Secretly Married To My Professor - Chapter 37

Ayesha have arrive at the school when she receive a message from Knight, saying that he is on his way to the rooftop. She was about to walk when someone called her, she immediately knew who the person is. She saw Aria whose skirt is quite disheveled but she was also smiling.

“What happened to you?” she asked her best friend as soon as Aria was in front of her.

“Oh I almost died and the place of the crime scene is in front of the school gate.” Aria exaggeratedly replied as she looked at her skirt and then she faced Ayesha. “Why are you so early today?” she asked her best friend who is unbelievably early today.

“I will be having a breakfast in the rooftop together with my fiance.” Ayesha replied without hiding the fact that she will have a breakfast together with him.

“You still call him “fiance” even though you two have already registered for marriage? Isn’t that a bit weird Ayesha?” Aria questioned. She don’t understand her best friend, she’s supposed to call him darling, hubby or sweetheart when they are alone with each other.

“I’m more comfortable of calling him my fiance or Brother Liwie.” Ayesha clearly replied. And besides she is still knowing him, and they are not yet living in the same house.

Aria just grinned and spoke, “Okay you can go now. I’ll just go the classroom and finalize our notes for the midterm exam and I also need to review for the test later. So bye I’ll go first, enjoy your breakfast together.” Aria said as she bid goodbye to Ayesha, she then run towards their classroom’s direction while Ayesha went to the rooftop.

She opened the door and saw her Brother Liwei sitting in a bench, he was waiting for her patiently. He didn’t feel Ayesha presence that he was startled when she spoke.

“I’m sorry I’m late Brother Liwei.” Ayesha apologizes as soon as she was standing beside Knight. “Are you hungry now?” she asked.

“It’s okay baby, I just got here and I’m not yet hungry” he lied to her so that she won’t feel guilty of being late. Ayesha sat down beside her Brother Liwei.

“Let’s eat, I think you are hungry now.” Knight handed Ayesha her own food and utensils.

“Thank you.” Ayesha said as she receive her food. She opened it and started eating silently, she doesn’t know what to say.

“Where have you been yesterday?” Knight broke the silence between them. He was also curious where Ayesha went yesterday.

“Oh we just visited a place, I was with Aria yesterday.” Ayesha answered and again they were surrounded by silence but Knight again spoke, he can’t stand the silence between them.

“Ayesha don’t you think that this feels like our first date, but it’s not that fancy at all.” Knight said with a chuckle.

Ayesha looked at the person beside her, she got the chance to stare at his perfectly structured face, as she stared at him she observed that his lashes are even longer than hers and his brows are much more thicker than hers also, his nose was perfectly on point and even his lips are more redder than hers. Ayesha can’t help compare herself to him. “God? Did you really made this person a human? Not an olympian God?” Ayesha thought to herself. She was startled when Knight was also staring at her, their eyes meet and she got to see his green eyes up close. “His eyes are quite beautiful, I also wish I have does green eyes.” Ayesha thought to herself as she stared at Knight’s eyes, she was mesmerized by those eyes.

Knight retracted his gaze from Ayesha, he was a bit nervous and at the same time trying to constrain himself from doing something to her.

Ayesha spoke, “Well even if I came from a wealthy family, I really don’t mind being on a date with a set-up like this, I prefer simple and unique dates Brother Liwei.” she said and began eating again. Knight keep that in his mind, that he should only prepare simple dates for Ayesha. He then started eating his own food, letting Ayesha peacefully eat her breakfast and not bothering her anymore.

After finishing their breakfast, the two of them talked for a while about the wedding before Ayesha decided to go back to her classroom because it was almost time for her first subject. She went down first and then Knight followed.

Some of the students where suspicious on why the two came down from the rooftop. But because their are students who knew that Knight and Ayesha where acquainted because of their parents, they immediately said that the two of them are acquainted, so those suspicious students didn’t bother making false statement and gossips anymore.

Ayesha went inside her classroom and was interrogated by Aria while Knight went back to the faculty office to prepare for his first class.
