Saiyan System In The Immortal World - Chapter 29
[Name: Caol Gwynt]
[Power Level: 259,500]
The huge increase in power will allow Caol to dispose of this guy easily. Since there was a huge gap, Caol immediately rushed to Qiang.
Caol feinted a kick to Qiang’s head. This garnered a reaction as Qiang could not make out Caol’s figure clearly. Qiang raised both of his hands and his left leg as he was expecting the hit to his left side. Caol aimed for this and did a leg sweep to Qiang’s other leg. Qiang lost his balance, but before he could land on the ground, Caol used his Gargantuan Fist and sent him flying.
Caol was clearly not finished as while Qiang was still airborne, he followed with his speed. Caol was about to drop an axe kick on his torso, when he suddenly sensed danger coming towards his head. He suddenly ducked, until he saw a flashing sword light cutting the area where Caol’s head was at previously. The other party wasn’t done, as a dagger was heading for his kidney.
It was too fast, even with Caol’s upgraded power. He could only guard with his right hand. The dagger went through his forearm, before the attacker pulled it out again. As Caol found the appropriate timing, he retreated and distanced himself from the attackers. It was the one holding the sword and the guy who was playing with his dagger.
Caol was a little bit mad as this move by the opponent was dishonorable, but he could not complain as they were in a war. Caol did not say anything, but he tried scouting the opponents’ power levels. To his surprise, the improved scouter could not assess it. This only means that their individual power level was greater than 200,000. Caol couldn’t identify the exact number and looked at the other two remaining Ravaging Wolves. There was a premonition telling him that the bald and the supposedly leader of their group was stronger.
Caol could feel that this was going to be a very hard battle. Qiang already recovered at this time, and Caol was going to face three people at the same time, more if the other two intervenes. Caol started to be more vigilant in this fight. He was losing quite a lot of blood because of the injury on his forearm. The guy who attacked with his dagger twisted it a little bit before he pulled it out, so that the wound would not close that easily.
Anger was accumulating in his mind. Caol consumed a high-grade recovery pill, to hasten the wound’s restoration. “I hope you don’t mind if there are three of us?” Qiang asked Caol sarcastically, as he has seen Caol’s power. He knew he was no match in a one on one, so he became shameless and asked for a three on one.
Even though he was holding back his anger, Caol was surprisingly calm as he answered, “I don’t mind at all. In fact, why don’t the two at the back join so as to not waste time?” After Caol’s provocation, the guy holding the dagger laughed, “Haha, what a joke! Even though you are strong, the two behind us are stronger than you.”
Caol did not answer back, and instead prepared to use the {Kaio-ken} to another few levels. ‘My body can handle x10, but it will also consume a lot more energy. Based on my current physique and energy, I can do up to x8 and prolong it for a period of time, until I can fight the two at the back.’ Caol did not hesitate anymore as he activated {Kaio-ken} x8. The aura around him changed, forming high amounts of wind pressure.
The bald man was observing at Caol’s surge of power and his eyes glinted, ‘This is a bit impossible! I’ve only seen this amount of power at his young age back in ‘that place’, where the real geniuses and monsters are. Even the immortals here are weak compared to the real immortal cultivators there.’ He looked at the handsome man beside him. Coincidentally, the handsome man looked at the bald man too, sharing the same thoughts.
[Name: Caol Gwynt]
[Power Level: 692,000]
This time, Caol would not hold back. Before the three of them reacted, Caol was already in front of them. It looked like they were standing still in Caol’s eyes, but he knew that this was because he moved so fast, faster than they reacted. Caol made his moves at once. Caol threw a left side kick to the man holding the sword. He was not done, as he kicked the shin of the guy with the dagger inwards. Caol then stopped.
Only the man with the sword flying and the guy with the dagger screaming in pain can be heard in a split second. All the observers of the battlefield could see that Caol was gone from his previous position, and left a blurry after image.
Caol’s power up was incomprehensible in the eyes of the masses. Qiang almost peed himself when he saw this sight. Clearly, Caol spared him and did not attack him. But was he really spared?
“I remember you say that my punch can only tickle you.” Caol looked Qiang in the eyes. At this point, Qiang’s sweat was dropping like crazy. Before he even replied, Caol unleashed the full power of the Gargantuan Fist.
Caol gathered his qi in his meridians and channeled it to his left hand. The air kept vibrating like crazy, then suddenly Caol did a straight left onto his body. As his punch was travelling its course, the Qiang could already feel the heaviness before it got to him. Qiang was bleeding from his eyes, ears, and his mouth.
It was too much of a pressure to handle, and only those who have experienced it could describe it. As Caol was using the {Kaio-ken} to amplify his power, using the Gargantuan Fist increased that even more. It was the same as using a Kamehameha, wherein the power level was higher than the caster’s power level itself.
This is the reason why martial techniques demarcated the gaps between martial practitioners. A powerful martial technique can exponentially increase someone’s power, and combine that with the {Kaio-ken}, the results will be disastrous, to the enemy of course.
Qiang’s joints, muscles, and bones all succumbed to the pressure of the fist. Before Caol’s punch hit Qiang, he was already dead. His pitiful body was sent flying like a ragdoll, and embedded itself onto the walls of the stronghold, where it created cracks and a small amount of the wall being demolished.
From Caol using {Kaio-ken} x8, to hitting both the guys with the sword and daggers, sending them flying, to the punch on Qiang, happened in more or less 5 seconds. It was too fast to process.
Even though he has seen Caol’s power, Feng was still amazed. There was such a huge gap between his power and Caol’s. It was unbelievable as Caol was younger than him. There was no jealousy though, only awe and respect was in Feng’s mind. No one can attain that kind of strength without training hard.
All the soldiers of the Ravaging Wolves Regiment were shocked. Qiang was one of the strongest in their ranks, but he died quickly under Caol’s hands.
After Caol killed Qiang, there wasn’t anything to be said. The bald man and the handsome man teamed up with the guy that was holding the sword. As Caol crippled the ‘dagger guy’ by kicking his shin and breaking it, he was currently incapacitated.
The three of them were releasing tremendous amounts of qi and pressure.
“Boy, you are going to die!” The leader was feeling immense amounts of hatred towards Caol. The five of them were companions who have been through life and death. They migrated from a different place where they though they didn’t belong as the people there were ‘monsters’, but now, Caol killed one of them and disabled another one.
Caol sensed the three of them getting ready. He fixed his stance and stood in front of them. “I told you that you guys should have come at once.” Bloodthirst took over Caol. What he wanted to do now is just fight these people and beat them to the ground.
“So arrogant eh? I will kill you and put your head on a stake and offer it to Qiang. Remember my name, kid. It’s Mu–” Before the handsome man can finish his sentence, Caol interrupted, “I don’t need to know your name.” After that, Caol gathered his qi to his palms and condensed a ball of light by his hips.
“KAMEHAMEHAAA!”
