After the dumpling, the next dish served is the soup. This dish also has praised from guest for its bright color and simple but tasty flavor.

After the soup finish being served, the next dish is sweet sour chicken. This time guest is invited to take the rice and chicken that already prepared in several tables. The guests start makes a line and take the rice and chicken from the table. Since there are several tables with the dishes, the guests didn’t waiting for long to take those dishes. When all the guest already takes their portion, there’s only little leftover that left on the dishes. I guess some guests even take more than they should take, fortunately, the amount is sufficient for all guest. Even without they saying anything, that already proof the guest like the dishes.
The last dishes served to the guest is Beijing Kouya Rolls, but some guest that already full decide to keep it and bring it home. Some who still have room in their belly for another dish just eat that on site. But after hearing how delicious these rolls from those who ate that, people who want to take it home can’t resist the temptation and start to eat that in the site, despite their full belly.
“Gosh, this roll is superb, duck meat juiciness and bamboo shoot crispiness and fresh taste from the leek. This is a masterpiece!’
“Brother Li, you haven’t mentioned where you order this dishes from”
Hearing that kind of comments and questions, my father in law looks very happy. A wide smile from ear to ear can be seen on his face.
