Saving the overbearing CEO - Chapter 531
“Where is Ran-ge?” he finally asked with great effort after regaining his voice.
Machu paused checking his pulse trying to look for a less horrifying answer, “He… um, he is cleaning… house. Yes, cleaning house.” He felt like slapping himself for not looking for a better excuse. Cleaning house? What cleaning house? Had the CEO demoted himself into a janitor?
Lucky for him Wen Qinxi’s IQ had received a heavy blow. He simply nodded like an obedient child and said, “Okay. I will wait for him to finish.”
Machu, “…”
Well, that’s that. The nerd was most likely punched silly. While Machu was pondering on whether to take Wen Qinxi to a hospital and scan his brain for damage or not, Qie Ranzhe was hunting his brother down aka cleaning house.
Qie Anzhie was relatively easy to find. Even if he had gone in hiding Qie Ranzhe would have smoked him out with ease. As expected he found that little brat in his night club downtown. As soon as he stepped out of the car, Qie Ranzhe’s bodyguard handed him a baseball bat and said, “Sir, are you sure you don’t want firepower?”
Qie Ranzhe took the baseball bat and said, “Too noisy,” in a cold indifferent tone. Who knows what was going on in this CEO’s head. When he heard what happened to his boyfriend he was incredibly pissed off and began starting fires like an arsonist.
Since the Qie family didn’t want to stay out of his business then he could only beat their precious baby boy black and blue. Maybe that would get his message across. He swaggered into the club, bat in hand and from his expression one could tell he meant business. Club security tried to stop them but they were simply no match to Qie Ranzhe’s men.
The boisterous club was soon empty with the security guards knocked out cold. Because Qie Anzhie was in a soundproof private VIP room he didn’t hear anything. One can only imagine his expression when Qie Ranzhe burst into the private room with a bat in hand.
The girl who was giving him head on her knees almost bit his junior off in fright. Qie Anzhie smacked her across the face as he grimaced in pain. He quickly covered up his junior brother glowering at Qie Ranzhe who had just interrupted his therapeutic session.
“What the fuck do you think you are doing?” asked Qie Anzhie with a menacing stare, “just because you started that stupid company it doesn’t make you shit. I have the backing of the Qie empire now get the fuck out.”
Qie Anzhie’s speech was threatening but one could clearly tell who was the domineering sibling here. Qie Anzhie was like a noisy toothless bulldog all bark no bite. Qie Ranzhe didn’t even think twice, he swung that bat instantly breaking Qie Anzhie’s arm.
Bloodcurdling screams permeated the air as Qie Anzhie collapsed to the ground. His screams turned to sobs with mucus running down his nose. With his trembling hand he took out his cellphone to issue an emergency call but Qie Ranzhe walked over and took the cellphone in his hand.
He took a look at the device as though seriously considering something. He suddenly threw the cellphone smashing it into pieces against the wall. The sound of the smashing phone scared the girl who was hugging her knees in the corner in fright.
It was then Qie Ranzhe recalled her presence. He crouched down in front of her and asked, “How old are you?” The girl looked no older than fourteen with the now ruined makeup revealing her true age. Qie Ranzhe passed her his handkerchief for her to wipe her tear-stained face.
He had long known his brother delve into this kind of dirty business but since they didn’t step into each other’s territories, Qie Ranzhe ignored it. He didn’t touch Qie Anzhie because he didn’t choose to be born from two fornicators.
Since he didn’t have a choice in picking his parents he didn’t blame him. As long as he kept to himself there would be no problem but of course, that was only wishful thinking. Qie Anzhie came looking for trouble himself and it was this big brother’s responsibility to discipline his younger brother where the parents failed.
The girl wiped away her tears removing some of the makeup in the process. “I… I am four-fourteen,” she said sniffling as the tears streamed down her face.
“Follow this big sister outside and she will take you somewhere safe, okay?” he said before helping her up. He had a female bodyguard in his team and thought the girl would trust her more.
“Why the fuck wo-would you touch my property?! She is mi-,” yelled Qie Anzhie but he couldn’t finish his words as the baseball bat struck him twice breaking his collarbone and rib.
Qie Ranzhe picked him up by his hair and dragged him out of the private room. The man looked a mess with thick blood oozing at the corner of his lips. Qie Ranzhe tossed him in the back seat and personally drove to the Qie family mansion.
The superimposing roar from the engine was heard within the mansion annoying the Qie family that had gathered in advance for the approaching spring festival. Qie Ranzhe didn’t even wait for them to open the gate for him directly smashing into the gate like a deranged person. The security personnel surrounded the car once it stopped in front of the mansion.
They were about to retaliate when they saw Qie Ranzhe step out of the car. Several other vehicles followed driving into the property before surrounding the security. Several men got out of the vehicles the implication obvious even to a blind cat.
Qie Ranzhe dragged Qie Anzhie by the hair into the Qie mansion. The servants wanted to say something but the amount of oppressive force coming from Qie Ranzhe deterred them. They simply faded into the background like this had absolutely nothing to do with them. Two young masters fighting was a normal Tuesday for them.
They even lost count of how many times the young miss fought with young master Anzhie. The butler ordered the servants to clean the streaks of blood from Qie Anzhie as he ran to call the doctor.
Thud!
Was the sound of Qie Anzhie’s body dropping on the ground followed by loud cries. “AAAAAAHHHHHHH! My baby… you monster!” screamed Madam Qie version 2.0 trying to get to her son but Qie Ranzhe took out a handgun from god knows where and pointed it at Qie Anzhie’s leg as he slumped into the nearby couch. That had her stop in her tracks turning her anger towards her husband.
“The rule was you stay out of my business and I stay out of yours but I guess that’s off the table….,” said Qie Ranzhe in a heavy tone putting the fear of god inside Master Qie.
