Serendipitous Wedding. - Volume 1 Chapter 13

Claira went outside in the balcony, calling up her mother. “Hi mom!”

“Hi sweetheart!!”

“Mom!! Ivan just proposed and I said yes to him!!” Claira smiled hesitantly.

“What?? Claira!! I told you, the man is no good. He might cheat you!!” Came the lady’s furious voice.

“Oh!! Mom!! He loves me!! He is ready to marry me mom! We are getting married in twenty days.”

“What he agreed to the wedding??”

“Offcourse. He loves the idea of a cruise wedding. Just us and few friends and relatives, with limited media!!” Claira exclaimed in happiness.

“Oh! My baby! If you are happy, then I am also very happy. Let me just tell it to your dad and your sister too!!”

“Ahh!! Yes!!! It’s a fifteen day cruise from Miami to Santiago and the wedding is on the third day!” Claira spoke in excitement.

1 day before current day…

“Ahhh!! Looks like everybody is aboard!! Where the hell is this man?” Claira dressed in a blue knotted blouse and straight fit white skirt, stood on the thresh-hold of the cruize, waiting for Ivan.

Suddenly, somebody passing by rapidly hit the girl, with his shoulder bag, making her stumble a bit, in her high heels. “Ahhhh!! Watch were you are going atleast!!” Claira frowned, trying to balance herself.

The man quickly held Claira’s waist, and straightened her up. “Ohh!! I am so sorry Miss..I was not watching where…i was….huh?? You??”

Claira gapped at the man in surprise. “Jack??”
