Systemless Villain - Chapter 243 Morning Reverie
Long Tian and Alexia Qian glided through the crisp night air, embracing the early morning atmosphere.
Despite the chilly air enveloping him, Long Tian could distinctly feel the warmth of Alexia’s body, as well as the encircling embrace of her arms around his neck.
No one would believe that Alexia was a mother with a teenage daughter.
Her appearance clearly didn’t indicate a woman in her early 40s. Even when compared to Liu Qian, they looked like siblings.
Long Tian’s gaze involuntarily drifted downward, drawn to Alexia’s face as she looked out over the city below.
In this close proximity, he couldn’t help but notice the striking resemblance between Alexia and Liu Qian. Both possessed a timeless beauty with their blonde locks, framing features that were neither too short nor too long.
In some ways, Alexia seemed like a refined, mature version of Liu Qian.
Long Tian found himself entranced as he gazed at Alexia’s face, particularly at her alluringly exposed, pristine white neck.
An unconscious swallow escaped him, and he quickly shook his head, silently berating himself for his thoughts.
‘What are you thinking, Long Tian?’ he mused inwardly.
In that moment, Alexia’s attention suddenly shifted to Long Tian. “Do you make a habit of flying and admiring the scenery from above? I’ve been on countless plane rides, but nothing compares to the firsthand experience of flying and taking in the scenery,” she remarked, a hint of awe coloring her expression.
“I’ve only recently gained the ability to fly, so I haven’t had the opportunity to do so often. But I must say, flying with wings offers a completely different perspective compared to flying in a plane. It’s an entirely new sensation,” Long Tian replied.
Alexia nodded thoughtfully. “You should often take Qian’er flying like this. I believe it could also create romantic moments if you seize the opportunity,” she suggested, a smile gracing her face.
“Absolutely,” Long Tian agreed with a nod.
Alexia smiled, her gaze drifting back to the breathtaking scenery unfolding below them. The city of Tianzhou was bathed in the soft glow of the early morning light, painting a picturesque scene before their eyes.
Meanwhile, Long Tian maintained his focus on their destination, guiding them towards the Liu family residence. From this point, he should arrive shortly.
——–
More than 10 minutes had elapsed, and Long Tian could already discern the Liu family residence from his altitude. Descending lower, he gracefully landed right in front of the gate.
Alexia gently disentangled herself from Long Tian’s embrace.
“Thank you. Tonight was quite an adventure, I must say,” she remarked, shaking her head with a smile.
“Yeah, it’s definitely my first time crashing. But you, Mrs. Alexia, if you feel any discomfort, be sure to see a doctor, okay?” Long Tian advised.
“You don’t need to worry,” Alexia reassured him with a smile.
Long Tian nodded, “Alright, then I’ll take my leave,” he said.
Alexia also nodded, “Take care up there,” she bid him, a faint smile gracing her lips.
Returning the smile, Long Tian turned on his heel and leaped high into the air, disappearing into the night.
Alexia stood watching Long Tian fly away until he was no longer in sight. Shortly after, she entered the house.
——-
As the sun began its ascent, its gentle rays bathed the earth in a soft glow. The clock displayed the early hour of 4:30 in the morning.
A figure with wings soared through the air towards the Long family residence. The guards, taken aback by the unexpected sight, watched with surprise, yet they remained motionless as they recognized the familiar silhouette of Long Tian.
Descending gracefully, he landed without a sound in front of the imposing mansion. Weariness etched lines on his face as he folded his wings with a sigh.
Seating himself against a pillar, he gasped for breath, “Damn, that was exhausting,” he muttered under his breath.
From Tianhai to Tianzhou and back to Beijing to escort Alexia, the journey had taken its toll. With his flying skills still not at their peak, it was a demanding endeavor.
“I’ll need to train my wings harder,” he resolved quietly to himself.
After regaining his composure, Long Tian appeared revitalized. Rising to his feet, he proceeded into the mansion.
The grand doors swung open at his approach, granting him entry. Making a beeline for his room, he walked with purpose.
With each deliberate step, he finally reached the familiar door of his bedroom.
Opening it, he was immediately surprised to find a woman asleep on the bed. Approaching, he sat on the edge, only to realize it was Liu Qian.
A smile spread across Long Tian’s face. Without hesitation, he joined her on the bed, pulling her into a tight embrace.
Sensing someone touching her, Liu Qian promptly woke up. Her guard instantly dropped when she saw it was Long Tian.
“You startled me, Long Tian,” she said, her tone slightly groggy.
“What? Don’t you recognize your boyfriend’s touch?” Long Tian teased, his voice low and husky.
“It doesn’t hurt to be cautious,” Liu Qian countered, her voice tinged with a hint of amusement.
Long Tian just smiled, “Alright, I just wanted to hug you,” he said, pulling her closer and wrapping his arms around her possessively.
Liu Qian reciprocated eagerly, holding him tight against her.
“Let’s stay like this a little longer, okay? I’m really sleepy and just want to rest,” Long Tian said, his breath warm against her skin as he buried his face into Liu Qian’s chest.
“I’ll stay with you as long as you want,” Liu Qian said softly, her fingers tracing comforting patterns on Long Tian’s hair.
Long Tian felt a genuine sense of comfort and arousal envelop him. After the exhaustion, the warmth of their embrace ignited a different kind of desire.
Slowly, his eyes began to close, his body relaxing into blissful slumber, with Liu Qian’s presence providing both sanctuary and arousal.
Liu Qian also closed her eyes, cherishing the solitary moment with Long Tian. It was something she would undoubtedly miss once she returned to the Yuan dynasty.
