Supreme Origin: Time King - Chapter 243
Several Years in the past, Elijah was in the middle of his fight against Surt in the mountains of Peuh.
“Eugnas: Blood Stealing!” Elijah’s spoke with a stern voice. He used void laws to conceal himself while he glanced past the sword in Surt’s hands before he exploded with speed, throwing his hammer bathed in a thread of void lightning at Surt just before he appeared at his side, pressing his palm against the leader of the Fire Giant’s back.
In a short moment, Elijah stole his some of his blood essence as well as some of his flames and hit Surt with the back of his hammer, the huge hammer hit him in the stomach with full power before smashing on a mountain close in the surroundings of the F region.
Elijah, slowly approached the two flames [Hell Bringer’s Ancestral Fire Bullet!] Under his hand, a milky white bullet with the size of a human’s hand could be seen. But even using his full power, this white flame was too unstable and Elijah feared it would explode in a few moments, but then time stopped and the flames vanished before it appeared once again. Yet both Elijah and Surt didn’t noticed this strange event and the fight continued as it happened.
…
At the present time, a mass of milky white flames dancing on the top of his head. It appearance made every spectator gasp in surprise as a heat several times greater than the sun spread throughout the stage. It was the fusion of the ancestral fire and Surt’s fire, but on a much lower scale and weaker as he used the power of time to summon its shadow. Elijah knew its power could only heavily injure a great immortal at most.
“Oh shit…” With a single look, the void clan’s elders realized how dreadful this thin white flame truly was and dashed to the stage as to strengthen the barriers around the stage.
‘F*ck, I thought we wouldn’t need the use of barrier in the battles between mortals, but there is a monster like this.’ One of the void clan elders cursed in a low voice as he formed a dozen hand seals and infused his energy into the thin layer that separated the arena from the stadium.
Crrr! Crrr! The little white flame shook and Elijah spouted a mouthful of golden blood when he felt the flames going out of control. The flame felt a sudden by a powerful spatial force lock on it, trying to suppress and erase its power, the milky white flames noticed this act against itself and exploded in fury.
Shiiiiiiiiiiiiing! The flame observed the stage before its shot upwards and burst into a sea of fire than washed over the stage.
Even a standing more than a thousand feet away, The two mortal cultivators felt their insides and their foundation starting to melt. Just this made them run away and jump away from the stage.
On a private room, there was a group of eight to people seating in luxurious silver-black chairs while watching the battle from above. A young woman with long black hair, she watched the match with an expression full of amazement as well as a complex emotion.
She was hugging the arm of a particularly handsome middle-aged man who saw on his chair with a smile on his face while enjoying the company of his daughter. His eyes observed the white flames with a hint of surprise. Of course he knew of the Spirit Flames and understood its value. However the way the man used the laws of time to bring this flame from the past in a way he never thought it possible.
Then he glanced at the man standing behind him in the private room together with a few members of the royal family. Yassil was an outstanding member of their clan, with a talent only a bit worse than Yawen, but he would always be observing her from afar, seeming captivated by her.
‘I really don’t know what I should be doing in this situation.’ If it was any one of his children, he may help set the two of them together, but he knew it was impossible for Yawen to have anyone else. If he tried to force it, then even the decimation of his clan or even the destiny of the abyss would certainly end.
‘I don’t know how many of the patriarch’s words should I believe in, but none of his prophecies ever failed.’ His eyes were looking at Elijah with countless feelings and his mind went back to one of his oldest memories. It was an auspicious day, his daughter Yawen had had just been born and he left his wife taking care of her as he found the greatest figure of the entire abyss waiting for him in the courtyard, and that he had something to tell me about her.
They both sat down and the patriarch told him about how his daughter was destined to a heaven defying figure, an entity that would turn the universe upside down and remake the laws for which they lived and free them from the evil spirit hanging above their heads all those years. A man who would transcend the laws and connect everything together.
‘He told me she was destined this boy, but I would have never imagined they would have more than one child by the time I found out.’ His eyes changed from his daughter to Cassie and Elliot waiting in the resting area.
At this moment the powerful hell bringer’s ancestral fire was extinguished and all they could see was the burnt figure of the spirit cultivator and Elijah standing with his face full of anger because of what he heard while the space was locked around him.
“Oh, I understand now. It is you, isn’t it? The void princess Yawen’s gigolo. I heard the news about her secret affair with her disciple while she was supposed to be stuck on a seal. Well, I guess she would give her body to anyone who could take free her from that place.”
Elijah didn’t have any desire to kill anyone in this place, but this made him so angry that he took advantage of his seriously injured state to perform one of the void clan sealing arts Yawen taught him in the spirit cultivator’s spiritual body. From now on, he would be just like a mortal cultivator, but without an armament.
