She’s That Knight Known As Zero - Chapter 265
Raven did his best in order to leave Hesperian without any problems. Despite wanting to understand what was going on at the earliest possible time. He couldn’t just drop his duties right there and then. Kaoru was after all, different.
He had sent another letter a day after he sent the first one. This letter was addressed to his father, Yukimura.
~Father, I ask of you to do something for me. And please do not disclose this to anyone. Especially the royal family, it might just be a presumption on my side but it is still better to make sure. Without letting the people to wonder, try to ask around who still knows Eureka. Do focus on those who were revived after Reset. I shall be returning in another week and I’ll try my best to arrive there earlier than usual.~
His departure from here would be around the same time that Yukimura would receive the letter. He wanted to know the answer right after he returns.
Currently he was contemplating whether to send another two letter to Archic and Confederate. It was nothing if the ones who didn’t knew her were the only ones that would forget about her but if this goes on and more and more people would do so. Then that would become a big problem.
For the next few days, Shin diligently learned everything he can from Raven, he can see that whoever Eureka is, she must be someone very important to him.
Right now, as he and the two ministers, Yuma and Warren, are together to talk about their upcoming activities while the king is not around. Their conversation ended up being about Raven.
“His reaction was shock when he found out that I didn’t know her. And when he found out that all of us in Hesperian have no idea of who she is, he looks even more shocked. But upon knowing that some of their people didn’t know her either, he became dreadful,” Shin said after being asked of what had happened.
“Then this Eureka lady, could be the person the king was talking about. The reason why no one could catch Raven’s attention no matter what the ladies of our kingdom do,” Yuma commented after hearing Shin’s explanation.
“The urgency was also there, he must really want to return now. But he was also dutiful enough not to just drop his duties. Unlike our king…” Warren added before feeling down about Kaoru.
“Well he did implement so many things for the past months and was diligent on checking the improvements while he himself was going out to help around. I guess we could add that as his merit?” Yuma replied as his voice became more uncertain towards the end.
“Raven have already told us about it, the king was an out of this world person even back in Aurora, but they, including the royal family of Aurora kingdom, knew that king Kaoru is competent enough to be our king.”
The three of them couldn’t help but sigh, the few months that they were with Kaoru. They already saw his weirdness and competence. It’s just the two were in balance, meaning they shouldn’t relax too much when he becomes serious with his work.
Just like what had happened right now, he was so serious for the past month, finishing as many tasks as possible and but now, he dropped everything and left the kingdom.
Well they could understand that it was to get back their queen but still, this is just…
*SIGH*
The day of Raven’s departure finally arrived, knowing that he may not come back for a long time, almost the whole kingdom was there to send him off.
The ones who will remain are the knights who are still training the new knights for Hesperian. While some of them already wanted to go with him, the others have already decided to remain and just live in Hesperian.
“My stay was not long but I have enjoyed it very much. I was able to learn many things with you as well. For now, I and Kaoru, I mean your king, shall entrust everything in your hands. I will make sure that he will return with the set time,” Raven finally said his goodbye to Yuma, Warren and Shin, who were his constant companion in his stay here.
The three saluted to this young man, who gained their respect within the short time of his stay and everyone watched his horse dash away. The way the horse dashed felt like he was in a race. The three higher ups looked at each other and wished Raven good luck for whatever he was planning.

“I have received a letter that Kaoru is coming here, dropping everything and just leaving without a word to his people,” Akihiro informed his family, Yukimura, Akira, Akito and the remaining squad zero.
He couldn’t help but to massage his temple as he felt like another head ache is coming.
“Anyway he seems to be planning on getting you back. So I leave him in your hands, do what you see fit and please try not to go easy on him,” he then added as he look at Akira.
Akira first turned red, “I understand your highness. I’ll make it very difficult for him.”
She had no plans on just go back to him when he asks to after all. She had been the one following him all this time. Right now, she will make sure that he will feel how she felt as she follows him.
The next day, Yukimura received Raven’s letter just as he was about to go out. Mutsumi noticed the changes in Yukimura’s face.
“What is it? What did he say?” she asked knowing that the letter was from her son.
“It’s nothing, just a few things he wanted me to check. I shall be going now,” he didn’t want Mutsumi to ask so he bid her goodbye without waiting for her question.
He too wish whatever it is that nags Raven was not something so seroius. It’s just sometimes the gut feeling of someone for their most precious one was somehow on point.
Mutsumi watched that Yukimura didn’t just keep the letter but instead, he burnt it as he walk away, “Something he must not disclose?”

After noon of that day, Kaoru finally arrived to Aurora Kingdom. He went straight to Akihiro’s office as per his instruction.
“BROTHER!!! I miss you!!” he exclaimed as he opened the door.
But what welcomed him was a smack in the head.
“I really don’t know if you are my brother or what. You dare come here with a smile after dropping everything behind without speaking to your subordinates?” Akihiro instantly gave him a lecture.
Kaoru stood there with his head bowed as Akihiro lectured him for another two hours. His face was not remorseful but instead he was pouting as if he was wronged.
Akihiro once again massaged his temples as he look at his brother who was not remorseful at all.
“*laughs* Since he’s already here, we really can’t do anything now can we?” Haruka entered the office to give the two brothers a breather from such a long lecture.
In her arms, was a beautiful baby girl, with white hair and red orange eyes.
She approached Kaoru, “Hikari, here is your uncle. Say hi to him.”
The baby was already three months old, her little hands was raised as she happily closed and opens her fingers. She was giggling as well.
Kaoru felt a lump in his throat, Eureka’s eyes was just a few shades lighter, but somehow the two of them have more similarities. Maybe because Rino got his mother’s eye and hair color while Nana got her father’s eye and hair color.
Only Eureka and Hikari had the mix color.
“Look how beautiful and cute you are.”
That’s all he could say, he extended his fore finger and Hikari held it before giggling once again.
This caused Kaoru to finally cry, this is the first time he was able to see and touch his brother’s child as a baby. He had been blaming himself that he couldn’t save them but now, a young one, a baby was right in front of him. He could only cry.
Akihiro and Haruka looked at each other before Akihiro pat his brother’s shoulder exasperatedly. Hikari, on the other hand, was giggling and was happily playing with her hands.

“Heh, it’s just the first batch and someone already noticed it? I say, just how connected are the two of you? Normally people would notice this things, especially since a whole lot of people are involved, when it is already too late.”
He was swinging his legs as he lean on the tree, a playful smile was plastered in his face.
“But what can you do? Even if you learn about it, no matter how early it is, you won’t be able to do anything. You’ll just be helplessly waiting for how it will unfold. This is a condition after all and her return is the only way to stop it.”
He looked up at the starry sky, “One year have passed now, four more years young lady. Will you be able to return or will you die and everyone will just forget everything about you? Forget that once in their life, they met a lady named Eureka?”
