Sect Patriarch System - Chapter 6 Absorbing A Sect?

“Qiu Long, who have brought here?” The middle-aged man on the throne asked.

The man donned a dark blue gown. He had short spiky black hair, and a goatee.

“Patriarch! This man seems to want to speak to you! Not only this, but he is a Lord Realm expert!”

“…” The middle aged man opened his mouth but said nothing.

“Hello there mr. patriarch. You see, I have a small proposition for you.” Su Qiang said with a big grin on his face.

“Oh? And what would this proposition be?” The man asked in response.

“A chance for your sect to become a high level sect. If you agree to all the aspects of my proposition, I promise that this sect will become a 10th level sect within 1 month.”

“10th level!? Ahem… How do you even plan on doing this? And what are the aspects to your so called proposition?”

Su Qiang began to smirk.

“Absorption. I want your sect, to become part of mine. If you agree to this, I can make you a Vice Leader to my sect. Not only this, but I can guarantee you that this will benefit not only you, but also all of your disciples greatly! If you join me, within one month, you will be able to step into the Mid Lord Realm! So, what do you say?”

“…Your deal seems too good to be true.” The man said firmly.

“Fine then, I challenge you to a battle. I’ll limit my power to that of the peak grandmaster realm just like you. If I defeat you. Then you have to concede the position of patriarch to me.” Su Qiang stated with confidence.

The truth is, he totally could have just used his ‘Force Elder’ token on him, but he decided it would be a good idea to keep that for when he comes across a true expert.

“Fine then! Let’s see where all of your confidence comes from!” The man yelled. Slowly equipping his ‘Earth King’s Hammer’ and his ‘Dragon Lord Armour’.

His hammer, had a metre and a half long handle, and an actual head about 2 feet long, and a good 6 inches thick. The head of the hammer was rigid which made it look like a giant meat tenderiser. The weapon was also entirely green, the handle being light green, and the head being dark green.

His battle armour, looked as if it was made out of the bones and scales of a dragon. His helmet was in the shape of a dragons skull, his chestplate, was entirely covered in black scales, and his shoulder guards had bone-like spikes on them. His gauntlets, were made out of the same black scales, with the same bone-like spikes on the knuckles. His trousers were the same, with the bone-like spikes being on his knees. His shoes were also the same, however they had retractable blades on the toes.

“Oh? Quite the gear you’ve got there.” Su Qiang said, before instantly equipping his ‘Tyrannical Armour’ and ‘Heavenly Devourer Scythe.’

His Tyrannical Armour, honestly looked quite bland in comparison to his opponent, being entirely black and covered in scales, however, unlike his opponent, these were real dragon scales! Not to mention his helmet, which was entirely non-existent. But, his very armour produced a bloodcurdling killing intent, a killing intent strong enough, that even if one killed for hundreds of years, they probably would not be able to replicate it. It was truly domineering.

As far as the Heavenly Devourer Scythe went, it was possibly even more domineering. The scythe had its own intelligence. It was a pitch black weapon, with the exclusion of the blade, which was entirely blood red. The killing intent, and pressure in general which the blade released was at least three times stronger than that of the tyrannical armour. The blade also had two special abilities: Cancellation of all qi attacks. (As long as a direct slash is made against the attacks, they will be cancelled out). And the ability to destroy, or devour souls. By devouring souls, the weapon can become stronger, and even harness some of the souls powers!

“What an insane killing intent! Good! Looks like this will be interesting!” The man yelled in a pleased manner.

“Meteor Crash!” The man yelled launching himself into the air.

As he began to reach the peak of his jump, flaming rocks began to form around him. Three seconds later, as if they had all gotten heavier, he and the rocks descended from the sky at an alarmingly fast rate.

“Good.” Su Qiang said casually, swinging his scythe at the nearby flaming rocks.

As his scythe collided with the rocks, they instantly shattered into nothingness.

“What!?” The man began to panic. Even with his hammer, half of the attacks damage came from the rocks.

BOOM!

The man brought his hammer down, swinging it directly at Su Qiang’s head.

However, as the hammer was mere inches away from his head, Su Qiang leaned lightly to the right causing the man to fly straight past him, crashing into the ground.

Making quick use of this opportunity, Su Qiang spun around and placed the blade of his scythe at the mans throat from behind him.

“You did well.”

“Not as well as you.”

“Oh yeah. By the way, what’s your name?”

“Cao Feng.”

“Nice to officially meet you.”

“Patriarch sir! I’ve gathered all of the disciples as you asked.” Cao Feng stated.

“Good. It’s time I make a little announcement. Oh yeah, what’s actually this sects name?”

“Rising Sun Sect!” Cao Feng said with pride.

“Oh? Is that a coincidence?”

“Hm? What do you mean?”

“Nothing. Anyway it’s time I tell them the name of their new sect!”

“Who’s that?”

“I don’t know.”

“He’s quite hansom!”

“Hmph! I don’t see what’s so great about him!”

Very quickly many disciples began to whisper amongst each other as they saw Su Qiang take stage.

“Hello, disciples of the Rising Sun Sect. My name is Su Qiang. And I am… YOUR NEW PATRIARCH!” Su Qiang yelled with much glee.

“HUH!?”

“WHAT!?”

“WHAT DID YOU DO TO THE PATRIARCH!?”

“SHUT THE FUCK UP!” Cao Feng yelled loudly.

“YOU SHALL PAY RESPECT TO YOUR NEW LEADER!” Cao Feng roared in a pissed off manor.

“WE GREET PATRIARCH SU!”

“Haha. It’s fine it’s fine. My phrasing was a bit strange. Anyhow, I should let you know. Shortly we will be slightly relocating to a deeper part of the Desolate Mountain Range! Not only this, but I hereby abolish the Rising Sun Sect! From now on, you are all part of my Heavenly Eclipse Sect!” Su Qiang said with the biggest grin on his face. He was after all quite happy about this.

“System, show me the sect status now.”
