Ruby : ” after the gods created the world and its races, monster came to existence on their own from dark magic of nature it self, and they started causing havoc, the gods decided to let the races handle the monsters on their own, except one monster”

Sapphire: ” the leviathan?”

Ruby: ” yes, due to their terrifying power, sadistic nature, and great appetite, they were way more than any of the races can handle, add to that their immortal life span and endless regeneration, even if the opponent was stronger, which only happened with some dragons, the leviathan were near impossible to kill, plus they are originally aquatic monsters, so even if dragons followed under water they would be disadvantaged ”

Sapphire:” Wait I’m an aquatic monster”

Ruby : ” the leviathan originate from the sea of monsters but can survive and adapt in any environment, back on topic, the gods were troubled about what they should do, even for them wiping out the leviathan can be too hard, if it’s one then it can be easy, but not all of them, then the goddess of life came with a plan, they can’t curse the leviathans, but they can give them a gift, so she descended to the sea of monsters and told the leviathan that due to their Great power they earned a gift from her..

The leviathans were naturally skeptical of her intentions, but their pride and lust for power won through, so they accepted a her gift , a special skill (Devour), the leviathans were thrilled at first, the ability to eat without stopping or being filled, but after a while this ability showed its true color as a curse of endless hunger that can never be sated….

After a lot of suffering the leviathans had no choice but to eat each other, and in the end they ate themselves…

And that’s was the end of the Leviathan monster race..”
