Skill-Creation System - Chapter 30
Alex strolled down the streets and found a stall for rent. It costed a gold coin which meant pretty much nothing to him.
He then went back to the Blacksmithing Guild and rented a room for use. He picked up a sturdy hammer and lifted it up above his head.
Swinging the hammer down on a heated metal to start making swords.
This time, he didn’t make Tier-4 Swords but Tier-2 and Tier-3 Swords instead. The swords he was forging right then was to sale them as they would catch a good price. Although he was considered wealthy in his village, he couldn’t compare to people who owned businesses.
Just like that, 2 hours passed and Alex forged 100 swords. He had 70 Tier-2 swords and the rest were Tier-3.

[Master has created more than 100 swords. New System Feature Unlocked.]
[System Feature: Auto Forging

Alex couldn’t believe his eyes. He unlocked another feature in the system.
‘Auto-Crafting, sounds nice’ Alex thought. If any Blacksmith had seen the feature, they would spurt out a mouthful of blood upon hearing Alex’s nonchalance.
Alex thought about it and stood up. Walking out of the room, he saw Anna. She was just sitting there sipping some hot tea. Alex started walking over. When he heard a loud sound coming from her direction.
*Boom*
A man smashed her table and looked at her with a l.u.s.t-filled expression. The man wore a formal suit and had blonde hair. He gave off the feeling of a rich young master. The man then expressed his thoughts to Anna.
“Anna, my dear, please accept my feelings. I have been pursuing you for 2 years already! Please, at least give me a chance!”
“Kale, I have told you many times, that I don’t accept your feelings. Never will. And adding to my answer, there are many bad rumours of how you treat your girls. Now go away, you are disturbing my break!” Anna said with a cold tone as she placed down her cup of tea. She then stood up, preparing to leave.
Just as she was about to leave, she saw Alex walking over.
Alex then greeted her.
“Hey Anna. Nice to see you again. It has been what? About 3 hours? Haha!”
Anna smiled brightly and greeted him back.
“Hello Mr.Alex. Yes, it is nice to see you again.”
Kale watched this exchange in confusion. Anna was always cold to men. Why was this guy any different from all of them. Although Alex had an extremely handsome face, Anna was never one to care for looks. Even if he was curious, he couldn’t help but be angry at the moment. Anna was his and his alone. Who would dare take her from him! He had tried his best to court her for 2 years. He reached out to grab her arm.
Alex who saw this, walked closer to Anna and pulled her away discretely. Kale’s hands grabbed the air.
Alex walked with Anna for a bit then asking her about him.
“So what’s that dude’s problem?”
“Yes, thank you for pulling me out. He is Kale Rasputin. He comes from a Blacksmithing family which produces many talents. Although most of then usually are Blacksmithing maniacs, Kale is one of the ones that like to show off and use his family’s power. His cultivation base is also good. Many rumours say he has a harem and he abuses them daily. Most of the women in his harem were picked of the streets.” Anna said in a voice filled with annoyance as she recalled Kale’s face.
Alex nodded. He then looked at Anna and asked if she had a sword. She answered by saying that she has a Tier-2 sword. Alex then took out a Tier-3 sword and handed it over to her.
When Anna saw this, her eyes widened in surprise. How did Alex take out a Tier-3 sword so casually? She held the sword in her hands and stored it within her storage ring. She then thanked Alex sincerely by clasping her hands and bowing respectfully. Seeing that Alex didn’t respond to her sincere thanks, she invited him to a meal. The meeting was tonight.
After hearing Anna’s proposal, Alex thought about it and nodded.
“Sure, why not.”
Alex then felt killing intent directed at him. He frowned and immediately side stepped. A sword flew pass the area where his heart would have been if he didn’t dodge.
Anna was frightened. Who would dare make such a move in the Blacksmithing Guild. Alex looked behind him saw Kale. Killing Intent filled his eyes. When he had heard the conversation between Anna and Alex, his anger rose considerably. Just now, he couldn’t contain it anymore and tried to kill Alex. He had never expected Alex to dodge. His frustration and anger rose by another level.
“How dare you dodge my attack!”
“…” Alex didn’t even know what to say. This cliche scene he always read in novels actually happened. What did Kale mean by how dare he dodge his attack? Why wouldn’t he dodge was the real question.
Anna then screamed at Kale.
“Kale, we are in the Blacksmithing Guild! How dare you attempt to kill someone!”
Kale heard Anna and laughed while pointing at Alex. “Hahaha! Do you even know who you are talking to. My father is the GuildMaster here. One word from me, and you will no longer work here. Killing someone like him would be as easy as snapping my fingers. My father is a Tier-3 Blacksmith. You can’t afford to mess with him. Hahaha!”
He then looked at Alex and pointed downwards. “Kneel and apologize for stealing her from me.”
Alex who had a calm face the entire time couldn’t contain his laughter anymore.
“Hahaha! Oh No! I’m so scared! Haha!
Anna couldn’t help but chuckle too. Kale who saw the duo’s actions was confused and angry.
“Why are you laughing?!”
Alex returned to his calm look and said in a cold tone.
“Bring your father here and we’ll see.”
Kale gritted his teeth and called his father to his location. He used an emergency signal to contact him.
In a room, a man was signing some paperwork until he halted his movements to look at a shining green crystal. He sighed and made his swiftly made his way to the location.
He walked down the stairs of the guild building and saw his son, Kale. Seeing that he wasn’t in danger, he sighed. He slowly walked over to him.
“Kale, I told you to only use the signal in emergencies.”
Kale nodded his head no paying attention to his father’s words. He pointed at Alex and Anna, and said.
“Dad, that person was insulting you and that women was brainwashed by him. She is mine.
Hearing this, Kale’s father looked at the direction his son was pointing at and saw Alex and Anna. Although he guessed what happened, he couldn’t bring down his family name.
Just as he was about to start speaking, Alex spoke.
“Hello, I am guessing you are the Guildmaster, correct? As a Guildmaster, before doing anything, you should know what this is right.”
Alex fiddled with his Blacksmithing Badge. There were four lines in them.
The guildmaster looked closely and his eyes widened in surprise. That badge was something that represents that the holder is a Tier-4 Blacksmith.
‘Sh**’
He instantly cursed in his mind. He then respectfully bowed while clasping his hand towards Alex.
“Sorry for my son’s impudence sir. I hope you can forgive him for his rude actions.”
Kale nodded but when he thought about it. His jaw dropped. Why was his dad asking forgiveness and being so respectful to the kid? He was utterly flabbergasted.
He looked closely at the badge in Alex’s hands and shivered instantly. Tier-4 Blacksmith! No wonder he was laughing. Kale lowered his head and asked for forgiveness.
The people around were shocked beyond words. Wasn’t that their guildmaster? Why was he bowing to someone else? They all looked at Alex and saw the four lines on his Blacksmithing badge. It instantly gave them the answer.
Everyone looked at Alex with reverence. A Tier-4 Blacksmith wasn’t something that you see everyday. Especially not one who was not even 11 years old. What kind of logic was that?!
Alex nodded and put his badge back in his storage ring. He then looked at everyone and pointed at Anna. He warned everyone.
“This lady here is under my protection. If one of you hurts her, don’t dream about seeing the light of day again. I will make sure you sleep forever.” His voice resounded through the building. It carried an invisible pressure and a bit of killing intent. Eveyone shivered hearing the warning and nodded their heads.
Alex talked to Anna for a while. When he parted with her, he quickly left the building to take care of business.
When everyone saw Alex leave, they all sighed. They started talking about the events that had just unfolded.
“I guess that’s the power of a Tier-4 Blacksmith.”
“Right! Did you all feel that pressure coming from him? I couldn’t even move when under it. The killing intent too. I could feel him holding back a lot but that sliver of killing intent felt like if he had killed hundreds of people.”
Everyone nodded and continued talking about it.
While this was happening, in the Guildmaster’s room, the guildmaster himself scolded his son severely. Kale’s stunt almost sent him to death. From the pressure Alex released, he obviously wasn’t a mortal but he still couldn’t see through his cultivation base making him stronger than himself, the guildmaster.
He sighed and issued an order to make sure no one hurt Anna and to be careful to not offend Alex.
