“Do you want to eat some shrimp, honey?” Clint asked Aria who just gave him a nod. Happiness is visible on the young lady’s face which made Clint smiled.

“Okay I’ll peel some for you.” He uttered and started peeling the shrimp. While Clint is busy peeling, the two ladies continued chatting.

Clint’s mother looks like she is really enjoying Aria’s presence. The two were mostly talking about fashion.

“Do you have any plans on studying fashion designing?” Clint’s mother asked, she is just curious if Aria wants to study fashion designing since the young lady seems to have some knowledge and talents for fashion designing. She might become a successful fashion designer in the future.

“Well, I do have some interest in fashion but I would like to become a chef” Aria answered and ate the shrimp that Clint placed on her plate.

“Oh! If you want to be a chef, why did you took a business course, dear? Why didn’t you just took culinary ats instead?” Madam Claire asked again.

“This is like a job interview.” Aria thought before answering the question.

“I just took up a business course now because of my best friend. I don’t want to leave her and besides, I still can use the things I learn when I too will have my own business someday.” Aria answered again.

After eating, the two ladies keeps on chatting.

“Hey honey, shall we go now? I promised your mom that I’ll return you before midnight.” Clint stated, cutting the conversation of the two. If he didn’t interrupt them, their conversation won’t stop.

“Oh right! It is getting late now. I didn’t even sense that it is getting late. I really had fun talking with you Aria dear. I can’t wait to call you my daughter. I hope we can chat again but I’ll be back to New York tomorrow. But I will come back here again if I have sometime.” Clint’s mother stood up and so does Aria and Clint.

Madam Claire gave Aria a tight hug and kiss on the cheek.

“Be careful on your way home. I’ll see you soon again dear. Thank you for coming.” Madam Claire uttered before letting Aria go.

“Thank you also Auntie Claire for meeting me. I had so much fun chatting with you.” Aria smiled and the madam turned her head to her son.

“Now you young man, please be gentle with your Aria. Don’t make her cry and if ever you two got into a fight even if it is just small matters, sort it, Okay? You are the man and you are older than Aria, so you should never let her sleep with a heavy heart. Do you understand young man?”

“Yes mother, I will do my best to make her happy.” Clint gave her mother a kiss on the cheek and he held Aria’s hand.

“So, shall we go now honey?” Clint asked and Aria just nodded, she then faced Clint’s mom, “Auntie Claire we will head out now. Be careful on your way home. Goodbye Auntie.” Aria uttered. “I will! So you two go now.” Madam Claire said and the bid their goodbyes again and went ahead.

Clint opened the car’s door, Aria immediately went inside and Clint made his way to the shotgun. He started the engine and drove to the main highway.

“Uhm Aria, thank you so much for today. I really appreciate your help and you did well in pretending” Clint started the conversation.

“Oh you’re welcome. You were also a great actor. And besides I also enjoyed talking with your mom. Like she is so cool except for the part where she was like interrogating me.” Aria laughed a little when she remembered how Clint’s mother asked her those questions. “And also the dishes were so good that my belly was so full. Thank you for letting me met your mother today. If you want me to pretend again, I’ll be willing to help you again. And you know what the payment is.” Aria jokingly said.

” Well! My mother just got so excited and you did well answering all her questions.” Clint praised Aria. “You can rest for a while, I will wake you up once we arrive at your house.” Clint added. Aria just gave a nod and closed her eyes. Clint use his jacket as a blanket and covered Aria’s shoulders to avoid her getting cold.

All throughout the ride, Aria was asleep and Clint would sometimes glance at the sleeping young lady.

Once they arrive at the Ventura Manor, Clint turned the car’s engine. He went out from the car and opened Aria’s door, he then gently wake her up.

“Hey! Aria, we have arrive at your house.” He gently shake her shoulders.

Aria opened her eyes and then she realized that they have arrive at her house, “Oh! I’m sorry for sleeping all throughout the ride. And thank you for getting me home safely.” She said and went out. She then handed Clint’s jacket, “Thank you for letting me use that” she stated again.

“You’re welcome and also thank you for accompanying me tonight. You should go in now before you will catch a cold.” Clint said. Aria just nodded and bid her goodbye and said her thank again.

Clint didn’t went back inside his car, he waited for Aria to got inside the house. And when the young lady was out from his sight, he then went inside his car and drove away. A big smile is visible in his face.

As for Aria, she locked the main door and was about to go upstairs when a person suddenly pop out from the kitchen that made her jump a little.

“So how was your date?” Her mother suddenly spoke.

“Mom! You almost gave me a heart attack.” Aria said while grabbing her ċhėst. “Why does your steps don’t have any sound? And why are you still awake?” she questioned her mother.

“Well I don’t know and I was just getting some tea for your father” Madam Ventura shrugged her shoulders and asked Aria again, “So how was your date with the young man, Clint? I like him for you baby.” Madam Ventura uttered as she sips the tea.

“It was not a date actually, I just met his mother.” Aria answered. “His mother was pestering him to have a girlfriend but instead of a girlfriend, she was always sitting him up for arrange marriage so he asked for some help. And so I pretended to be his girlfriend.” Aria gave an explanation so that her mom won’t asked her some weird question on why she have to meet Clint’s mom so early.

“Oh is that so? Well, i hope you had fun tonight. You should get some rest now. Goodnight baby.” Madam Ventura uttered. Aria said her goodnight and went upstairs.

As soon as she got inside her room, she immediately went to the bathroom and washed up.

After a couple of minutes she went out from the bath and threw herself to her bed. She stared at the ceiling, “I didn’t expect that Clint’s mother is so easy-going. I also got to eat a lot.” She thought before letting her self drown into sleep.

“Hey baby! We will be going back tomorrow! Aren’t you going to sleep now?” Ayesha asked Knight who is still wide awake.

“I can’t sleep. I’m too happy to fall asleep.” Knight said. He grab Ayesha’s hand and gave her a tight embrace.

When they got home from their simple date, Ayesha has been calling him baby. And he was just so happy that his sleepiness didn’t even bother to come.

“Well if you want to sleep, just sleep. I’ll watch over you.” Knight uttered and Ayesha gave him a suspicious look.

“I won’t do anything to you. I know you are not yet ready.” He said and Ayesha just look at him before closing her eyes and feeling the warm embrace from her husband. “Good night baby” Knight whispered to Ayesha’s ears and gave her a kiss on the forehead.

All throughout the night, Knight was just watching the sleeping Ayesha and he would sometimes steal some kisses from her.
