Ring Of Fate - Volume 1 Chapter 74 Speechless
Yan Weimin went back to the school after having taken a week’s sick leave.
The moment Yan Weimin entered the classroom, everyone looked back and forth between him and Long Yang. They wondered whether Yan would make an apology to Long in public.
Yan Weimin, however, seemed to have forgotten the bet with Long Yang.
“Everyone, take out your text book. Class begins!” Yan Weimin demanded.
Seeing Yan Weimin’s moves, Long Yang rolled his eyes and thought, “You are going to break your promise, huh? You really suck!”
Long Yang stood up, gazing at Yan Weimin.
Yan Weimin turned pale as he thought Long Yang was going to mention the bet. He scolded at once, “Long Yang, why do you stand up? This is classroom, and you should behave.”
“Mr. Yan, don’t you remember? You asked me to stand in the corridor in your class. I always keep in mind what teachers have said. Have you forgotten what you have said, Mr. Yan?” Long Yang asked indifferently in reply.
Then he grabbed his textbook and walked out of the classroom.
Yan Weimin’s face soured at Long Yang’s words. When seeing the students’ scornful eyes, he gnashed his teeth. He was sure that Long Yang was embarrassing him deliberately.
“Let’s start the lesson!” Yan Weimin demanded gruffly.
“Mr. Yan,” Zhang Ziran stood up.
“Zhang Ziran, is there anything wrong?” Yan Weimin’s face softened a little.
“Long Yang got a full credit in Chinese test last time. If he is not qualified to stay in the classroom, I think I’m not qualified either. I want to stand in the corridor with him together.” Zhang Ziran stated seriously.
Yan Weimin stared back at Zhang Ziran with livid disbelief, uttering no word.
Zhang Ziran, however, ignored him and walked out of the classroom with his textbook.
“Mr. Yan, I think I’m not qualified to stay in the classroom and I want to stay in the corridor.” Xie Hui followed Zhang Ziran.
“Mr. Yan, I have the same view with them,” Zhang Jun echoed.
Zhang Ziran, Xie Hui and Zhang Jun became good buddies after sharing the hardship last time.
Yan Weimin almost fainted at the scene. He roared in his mind, “Long Yang, you have insulted me beyond the limit!”
“Mr. Yan, I’m going out as well!” Li Lei stood up and walked out. As Long Yang’s best friend, he would support Long in any case.
Bang!
Yan Weimin could hardly contain his anger any longer and banged the book onto the desk. He swept the classroom and cried, “Anyone else?”
Teenagers easily get excitedly. Moreover, Yan Weimin had lost credibility. As a result, the remaining students were not scared by his rage at all. On the contrary, they were discontented with his attitude.
“Mr. Yan, I also want to join them!” An academic loser had been long dissatisfied with Yan Weimin’s attitude towards him. He stood up and left the classroom.
“Mr. Yan, so do I.” Another boy followed.
“Mr. Yan…”
“Mr. Yan…”
…
Students left the classroom one after another. There were more than sixty students in Class 9, but more than forty of them left the classroom and stood in the corridor with Long Yang, supporting him with their ways.
Long Yang was moved by their moves, speechless.
There were only more than ten students in the classroom. Yan Weimin could help but pick up his book and leave his classroom in exasperation.
