Super Nanites - Chapter 9: CHAPTER 9: Nanites Visio

He didn’t want that to happen, so he made his way deftly towards the back and peeked through the curtains and was shocked to see four people trying to haul everyone further back down the cabin towards the economy, where they can gather everyone and keep an eye easily.

All four of them were covering their faces with masks, and it stuck to him weirdly as these zealots don’t hide their faces. But, he didn’t think too much into it as he noticed each person was holding a handgun, as for how they got them inside is a mystery, but they must be a terrifying group to smuggle them inside the plane and plan this hijack.

He looked around trying to find places to hide, as he will be a sitting duck if he goes towards the back. He noticed the luggage compartment is wide enough to fit him and he swiftly made his way to the front and climbed up onto the seat and somehow fitted inside the compartment. As it was a first-class cabin, they were all wide and spacious. He then closed the door from inside the compartment.

As he laid uncomfortably inside the compartment, he closed his eyes and made Nanites divide into multiple parts and had them changed into cameras and released them throughout the plane to see the situation. He was watching through 10 visions, but it felt no problem for him as he felt like it was normal. He made the Nanites pass through the deck door and finally saw what was happening. There were a total of six people, two pilots, two attendants, and finally the two missing persons from first-class seats.

He already had thought of the possibility of them being the people as hijackers, as they were missing just as soon as the scream was heard. The Nanites climbed overhead and he finally looked at the overall situation, and his stomach churned and he felt disgusted and an uncontrollable rage erupted from him. But soon Nanites cooled his emotions, and he clenched his fists and took deep breaths trying to stop himself from vomiting. The two flight attendants had their necks sliced and one had their neck mostly cut off, their blood flowed out and made a puddle on the floor of the deck.

The captain of the plane as he can infer has been stabbing on his heart, and his white uniform had a bright dark red patch of blood as blood flowed from the wound. He wasn’t moving, and it seemed he was dead. The co-pilot was on the seat, sweating all over while flying the plane. And shockingly the mature woman was on the pilot seat, and she seemed to be saying something to the old man. Surprisingly the old man was carrying a surgical knife which was coated in red blood. It seems he was the one to have killed all these attendants.

He made the Nanites add a hearing device and were finally able to hear what she was saying.

“Proceed as planned, we should not let Air traffic control get suspicious till we reach near the Flemington. Look after this pilot, don’t let him die and make any weird movements. I will go and find the prey for myself to enjoy this flight”. Then, she stood up from the seat and looked at the security cam feed, after seeing there was no one hiding in the cabin corridor, she opened the door and left.

Alex was looking through the Nanites and was very confused at the modus operandi of these people, it was then from one of his views he saw someone getting shot in the head and the shooter bent down and searched for something in the clothes of the person and found an air marshal badge. The four of them chuckled at the person lying dead after they identified him and shot him. All the passengers screamed and cowered in their seats, afraid they might be next to die from the hands of these lunatics.

At the front of the plane, the cabin door opened and the lady looked down at the attendant lying in her pool of blood. And then gazed towards the seat of Alex and found it empty. She then proceeded to make her way towards the economy cabin where all passengers were gathered. Alex held his breath and watched on as she passed through the seats elegantly and walked through the curtains.

After she passed through the curtains, Alex breathed a sigh of relief, and checked the condition of the attendant and found that the wound was closed, but she is very weak and maybe in a coma due to excessive blood loss. If he doesn’t do anything soon, she might not make it until they reach their destination. He didn’t know any other thing to help her as she urgently needed a blood transfusion, which he can’t do as he doesn’t know her blood group or doesn’t have the necessary equipment.

The only way possible is through eliminating all the enemies as fast as possible. But, if he makes any mistakes, the plane will go crashing down killing everyone, which he doesn’t want to happen. He lamented his bad luck for happening this to him just as he got Nanites. He shook his head at these uncanny thoughts and looked at the cabin view. He then planned to subdue the old man and retake the cockpit as it’s the main thing that will keep them alive. He made the Nanites devour the door lock and clone themselves for the parts they devoured.

As the door is made of anti-blast proof and excellent alloys, the Nanites conversion ratio will equal the amount of metal they devour. The Nanites then crawled onto the door and entered inside the door’s mechanism through the manual key override hole at the top of the door. They first devoured the manual locking mechanism and ate through the entire lock and metal rod that is used for locking the door. Then, they started eating the metallic mesh put in front of the half-inch thick kevlar.

After they devoured the mesh, their size increased from the starting 200 grams of the Nanites to 1.3kilos, then Alex had them all grouped and then devoured the automated system in one swift motion. They all latched onto the automated lock and like locusts, they devoured everything and cloned back in the same instant so that the sensors won’t buzz inside the cockpit. In a few seconds, the nanites devoured all the systems inside the door and Alex controlled them to bypass the sensors and switch them off from alarming the systems inside the central control.

After making sure the process went smoothly and he could enter the door as he wished, he relaxed. Even though he didn’t do anything physically, the mental stress on him was large as his life and the others life was in his hands. If he had made any errors during the process, they would become alerted and the consequences would be unimaginable. As he was happy that it all went smoothly from one of his views he saw the mature lady shouting at the goons, “Where is that boy who entered the first class cabin with us?. Go and search the first-class cabin and bathrooms, he must be hiding there”.

As soon as Alex heard that he swiftly lifted the luggage compartment door and slid out, while he made the Nanites unlock the door and had a micro amount of Nanites to enter the old man’s ear and nibble his brain.

As he slid out of the compartment, he heard rapid footsteps approaching the first-class cabin, he hurriedly got up from the seat and dashed for the cockpit door.
