Secret Killer - Chapter 49
“What… what did you do to my body?” Leon asked with a baffled expression on his face.
Leon was on the bed with bandages wrapped around his lower back. He was naked, but his body was covered with a thin blanket.
“You were found almost dead near my apartment. You know, I never go out, but I went to buy some chocolates that day. When I came back, I saw a pair of legs and some blood in the corner of the ground floor. Then I—”
“I asked what you did to my body?!” Leon yelled.
“I carried you to my room and called the doctors. They took out a bullet from your spine and patched you up. The doctors said it’s a miracle that you are still alive,” Tania asserted with an anxious look on her face.
“Of course I am alive. I am not dying until I take my revenge.” Leon blinked and furrowed his brows, asking, “What did you say? Doctors? That means…”
“Don’t worry. I called my sister, and she sent our family doctors.” Tania stopped and shrugged her shoulders. “You know I am a mafia, so my people get injured all the time. We have special doctors who are better than the regular doctors.”
“Because the pay in the underground is better?” Leon scoffed but started coughing.
“Don’t speak too much! You need rest!” Tania asserted with a concerned look on her face.
“Rest is for the weak, and there ain’t no rest for the wicked like me.” Leon tried to sit up, but his body was still not responding.
“How long will it take until I can move again?” Leon asked with an annoyed expression on his face.
Tania dropped her gaze down and didn’t say anything.
“I asked you something.”
Tania bit her lips and uttered, “Your spine is damaged, so you may never be able to walk again.”
“…” After a brief pause, Leon muttered, “I didn’t know humans are fragile… no, I knew it, but I forgot I was a human too.”
“Don’t worry. I will take care of you for my entire life,” Tania promised honestly.
“I don’t plan to stay here. Just help me get up, and I will be good to go.”
“No. You are not moving until you get better!”
Leon frowned his face and said, “You dare to go against me?”
“Yes, I do! You can’t do anything to me in your current state!” Tania hissed.
“I will kill you when I get better,” Leon remarked.
“Then get better first, “Tania retorted.
SIGH!
Leon sighed and closed his eyes.
“Why are girls like this? There is one that wants me to kill her, and then there is you who isn’t afraid of dying. My job is to spread terror and make others suffer. But if they are not scared, then What am I supposed to do?” Leon muttered in helplessness.
He opened his eyes and asked, “Where is my mask?”
“It’s safe in my closet with the other thing,” Tania replied.
“Other thing?” Leon asked with a confused look on his face. He didn’t notice he was carrying the photo with him.
When Leon threw the sand to make fog, the photo was stuck in his hoodie, and he carried it without realizing it.
“It was an old photo. Well… the photo was newly printed, but it was old as the date on the photo was 11th November.”
‘Is it the thing that the detective was trying to get even when I was after his life?’ Leon wondered.
“Still, I had no idea you were the one behind that mask. I was, and I still am surprised to know that you are the one who killed the president,” Tania uttered with an excited look on her face.
“Now that you know my secret identity, I have one more reason to kill you,” Leon uttered in a solemn voice.
“You should be careful, though. They are looking for you— or rather, the killer who killed the president,” Tania warned.
“The cops can’t do shit to me. And I killed him during the purge where all the crimes were legal. Even if I expose my identity, they can’t do shit,” Leon scoffed.
“I am not talking about the cops. I am talking about the mafias,” Tania asserted nonchalantly.
“Huh? Why would the mafia…” Leon stopped and said, “Let me guess, the president had a connection with the underground too?”
Tania nodded.
“Not surprising. He had a connection with the terrorists, so… well, I guess I am more famous,” Leon grinned.
“This is not a laughing matter!” Tania yelled with an anxious look on her face. “They can kill you, you know?!”
“Bold of you to assume I can be killed.” Leon sighed and glanced around the room with his eyes without moving his head.” This sucks.”
Tania stood up and said, “I will go make something you can eat.”
She walked to the door, but Leon called out to her.
“Hey…”
“Hmm? Do you need something?”
“This is boring. Can you bring the television to this room so I can watch the King’s game?”
“Sure. The one in the living room is wall mountain, but I will order another one.” Tania took out her phone and ordered a television. “It should arrive in 30 minutes.”
She turned to Leon and asked, “Do you need something else?”
“I do… actually…” Leon muttered.
“What?”
“Can we… have sex?”
“… what?”
“I am asking if you can… you know…”
“You want to do that in your current condition?!” Tania exclaimed.
“I am extremely angry right now. I want to kill people, I want to kill you, but I can’t even move.” Leon let out a weary sigh and continued, “The only thing I can move is my face. And I have a boner for some reason.”
“But we can’t do it in your current state. You are injured. What if—”
“I want to do it,” Leon asserted with a serious look on his face.
“Fine~” Tania groaned and took off her clothes.
“But I will move slowly, and tell me if it hurts.” Tania climbed on the bed and started sucking Leon’s snake to make it wet and erect.
“Here I go…” Tania sat on top of Leon and plunged his snake inside her cave. “Anh~!”
“I missed this feeling~ Mh~”
