widely, when he saw the expression she had.
“So, princess Aeinshia finally recognized me. Its an honor, I managed to be in your memory despite, you being in intoxicated state, when you met me. I’m flattered by this honor.” He spoke, while slightly bowing.
Suddenly, they could hear, multiple footsteps coming their way. Everyone present there, looks at the way into the trees, from where the sound came and was still coming.
Aeinshia tried to sit up, but the pain in her head was preventing her from doing that. She closed her eyes shut and bit the inside of her lip, trying to make her brain work. She had to get hold of herself. She can’t let this happen to her again. She can’t afford to go through all this pain, again.
She managed to sit up in the place, somehow and hanged her head low, in an attempt to reduce the pain. When her ears recognised loud cheering, she turned her head towards the sound.
The man, who was hovering over her just now, was being greeted by a group of men, who were standing a few feet away from her.
Almost all black pawns sent out for the mission were gathered around here, except for few, who might be near the temple to take care of guards, and to keep an eye on the territories, just in case to be cautious better than regret it later, while remaining others were stationed at the place, where they were supposed to start their return journey back to the place they belong to.
Aeinshia blinked her eyes repeatedly, while her head turned around the surroundings, to know where exactly is she and tried to remember what about the people who tagged along with her.
The more she tried to remember, the more her head began to hurt and she felt a sense of deja vu scanning this place. She could say, she came to this place before, but she was unable to tell when and what bought her here.
The men around her began to chuckle in loud voices, making her snap back to reality.
” Are the supposed victim of our black pawns? Come on, if you tell us the truth, then we will be easy on you, ” A black pawn asked, only to get glared by their leader Nathan in the end, making the black pawn to shut up his mouth immediately.
Nathan gave an killer smile as he eyed his troop mate. He didn’t speak anything, but his express is enough to make many people here flinch in fear.
Slowly he kneeled on his one leg, faced Aeinshia face to face, raising her chin to meet his eyes with hers, trying to let words go into her head.
” Tell this master, are you also a dummy just like the before lady? Or were you the real one to begin with? ” He asked her, not once his gaze leaving her, as he hoped, she could understand him.
Aeinshia dropped her head and remained there silently, as she took her time to process his words. When he mentioned about a lady, she instantly understood it must be Sana about whom he was talking. Shock electrified to her senses, worried about Sana. She is here to catch the culprit, however, instead she ended up getting in their hands again and risked others because of her foolishness.
She know, she still got her moves against them and there is still time for her plan to succeed. However, for that to happen, she also know that, she need to stall as much time as she could and should play safe till then.
” Aish~ look, I don’t have much time to take care of you. You just got to answer the question of this master. Are you the princess or not? If you aren’t, then you are lucky and could follow this master for lifelong. So think carefully before answering, ” He revealed his true intentions, behind asking her such questions.
So, all this while, he patiently waited for her to come back to consiousness is because, he want to know who she really is.
Aeinshia didn’t respond back, instead asked a question out of the topic, as she understood, it’s pointless on her side to thinking about stalling time looking at the impatience people surrounding her.
Raising her head, she looked eye to eye with him, ” Where is she? ” She asked, her tone full of authority, a hint of concern for the people working for her, which indirectly revealed her true position and her status.
