“Are you just gonna stare at me while I cook?” Knight asked when he caught Ayesha intently staring at him.

“I am not staring at you.” Ayesha rolled her eyes, “I am staring at the pot. Is it not done yet? I’m quite hungry now.” Ayesha added with an annoyed voice.

“My wife is a little impatient now. It’s almost done. You can now prepare the utensils.” Knight uttered as he took the pots’ lid, Ayesha could smell the delicious aroma which made her tummy to grumble.

Knight chuckled when he heard her stomach grumbled, “You are really hungry. The dragons in your stomach started fighting.” he teasingly uttered.

“Shut up!” Ayesha angrily stood up from where she is seated and stormed out from the place. But she immediately went back inside, “Are we going to eat here or in the dining area inside your house?” Ayesha shyly asked.

“Let’s just eat here, I bet the dragons in your stomach will eat your intestines if I would delay your food any longer. Just seat back in your chair and I’ll be the one to serve you.” Knight said as he placed the hot pot in the table and took the utensils out.

“Let me help you.” Ayesha was about to stand up but Knight stopped her.

“Let me serve you baby. I want you to be familiar on the way I serve you. You will forever be my queen and I will be your king slash servant.” Knight uttered.

“So cheesy Salvador.” Ayesha felt giddy as she listened to what Knight said but his words are so cheesy and she doesn’t know how to react to it.

“I can be cheesy and shameless for you Ayesha.” Knight seriously said.

“Well can I start eating now?” Ayesha asked when her stomach grumble for the second time.

“Yes you can eat now baby.” Knight chuckled as he handed the rice to Ayesha and he also sat down.

“Do you like it? Is it delicious?” Knight immediately asked when Ayesha started eating.

“It is very delicious. Thank you for cooking.” Ayesha said as she started munching her food again while Knight just keep staring at her every move.

“What are we gonna do for the four remaining days?” Ayesha asked as she glances at Knight who is still staring at her.

“Well we can go to the mountains and do fishing in the streams, or have a picnic and catch some bunnies. But I prefer staying here at home and just spend the time cuddling with you.” Knight answered. ” I also prefer having some exercise with you.” he added.

“If stares could kill, I am probably laying on the floor and bathing in my own blood right now.” Knight uttered as he shivered from what he thought.

“I prefer you being dead.” Ayesha heartlessly said.

“Wife why are you being so heartless and cruel on your own husband? What have I done in my past life to be a battered husband?” Knight dramatically asked.

“Why did you pursue teaching? You can be a successful actor if you just pursue acting. And hey you are not even a battered husband, did I even beat you? And you look so gay when you are being so dramatic” Ayesha said as she had a spoonful of rice into her mouth.

“What did you say?” Knight seriously asked.

“I said so much which line do you want me to repeat?” Ayesha asked.

“The part where you said I am gay” Knight said.

“You look so gay when you are being so dramatic” Ayesha repeated what she said and Knight stood up.

“Let me show you if you can still call me gay.” Knight picked Ayesha up from where she seated and carried her in a bridal style.

“I’m taking you back inside the house and I’m gonna show you that I’m not gay.” Knight seriously uttered and walked towards the door.

“I believe you, you..you are not gay. I was just kidding, please put me down now.” Knight halted when he heard her cracked voice and looked at the woman who is now starting to tear up. He immediately place Ayesha back on her feet.

“Ssshhh why are you crying?” Knight immediately asked when he saw her tears flowing down to her cheeks.

Ayesha started sobbing, “You…you scared me, I am not really serious when I said that you are gay but it was also partly true that you look gay when you acted so dramatic. “, she muttered between her sobs.

“Baby please stop crying, I will not do anything to you. I am just joking, Please stop crying now.” Knight coaxed the woman in front of him, he embrace her tightly. “And I won’t mind if you call me gay.” he added.

“I’m sorry.” Ayesha apologise as she tried to calm herself down, she was just startled when he said that he is taking her back inside the house with his serious voice.

“Sorry baby if I startled you. I will not do anything to you without your consent and without you being married to me.” Knight sweetly said.

“Can I continue eating now? I’m not yet full.” Ayesha separated from Knight’s cuddled and look the man in front of her.

Knight chuckled, he wiped Ayesha’s tears and mess her hair, “Let’s continue eating, the dragons in your stomach is not yet fully satisfied.” Knight said and the two went back to the table.

“What movie do you want to watch?” Knight asked.

“I want to watch After, Aria has been recommending that movie to me but I don’t have any spare time to watch it.” Ayesha said.

“Are you sure you wanted to watch that movie? Have you even seen the trailer of that movie?” Knight asked the woman in front of him.

“Nope not yet but Aria told me that it was a romantic comedy movie so I didn’t bother watching the trailer.” Ayesha honestly said.

“You pick another movie.” Knight said. “Baby just pick another movie as long as it is not After.” he thought and drink some water because he could feel that the atmosphere is getting hot.

Ayesha took her phone and started reading, “What about fifty shades of grey? Fifty Shades of Darker? Fifty Shades of Freed? Longest Ride? What about Pride and Prejudice?”

What Ayesha said cause Knight to choke from his drink. “Who the hell suggested that movies to you?” he asked despite the difficulty of talking.

“Uhmm Aria” Ayesha innocently answered.

“Let’s just watch how to train your dragon. It is much better than the movies you mention.” Knight said.

“Okay fine let’s watch it, but let us not get close to each other.” Knight said seriously.

“Shit, she just called me baby.” he happily thought in his head.

“Okay” Ayesha happily answered and she continued eating her food. “Let’s also watch fifty shades later.” Ayesha added happily.

“Aria, how dare you suggest this movies to your innocent best friend. I might let Louise punish you after this five days vacation. O God Almighty please help me control myself later.” Knight said silently.

“Achooo” Aria sneezed again for the third time. “This is the third time, is someone missing me?” she thought to herself.

“Aria are you still there?” a man’s voice spoke.

“Yes I’m still here Clint.” Aria answered.

“So let’s have dinner tomorrow evening, my mom would like to meet you and I want to introduce you to her as my girlfriend.” Clint said on the other line.

“No, I’ll pick you up at six, just text me the address of your house.” Clint said.

“Okay, I’ll just text it to you. I’ll hung up now, bye.” Aria uttered and ended the call.

“Tomorrow is the start of my job as his pretend girlfriend, what a chaotic situation did I enter myself into?” Aria thought and closed her eyes when sleepiness pulled her to the dream land.
