‘Rose quickly smacked the light switch and found herself in a literal crime scene. There was blood sprayed on the floor and Ryan’s body laid motionlessly on the bed

acting like a dead body from detective movies.’

‘The panic from before returned but the adrenaline rush let her stay focused. She dropped her backpack on the ground and ran up to the bed to check on him. The door closed behind her but she was too occupied with Ryan to notice it.’

‘”Ryan! Can you hear me?!” Rose called out loudly

trying to wake him up but he didn’t respond at all.’

‘She held onto his face and checked for his pulse. She was so worried seeing all the bloodstains at the corners of his mouth that she didn’t even notice his naked chest.’

‘Only when she sensed a steady heartbeat did she sigh in relief.’

‘”I’m so glad you are alive…” Rose muttered after a deep breath and finally gazed at the rest of his body

inspecting it in search for any hidden injuries.’
