“Oh, so you are Wang Ming? Aren’t you too early and too formally dressed for the job?” Secretary Song stood up from his chair and spoke nonchalantly continuing to stroke his beard. He was certainly emitting an aura of a superior, trying to suppress Wang Ming.

“Ah?!” At this time, Wang Ming realised the presence of this elder with superior aura and his two bodyguards with the aura of ferocious beasts.

Wang Ming subconsciously shuddered in fear and took a step or two back, nearly falling over and kneeling down.

‘Fuck! Who are they?’

The condition of Ye Ruxue wasn’t any better. She too felt a heavy force dragging her body down.

Wang Ming turned over, towards Ye Ruxue and asked while gritting his teeth, “Manager the-these are?”

“These are superiors from the 70th floor.” Ye Ruxue answered easily as if the pressure from her was lifted.

“Legendary 70th floor?”, As if a nuclear bomb was dropped into him, Wang Ming staggered again and this time, he really fell down on the sofa kept on the side.

This information was like a boulder thrown in a calm and silent lake, creating ripples and waves in all directions.

As an employee of the Ning Corporation, he already have some information about the superiority rules of the company based on the floor numbers and a few days ago his accident, he also heard some rumours that the people from 70th floor are akin to beasts in human skin.

Those are the only two words that came to his mind after looking at the bearded elder in a blue suit.

“Hmm” Secretary Song nodded in approval before saying, “Follow us, we need to talk about your deeds.”

“Hmm? My deeds?” Wang Ming was taken aback and thus he asked back.

As far as he remembers, apart from being non-communicative towards his colleagues and not attending promotional training for a week, he didn’t do anything else. Or did he?

“Intern Ming, you should follow Secretary Song and both of us can keep our jobs.” Before Wang Ming can speak or ask anything else, Ye Ruxue muttered softly and looked at him with pleading eyes.

Her eyes were already filling up with salty water. She really can’t afford to lose this job. She’s not even married yet!

‘Well, this job is still important to me. I should follow them obediently. Moreover, they won’t kill me or will they?’, making up his mind and thoughts after listening to Ye Ruxue’s pleading. He didn’t ask anything else as a junior and just nodded his head in approval.

“Good”, Secretary Song clasped his hands and then walked out of the cabin.

One of the ferocious bodyguards again stepped out and spoke gravely, “You did a good job by not wasting our time. Now follow us. If you can satisfy everyone later, then you’ll be rewarded greatly. Manager Ye, we will be taking our leave then.”

Ye Ruxue bowed down in greeting and sent off everyone, before collapsing weakly on her chair, devoid of any energy in her body.

On the other hand, Wang Ming, who was silently and obediently following the ferocious guards, was diving deep in his own thoughts.

What do you mean by satisfying everyone? And how am I supposed to satisfy everyone?

Do they mean ‘that’?

Soon, the trio of two bodyguards and Wang Ming, following closely behind the Secretary Song, reached the car parking using an exclusive elevator.

“Listen carefully, from this point onwards, you can’t speak about anything you witness. And if you dare to speak a word out, you’ll suffer a life worse than death.” The ferocious guard commanded gravely.

Wang Ming hurriedly nodded his head, in case they took his response otherwise. But inwardly he sneered, “As if I am any better now.”

Taking his nod as approval, they proceeded forward and entered deeper into the executive parking area, before reaching a wall with another elevator installed in it.

“There’s another elevator here?” Wang Ming was shocked, he muttered silently, not letting a breath out in amazement.

Their group didn’t stop and just entered the elevator, after which, Secretary Song entered some kind of password in the Otis Panel.

The elevator started after the password was accepted and then, Wang Ming started feeling weightlessness, ‘Heck! We are going down with such a speed?!’

‘Cables of the elevator snapped? I am going to die finally?’
