The preparations made for this secret task of fetching the USB drive could be compared to those one would find in spy movies.

Here, the spy sent to fetch information about the enemy was Secret Agent Valerie Zheng.

Valerie was given everything needed to meet the man for the drop-off.

To top it off, Talia even arranged a car for her as driving their flashy cars to the outskirts and to an abandoned building would garner unnecessary attention which was the last thing they would want.

Thus, Talia arranged a stolen car and even had the car plates changed to stay on the safe side.

This car could not be seen anywhere near their house to avoid suspicion on them, so it was left in the parking lot of a small restaurant where such worn down cars were a common sight to see.

This morning which was the day of the meeting, Valerie drove to a shopping mall which was behind this small restaurant and made sure to be visible in the security cameras as she entered the mall.

Her convertible was in the parking lot of the mall and the heiress was clearly spotted entering the mall.

However, no one knew that Valerie, who had visited a few stores in the mall to prove her presence, had sneaked into a handicapped bathroom on the ground floor.

Here, she changed into those thick black clothes and even put her hoodie and mask on.

She then made sure to stay away from the security cameras while exiting the bathroom stall with a bag in her hand which had her earlier clothes placed inside them.

She was smart enough to choose a corridor where there was no one around and sneaked out of the building using the back door meant only for the employees.

From there, all she had to do was walk towards the restaurant where the rusted car was parked without garnering any attention towards herself.

This was a piece of cake for her as she was soon seated in the old and worn down car which she drove out of the parking lot fairly quickly.

After taking so many precautions, she made her way towards the outskirts of the city and arrived at the underground parking lot of that abandoned building.

Once she was at her destination, she turned on the voice modulator patch that her sister had bought and attached it to her throat.

This instantly changed her voice to a low and manly voice which succeeded in tricking the man who had come to hold up his side of the deal.

Though the man was about an hour late, he had brought what she needed and left after she handed over the money bundle to him.

With the man leaving, she was left alone in the parking lot which she too exited from while making sure that no one caught sight of her.

However, she did not return to the restaurant. Instead, she went through another route and parked her rusted car near a car repair store which was at the entrance of the city.

She did not interact with anyone there and walked to the nearest bus terminal where another car was present for her.

Driving this new car, she made her way to the small restaurant and after parking her car there she entered the mall the same way she had sneaked out of it.

Once she had changed her clothes in the handicap bathroom stall, she went around the mall and bought a few clothes to prove that she was in this place the entire time.

Then with a couple of shopping bags in her hand, one of which had the black clothes she had worn for the deal, she made her grand exit from the mall.

She then drove her car to where her sister would be and from there she had come back home.

Now as she laid on her comfortable bed, she was lulled into a deep slumber as she had worked harder today than on days where she walked on the runways.

Stepping out of her shower, Talia wrapped her hair in a towel and wore her bathrobe before walking towards her sister’s room.

She had intended to call her back to her room but dropped the idea when she saw the little sister fast asleep on her bed.

She made sure to not make any noise as she closed the door and tiptoed back to her room.

‘I thought that we could see this together but it looks like she’s not lucky enough.’ Talia sighed while looking at the USB drive in her hand.

Her sister had risked being exposed to the paparazzi to fetch this drive for her but Talia could not wait for a couple of hours to take a look at what was inside the drive.

She fired up her laptop and inserted the storage device to check out what was inside it.

A single folder named ‘Lina Yang’ was present inside the drive which she did not waste any time and clicked on it.

Once inside the folder, she found multiple folders present, and they were named using dates starting from last month.

Talia’s eyes glittered with excitement when she found numerous folders that all held information she could use against that wicked woman who was the evil witch in her fairytale love story.

She clicked on the first folder and her smile widened when she took a look at what was present inside.

Her eyes and fingers moved at the same time as she clicked on each folder in the drive to look at every single piece of information she could use against Lina Yang.

About ten minutes later, Talia had completed viewing each file on the USB drive and there was a satisfied look on her face.

“Worth every penny!” She chuckled and shut her laptop.

The plan she had begun working towards ever since she felt threatened by Lina’s appearance would soon come to fruition.

She could not contain her joy as the wide smile continued to remain on her face.

Soon, she would be able to get the people of this city and her Brother Reuben loathe that woman just as much as she abhorred her very existence.

With this pleasant thought in her head, she rose from her seat and placed the drive in the locker in her wardrobe, and then locked the doors.

Once she was sure of its safety, she picked up her clothes and went to change after which she went downstairs to meet her mother.

In another place, a woman was pressed onto the couch and a man was looming over her body.

“Sir, what are you doing?” A weak and trembling voice was heard coming from below which elicited a smirk from the man.

Even when there was a guarded and scared look on her face, the man did not move away, instead, he leaned closer.

“Tell me you don’t like it.” The man’s magnetic and low voice resounded in her ear.

His hot breath fanned over her ear due to their close proximity and her breathing hitched when she felt him shorten the distance between them.

With the woman’s body laid flat on the long and wide couch, the man did not have any issues with moving closer to her.

His hands placed on the couch on either side of her body supported his weight while his one leg was on the floor and his other knee on the couch.

They were in a compromising position but the man was not bothered about being caught as his evil smirk widened when he saw her cheeks turning red.

As he leaned closer, he could feel her soft breasts as they rose and fell with every breath she took.

The woman could sense his eyes darken when her breasts began touching his strong chest which made her feel shy all over again.

“You haven’t said anything yet~” He teased her only to find that she looked away from him, averting her shy appearance.

However, he was not willing to let her go so easily as he hooked her chin to make her look his way once again.

“CEO Ming…” She whimpered in a coquettish tone when he left her with no chances of escape.

The woman was now biting her lower lip as she had a clear view of his handsome face.

Their eyes met and she felt herself drawing in those deep black eyes which were too seductive to resist.

His long nose was so close to her face and the tiny black mole at the end of his lip was alluring enough to send her into a trance.

“It is a secretary’s duty to please her boss, isn’t it?” He questioned though there was a mischievous smile on his lips.

The woman snapped out of her daze when she heard his words as she thought of an appropriate answer to his question.

“But, Sir…” She whispered but froze when she felt his other hand trace a finger over her thigh.

“Hmm? Why did you stop?” He interrogated as though he did not know what had caused her to halt in her words.

She closed her eyes to recollect her thoughts and opened them once again when she found the words that had slipped out of her mind earlier.

“This is not what a secretary and her boss should be doing, CEO Ming!” She uttered with a firm note of resistance in her tone.

However, her words did not have any effect on him as he leaned closer.

“A secretary does what her boss commands her and right now, I want you to stay silent and serve me!” He growled and latched onto her neck, kissing and sucking her delicate skin.
