Suddenly, I Can Duplicate Money - Chapter 13
“You are disgusting! You don’t even have a toilet in your house!”
“You are disgusting! You don’t even have a toi…”
“!!!”
The sound of the floor being scratched rang through the air as Yun Hao quickly stood up from his seat. He stared at the video being repeated from the projector, his face which showed his shock and utter desperation being replayed over and over again for everyone to see.
Yun Hao’s breaths became heavy as Angela’s voice pierced his ears. With everything that’s happened to him the past 2 days, he thought that he had totally forgotten about the issue with his ex-girlfriend. But now that it was being replayed in front of him, the pain of discovering that she was cheating on him with his ex-best friend resurfaced from his heart.
It didn’t help that the said best friend is in the same classroom as him right now, with his silent mocking peals of laughter whispering into Yun Hao’s ears. Yun Hao could not help but close his fists, gripping them extremely tight to the point that the calluses on his palms were chafed off.
He wanted to punch himself so badly so that the pain from his heart would lessen, or at the least distract himself from it. But alas, he had never shown that side of him to anyone else, and he wasn’t planning on doing it now in front of all his classmates.
What if he just lock the door and beat the living shit out of everyone in this class? The teacher won’t be arriving in another 10 minutes. He was sure that everyone in this class would be unconscious by then.
He would start with Long Yazhu since he was also trained in the boxing team. As long as he knocks him out then everyone else would be easy, half of them were women as well. He had money anyway, he could just run away before anyone catches him. If worse comes to worst, he could just kill himself and be–
Yun Hao then shook his head off the dangerous thoughts that were surfacing in his mind. He was different now. He once again had a future, a future of unlimited wealth and all the power in the world available to him.
He just had to persevere. Zhang Angela is just a petty little bitch– Yun Hao kept screaming in his mind.
With that thought, Yun Hao slowly gathered his breath as his fists that were itching to hurt someone started to loosen up. Yun Hao then glared at Long Yazhu, before just sitting back in his seat.
It wasn’t worth it. Yun Hao knew that Long Yazhu was provoking him because he wanted him to lash out. One wrong move and Yun Hao was out of Tsinghai High School. Just one more year, and he would be able to graduate. Even if he had the power to gain unlimited wealth now, he owed it to his past self to see this through.
All the ridicule, mocking, disdain, laughter, and all the oppression that his past self endured… he needed to see it through. He will never let the system that keeps bringing him down win, never.
He already lost once, never again.
“…”
One of his classmates that was in the restaurant 2 days ago approached Yun Hao, a wide gloating smirk adorning his face. “Hey Champ, I guess even in love you keep on los–”
However, before the young man could even finish his sentence, Yun Hao did something that none of them were expecting.
Yun Hao pushed his hair to the side, completely exposing the huge scar that he had been desperately trying to hide for a year now. The women, who were initially giggling at Yun Hao’s sorry fate, could not help but hold their breaths.
They were once again reminded of how handsome Yun Hao was. They thought that the scar would make him look disgusting, but the only thing it did was make him even more manly and intimidating as if a warrior calmly resting after a war.
The male student that was initially approaching him could only step back as Yun Hao glared at him.
“Perhaps it’s time for you to turn that off?” Yun Hao said, his tone neither demanding nor arrogant, but still, the eerie calmness that it contained was enough to cause the male student to flinch, “The teacher is coming any minute now.”
“O… okay.”
The room instantly became quiet as Yun Hao’s cold voice whispered through the air. The male student was about to turn off the projector, but before he could do so, Long Yazhu suddenly stood up from his seat.
“Did I tell you that you can bring that down?” He said towards the male student before he could turn the projector off, “Turn that off and I would make sure your family doesn’t do business in the city again.”
“Don’t turn that off and I would make sure your family will be visiting you in the hospital for the rest of your life.”
“!!!”
Hearing the almost penetrating threat in Yun Hao’s voice instantly made the male student turn the projector off, almost even pulling it apart due to how fast he did it. The other students, who usually made fun of Yun Hao, now could only keep quiet.
Just where did Yun Hao suddenly get the courage to threaten other people? Did the boxing team take him back? Did the school give him back his scholarship? If not, just where did this piss-poor man get the courage to talk back to his betters!? They all thought.
But alas, not one of them could make a sound. Maybe they have finally cornered Yun Hao to the point that he didn’t care anymore… is he hiding a gun somewhere in his bag? No, forget that. Since all of them were just normal humans here, Yun Hao’s fist could be considered the gun itself.
Now, there was only one who had the guts to provoke him,
“Really? Threatening to send people to hospitals, since when has our Champ been this hotheaded?” Long Yazhu said as he made his way in front of Yun Hao’s desk, resting one knee on it, “Maybe since you’re like this, I should tell father to kick you out of the scrapyard.”
“Go ahead,” Yun Hao said, “Cry to daddy.”
“You–”
“Everyone in this room knows that’s the only way you can win against me, anyway. No one will judge you.”
“I fucked your girlfriend while the two of you are still together!”
“PIcking up my scraps now? Maybe you should tell sir Long that you should be the one staying in the scrapyard instead.”
“!!!”
A loud thud resounded through the air as Long Yazhu finally snapped and swung his fist straight towards Yun Hao’s cheek. Yun Hao’s body tilted to the side as his chair was slightly pushed back, but still, he managed to remain sitting even as blood started to trail from his mouth.
“Fu–”
“What is the meaning of this!?”
Before Long Yazhu could follow up anything, a loud roar echoed throughout the room. “It’s too early in the morning for this, all of you go back to your seats!”
“Tch.”
Long Yazhu could only click his tongue as he made his way back to the seat. He could probably cause trouble even if a teacher already arrived, but this might reach his father, and that was something he was trying to avoid.
Yun Hao, on the other hand, just let out a long and deep sigh as he wiped the blood coming from his cut lip. Yun Hao had seen the teacher coming into the classroom right as Long Yazhu punched him. The teacher clearly saw that Long Yazhu punched him defenselessly, but he was acting as if what happened was just something minor. Not even letting Long Yazhu go with a slap on his wrist.
No matter, he already decided never to back down. Perhaps it was the money, but Yun Hao’s confidence definitely took a boost, perhaps in the best direction.
Long Yazhu was going to become a Cultivator soon, if that happens, the first thing he would do was to probably cripple Yun Hao.
Yun Hao must become a Cultivator before him. If not, any money in this world would mean nothing.
“…”
“…”
“Fuck this.”
And suddenly, out of nowhere and perhaps on impulse… Yun Hao stood up from his seat.
“Where are you going, Mr. Yun!?”
As soon as the teacher saw him walking towards the door, he quickly called for him, “Do you want to fail this class!? You’re already in trouble for your poor grades. If you miss this class I will… you will definitely–”
*BANG*
“!!!”
All the students that were already on the edge all stood up from their seats as a loud thunderous noise echoed throughout the entire room.
“W… why did you–”
“As you can see, teacher… I think my head is bleeding internally,” Yun Hao said as he pointed at his nose, which was now profusely bleeding, “I think someone hit me from this class, I just don’t remember who… but you saw it, right?”
“That’s–” the teacher could only take a gulp as he saw what Yun Hao just did. Yun Hao slammed his head on the wall, enough to shake the papers that were pinned on it.
“I may need to go to the doctor’s for a week or two,” Yun Hao said with a smile on his face, “If not I would probably die inside your class, violently.”
“Go! Go!” As soon as the teacher heard Yun Hao’s words, he quickly waved his hands, “I… I will inform the faculty that you’ll be absent for a few weeks!”
“Thank you, sir Deng.”
Yun Hao bowed his head as he made his way outside of the class. It was a good thing that there was no one in the hallway, the teacher thought. If not, word would probably get out that he allowed a student to get injured in his class to the point of needing medical attention.
Yun Hao, on the other hand, was all smiles. Two weeks… he needed to dispose of his coins in two weeks.
Money was the only thing that could get him out of this situation…
….and money he would gain.
