Shadow Pack Stories [Completed] - 54 Chapter 10
Zack Adamos’ POV
I was looking at my mate who was standing over the fire as she was trying to cook some omelet for us. I was smiling as I was leaning against the headboard of the bed. If I was not in control right now, I would take her right there and now.
“Stop staring. It’s rude,” Sam said as I chuckled at her before I was getting out of bed. It has been some days if I remembered correctly since the first time we mated. I was happy and I think I might show my Sam how happy I was when she decided to be mine forever.
I wonder if our kids would be in her womb now.
I was kissing her naked shoulder as she was putting the omelet on the plate. I was smiling before the smell of the food was going through my nose.
“You cooking is wonderful,” I said before Sam was glancing over her shoulder. She smiled before I kissed her lips. It was too hard to resist that rosy, kissable lips.
“I thought you might love something else for a change,” she said as she was arching her eyebrow at me. I laughed before I was picking up the fork and tasted the cooking. It was delish, I tell you.
“Well, besides eating you for breakfast, this is a change indeed,” I said before Sam was blushing. I would always wake up and the best way to wake Sam up was by being in between her thighs. She never complains about it.
Then, I scooped some omelet to feed her and she ate it wholeheartedly. I was smiling as we were having such a bliss with each other until Sam was sad for some reason. My wolf purred at him as I was looking at her.
“What’s wrong?” I asked her as she smiled weakly at me. She was caressing my chest as she was sighing.
“I think we need to get back to the community now. Who knows when my brother will find us and he will demand something from you? I will not let him hurt you,” Sam said as her red eyes were staring at me. I kissed her forehead and hugged her to assure that I will not let the Ultima do anything to me.
“Don’t worry, I have a plan to make sure that he will never come between us anymore. Or anyone else for that matter,” I said as Sam was arching her eyebrow at me.
“And how exactly do you do that?” she asked me before I pulled out the ring that I had since I first knew that Samantha Lykos was my mate. I have carried this ring since forever. Sam gasped when she saw the ring as I was holding it to her.
“Will you do the honor of having me as your husband for the rest of your life, Samantha Lykos?” I asked her as she was tearing up before she was smiling at me.
“Oh, Zack,” she said as I slipped the ring into her hand. She smiled before she was chuckling at me.
“You know, you should kneel before me and slip the ring in,” she jested me as I was laughing at her before I kissed her senselessly.
“You know I cannot do that. Besides, I was not a rule-abiding wolf anyway,” I said before I scooped her up and walked to the bed.
“But you just have your fill,” Sam said but her smile was on her lips as she was holding to me around the neck. I smirked at her.
“That was hours ago and you’re tempting me with that small body of yours. You know I cannot say no to that,” I said as I was on top of her when she was laughing at my caveman style.
“Well, don’t make me wait, Mr. Adamos-Lykos,” she said as I was kissing her neck and jaws.
“Would not dream of that, Mrs. Adamos-Lykos,” I replied and we were on the edge of fulfilling our desire now.
I asked her if she would like to wear a wedding gown but she settled for a white sundress that was the perfect fit for her. I could not be more proud of her than this moment. She walked to the altar and I have been smiling at her when she arrived in front of me.
“Do you, Zack Adamos, take this lady to be your lawfully wedded wife, in sickness and health, in rich and poor, in good and bad, until the death do you apart?” The priest asked as I was smiling at Sam.
“I DO,” I said as I was looking at her.
“Do you, Samantha Lykos, take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband, in sickness and health, in rich and poor, in good and bad, until the death do you apart?”
“I DO,” Sam replied.
“And with the power that rested upon me by the Government of Cyprus, I wedded thee and bless this wedding. You may kiss your bride,” the priest said as I was pulling Sam to kiss her on the lips. She was smiling and my heart soared from this moment to the rest of my life.
“Now, what should we do?” Sam asked me as I was holding her hands when we were walking through the town people. I don’t see the usual crowd of the pack as they should. Maybe they have some celebration or something.
Then, someone was coming at us. It was Sam’s friend, Karisa Papadaupoulus.
“There you are! I have been looking over for you,” she said to Sam before her eyes were focusing on the rings that Sam wore. My heart pounded with pride.
“Well, it seems you get a little busy these days,” Karisa said as she was eyeing me before she returned her attention to Sam.
“Karisa, what is it? Why are you in a hurry to see me?” Sam asked her before she was gripping Sam’s hands.
“The folks, your folks, have been talking about you running away and disappeared. I don’t know what to say but I never thought that I would see you in this part of the town. They are still superstitious about you guys,” she said before I cut them off.
“You guys?” I asked her as I turned to Sam. She was not looking at me in the eye. “You told her about us?” I asked her as Sam turned to smile sheepishly at me.
“Doesn’t matter. I know because my father was dealing with the pack about certain lumber. Duh, I was his daughter, of course I know about you guys,” Karisa said before she rolled her eyes at me. I scoffed at her.
“Great, just great. And I have to say about this to Caleb and not to mention, your brother,” I said as Sam was glaring at me. She shook her head before she turned to Karisa.
“Don’t mind him. He was a little crazy after one month,” Sam said to her friend.
‘Wonder whose fault was that?’ I mumbled in my mind but I know Sam heard it. If she was mad about it, she did not tell me.
“So, tell us what are you searching for me for?” Sam asked Karisa before she was snapping at us again.
“Right, I heard there was a celebration for the new member of the pack, I think the tour guide got married, and right now they were having some celebration. And I think you should announce the news to them,”
“About what?” Sam asked before Karisa rolled her eyes, “Duh, your wedding of course,”
