Their journey going back to the Empire of He continues after having their meals. The two figures left while the strange middle age man stayed in the pavilion of books. As the two horses were running in haste farther away from the capital of Ru Empire, people in the Empire of Ma is also in frantic. The legacy that they had sensed before had already emerged and is traceable! As they followed the movement of the legacy, they found out that it was going deeper to the territories of Region S!

“Who could be this person carrying the legacy?” one of the young expert soul practitioners was baffled from the movement of the legacy.

“Since it has already emerged, this could mean one thing. We will no longer have a hard time getting this legacy! The person carrying this may not be from our empire hence, we must take back what is ours!” the master of the young expert prompted.

“Master, should we contact the disciple of Elder Ma Keiw? He should know more about the legacy since he had the Elder’s memories.” the young expert suggested.

“That man might have already on his way towards the legacy by now. We will just act on our own. If we get lucky, we could get a chance to own this legacy!” their master responded.

“Then Master, allow us to go and follow the legacy.” the two young experts proposed.

“I have great confidence in your abilities. If I am not wrong, the person carrying the legacy is heading towards the Empire of Hong. Take this money before you leave. It should be easy for you to enter that empire. You two will have a lot of chance to intercept the legacy once you get on the Hong territories.” their master said while handing the bag of money to them. The two then left to locate the legacy.

In the interval of just one day, Emperor He Mo and Ye Shin arrived at the Hong Empire. The two of them decided to take a break and visited the bustling business capital of the Hong Empire. Different kind if people and different business establishments can be seen around. The two slowly walks along with other people on the street enjoying the sale from different goods.

Emperor He Mo continues to walk while Ye Shin is just following behind him. The emperor then stops at a tall building and went inside. It was a luxurious restaurant! This establishment offers variety of dishes across many regions!

The emperor paid an entrance fee of the building before they were guided by a servant to a certain table. The place is full of different kinds of customers with mostly of high status in the Hong Empire. Ye Shin looks around the place as her eyes are overwhelmed with the foods that were prepared.

“This is a good place. You have an excellent choice, your majesty!” Ye Shin complimented the young emperor as she started picking some foods and placing them on her plate.

Emperor He Mo was certainly enjoying seeing Ye Shin beaming with enthusiasm. Although her appearance did not change greatly but she looks more relaxed. “The soul of the elder from Ma Empire is already in your body, you must eat plenty.” the emperor thoughtfully said as he keep staring at the lady whom is eagerly eating the foods on the table.

After some time, they managed to order another set of food and finished them before leaving the restaurant. As soon as they step down and exited the tall building, the emperor stiffened and goose bumps slowly crawls around his neck. He can feel that something is watching him with an intensity that is enough to make the hair on his skin stands!

Ye Shin had also felt the malice of the eyes staring at them. “Don’t worry about it.” The lady whispered softly to the emperor, giving him an assurance that there is nothing to fear.

Few distances away from them, a commotion is happening. Three men are exhibiting an extremely wild and violent behavior. These men kept on smashing the small goods that are displayed for sale along the streets. They also produced a shrill laugh while destroying the things they see. It was as if these three men are acting like they are possessed!

The emperor and Ye Shin avoided the crowd of people and the ongoing commotion. They went to an alley where there is no one in. As they walked in the alley for quite some time, they noticed that the path are just the same. Something is wrong in this alley! It is like they are walking in a circle field!

They abruptly stopped and looked around. Not long after, an arrow was shot towards their direction. It was fast but it did not arrived to them. Ye Shin managed to stop the single arrow few meters before it hits any of them.

“Ahh… a sword cultivator! You are no match to me. Give up the legacy and I will spare your life!” A voice sounded in the alley but there is no other person beside them. The two of them looked behind their back but there was really nothing!

The young emperor gulped a few times but Ye Shin just stared the arrow on the ground. The object has a deep familiarity to her but it is not from her own memory. Instead, it was from the memory of the elder from the Empire of Ma. This is the same arrow that had torn out the elder’s body before he died!

“The legacy you are after, what is it exactly?” Ye Shin calmly responded while staring at the arrow. She is trying to locate the attacker but she cannot sense where the attacker is! This is why she decided to talk and try to trace the origin of the attacker’s voice.

“I want you to give me the legacy of my father!” A voice replied with a hint of anger.

“That is just my unfilial son. He may have sided with my enemies but I still love this son. Lady, if you can execute the soul restoration on him, I will be very grateful to you.” the soul of the elder interrupted the focus of the lady.

“Where is he?” Ye Shin calmly asked. Soul Restoration is another cultivation from soul practitioners that are in the memories of the elder’s soul. To execute this, she needed to hold the body of his son.

“Unfortunately, I don’t know.” the elder’s soul answered her in a sad voice. His son was brainwashed by his enemy to betray him when he was alive. And now that he is dead, his son actually became the heir of the legacy of his enemy!

Ye Shin looked at the emperor in the eye and hold his hands. She had sensed that the man was in shocked. The moment their fingers touched, the emperor seemed to be electrocuted.

“He is trying to possess his body! Wake him up!” the soul inside her sounded in a panic tone. His son is attacking the body of the emperor!

Ye Shin shook the emperor’s body vigorously to wake him from the shock. His eyes are still open but it almost lost the sense of life. It was just staring into her.

“Give him a physical contact! A kiss. Lady, kiss this man! You must kiss this man right now!” the sound of the soul ordering her to kiss the emperor was beyond Ye Shin’s imagination.

She stopped shaking the emperor’s body and just stared on his lips. She is contemplating where to get an enough guts needed to kiss the ruler of He Empire. The entire idea seems to be outrageous!

“Look, if you don’t give him a physical contact he will be possessed! The legacy of my son is Soul Possession. Go ahead, kiss him!” the soul inside her body urged her when he sensed the ladies hesitation.

Ye Shin took a deep breath and lowered her head until their lips become one. She just swiftly made a contact of the emperors lips. After the quick smack kiss, she retreated a few distance and looked if the emperor has gained his consciousness.

“Lady, give this man a proper kiss! Don’t play around or his body will be owned by my worthless son!” the elders soul inside her exclaimed in frustration after seeing the way the lady kissed the young emperor.

Ye Shin is too preoccupied to notice that the smack kiss she had just gave to the emperor had actually take its effect. When she lowered her head once more, the emperor had already regained his consciousness. As their lips meet for the second time, the arms of Emperor He Mo moves slowly towards the back of her head and pressed her more closely to him.

“I’ll take responsibility.” Ye Shin heard the emperor mumbled in her ears as both of them are gasping for air after they finished French kissing.
