Stuck In A World Of Magic - Chapter 5 Chapter five
I gasped, as just after, my eyes were covered by warm, gloved hands as I was pulled back into a hard chest.
‘Good girl.’
I swiped my hand, swinging the blade backwards as my eyes were uncovered.
“Feisty, I like it.”
My skirt fluttered as I move, the metal armor clanking slightly. My black hair fell over my head as I meant back in a laid back and easy manner, my head tilted at a 45 degree angle, my breath coming out in short gasps.
My heart fluttered. Trembling, I did a once over.
Elquior had long silver hair, tied in a loose ponytail enchanting crimson eyes, and a charming smile. He was wearing a tuxedo, dagger in hand.
He moved toward me, his hair undoing as he walked in front of me.
“Hey… Who are you, Azalea?”
“You seem special. What is it you have that attracts me so much?”
He put his gloved hand on my cheek as I glared at him.
Crimson crashed with Aqua as our eyes met. Our colours collided, each challenging the other to make a move.
“Nothing. Just leave me alone!”
Elquior’s eyes softened.
“Alright then. Make it that way. Miss Ying, I resign from my job.”
“Why? You’re so useless! If you do, i’ll make it so that you’re indicted* for treason!”
“Hm? Oh well. I’ll be leaving this isthmus with Azalea anyway. Go ahead.”
“Hey! I didn’t agree to tha-” I tried to complain, but to no avail. I sighed as the noble continued to lambaste* Elquior.
“You can’t even follow a simple order! I-I… You are anathema* to me! It’s better for you to leave anyway!”
“Alright, alright, understood. See you never again!”
After saying that, Elquior grabbed my hand and pulled me in the general direction of the North.
“Huh? Wa-ait!”
