Jack looked at the time and smirked. “Two minutes left for the gates to close. Is not he a bit too much late?”
“He is on the way already! You don’t have to comment!” Claira lied.
“Ohh!! Do you want me to delay the closing of the gates. I can do that!!” Jack smirked proudly, trying to make a good impression on the girl. Though he so much wanted her groom to miss the cruise.
“No thanks!! I don’t need your help!! He will come in two minutes! He knows the time!!!” Claira snapped back, looking at Jack.
“Ohh!! Ohkie then! See you on board!” Jack walked past the girl, his heart beating rapidly. The CEO had turned into a teenager, who was madly crushing on a hollywood celebrity.
Claira was now nervously waiting for Ivan. “Where the hell is he?? He is not even attending my calls since yesterday night!!”
Just then her phone rang and she answered it immediately.” Oh!! Thank God!! It’s him! Hello? Ivan! Where are you baby?” Claira asked sweetly.
“C…C…Claira…HIC!!” Came Ivan’s drunk voice.
“Ivan!! Are you drunk? Where are you? Did you over sleep or something!? I know somebody in the ship, who can make the closing of the gates to delay. You just come quick!!” Claira was now on the verge of crying. Her heart was beating rapidly.
