- 1 The Eternal Fough
The cycle of life and death was short for some and very long for some others. Being stubborn could extend that cycle for a longer time, whenever that time was a day, an hour or even a year. The cycle depended on your ability to survive in this harsh world where no one helped another person.
The cycle of life and death was a cycle which never ended. Upon dying one was simply reincarnated in another person’s body. At least this was the way most cultivators wished it was. But was it true?
Feng Xiantian found life to be extremely fragile. In this single moment, he might perhaps be the strongest of the young generation, but who could speak about the future?
To be more exact, he wouldn’t be able to defeat them. After all, the number of people wanting to actually die like that were few, and Feng Xiantian might not enjoy life but he certainly didn’t want his to end just like that.
If they were weak, then it would be short, if they stood at the pinnacle of cultivation, with no one capable of matching him or her, then they would have a very long life. Life was harsh, especially to those with no background.
That was exactly what Feng Xiantian was, a person with no background, no relative to speak of. In fact, Feng Xiantian was an orphan, the closest thing he had ever experienced which was close to love was He did not actually believe he had ever loved someone. That did not mean anything to Feng Xiantian. He had already suffered a lot.
He still remembered the days when he lived inside an orphanage before he was driven out at the age of six. The owners of the orphanage had been kind enough to give him a few bronze coins before kicking him out.
He could only rely on a broken technique he had found inside his mind. He did not remember when he had first found out about it, or when he had first started to cultivate it. He did not care.
To be fair when he had first learned about this broken technique, or rather incomplete, he was filled with happiness and vigor to cultivate. It was not easy for him to earn a place among the brightest talents of the world.
Cultivation was a really harsh way of earning your place in this world, but Feng Xiantian was resolved to do it. Through the broken technique, it took his hours or days to do what other people could require years or decades to do.
This made him create a commotion as a talent, and everyone in the town he lived in knew him. The town started to call him a prodigy, but he really felt it was disgusting.
Feng Xiantian was not the smartest person in the world, but he was smart enough to notice just how ‘fake’ their praises were. He was still young at the time, merely six. How was he supposed to call them out for that?
Thus, the young and innocent Feng Xiantian just kept quiet. That was one of the lessons he found in life, giving him the ability to detect lies.
At the age of seven, when his cultivation had progressed to an even higher level, several sects had invited him to join their sect. Feng Xiantian who was a very quiet person was quickly overwhelmed by the number of invites.
The poor boy was forced to join a sect, who had been the one with the strongest experts present there, earning a lot of envious and angry glares.
When he turned eight, the sect he had been part of, was burned to the ground, he could still remember the scorched sight of the Sect’s headquarters, now at the age of 14, he did not really remember even the name of the sect. Emptiness, he did not feel anything towards that sect, he could see it in the eyes of the sect elders, they only saw him as a tool.
Even when he demanded to be sent into a mission, he was seen like a polished diamond, something of very high value. Dozens of high-ranking elders protected him along the way, annoying him.
The sect which had raided this other sect forced him to join the new sect. Life and fate came to an agreement, and always tried to make the life of the red-haired boy as harsh as they could. But, when he had turned nine years old, life had taken another turn.
The sect which he had joined forcefully, declared bankruptcy and he was forced to join another sect. It had been a quite ironic situation for Feng Xiantian at the time, and he still found that amusing.
Most sects were extremely unstable suffering from a lack of experts. Few sects could actually manage to put a dent into the books of history of this world. Such a case was extremely rare.
However, Feng Xiantian moved across the ranks quickly, ascending to a new realm far earlier than any cultivator, astonishing even the eldest cultivators of his world.
After so many years had passed, although Feng Xiantian had only been nine when all of those had finished happening, a thin layered had started to appear on his personality. He was not even sure of which personality was him right now. Was it the quiet and calm Feng Xiantian, or the cold and ruthless Feng Xiantian?
The road of cultivation required extreme patience and the ability to be ruthless at any chance given. You could not spare your enemies, that was foolish and would merely bring a problem to you.
By the time he turned 14, he had already joined a total of five sects. Feng Xiantian’s cultivation had progressed crazily, and while no one was sure of just how powerful he had become after so many years, even the elders of the sect were scared of offending him. He had started to become a threat to the sect’s peace.
One of his favorite hobbies to pass time was to look at the clouds. He did not know when this hobby of his had started to appear on his life. Was it because he was envious of how much freedom clouds had?
Currently, he was balancing himself on a branch of a tree, and looking at the clouds, unaffected by the leaves which blocked most of his sight.’Clouds are so lucky They can freely journey the endless skies for eternity.’ He sighed.
The footsteps of a person could be heard, but Feng Xiantian was too focused into looking at the clouds. The person who was nearing was a fellow disciple of the sect he was part of. Unlike him, however, this disciple was only an Inner Disciple, not a Core Disciple like Feng Xiantian’s current rank inside the sect.
“Feng Xiantian, Xing Yan has told me he requires your presence inside the Main Sect Hall.” The disciple looked up, noticing that Feng Xiantian was not paying attention to him and coughed, trying to gain his attention, which he barely did. This slightly pissed him off, but he did not dare to show it out.
Feng Xiantian was one of the most terrifying disciples of the sect, if not the most terrifying one. A disciple who only belonged to the Inner Sect had to be extra cautious around him.
Feng Xiantian looked at him, with a look of calmness before nodding “Understood, I’ll come in a moment. Just what exactly could Xing Yan want from me at this time” He complained slightly.
He lazily jumped from the branch of a tree he was sitting on and straight onto the ground. “You can go back, I will take my time to be there, I am sure you have other issues to take care of, Disciple Wu.” He looked at the badge in front of the youth’s chest and saw that his name was Wu.
The badge could mean a lot of stuff, but one of the main uses was to find out about the role the disciple had in the sect and also one’s name, meaning a way to find out the identity of a disciple.
Disciple Wu had a slightly troubled expression. “Please do try to arrive on time, otherwise the others will lash at me for doing a lazy job and I might get punished.” Feng Xiantian patted his shoulders and smiled.
“Don’t worry, even if that happens I will just give them a reason.” Feng Xiantian’s assurance did not ease the anxiousness of the poor disciples who left soon after this.
Feng Xiantian started to walk toward the way Disciple Wu had left, a few minutes after the later had already left the area. The nature around the sect he was part of was very beautiful and enchanting.
“Where are you trying to go, fellow disciple Feng Xiantian? You seem to be in a rush. Do you perhaps need some help?” Feng Xiantian furrowed his eyebrows hearing the familiar voice of a person he did not really have a good relationship with.
A young man walked towards him. Although it could not be said he was the most handsome of the bunch out there, he was indeed nice looking. Those who knew him, however, knew just how much of a snake he was.
Feng Xiantian looked up and glanced at the young man in front of him who had the looks of a scholar. “Do not test my patience, Luo Qing. I do not have time to deal with your childish antics. Xing Yan called me to meet with him, you don’t want me to complain to him about you, do you?” Feng Xiantian smiled.
The background of Luo Qing was deep, Feng Xiantian who was merely a Core Disciple of the Ancestral Profound Sect did not stand a chance to match his background; when it came to strength, however It was a completely different issue!
He was part of the Ancestral Profound Sect, the number one sect in the Chaotic Realm, which hosted over ninety-nine thousand different dimensions, one of them was the Ancestral Profound Dimension, where Feng Xiantian’s sect the Ancestral Profound Sect was located inside of. It was the strongest sect inside it, naturally.
The Ancestral Profound Dimension had various sects of different focuses, but the main sect had always been the Ancestral Profound Sect, this sect had been the sovereign of every other sect for the last five hundred thousand years straight, no one dared to go against their words, even the strongest experts in the Chaotic Realm had to be wary of it.
An example of how powerful the Ancestral Profound Sect of the Ancestral Profound Dimension was, could be found in the war between that sect and one of the strongest cults in the history of the Chaotic Realm.
This cult was called the Saint God Cult. Despite being called a ‘Saint’ God, this God’s worshippers relied on sacrifices of virgins of Pure Yin and Pure Yang, allowing the Saint God to become more powerful.
Yet a single expert from the Ancestral Profound Sect had easily managed to get rid and punish his so-called Saint God Cult, and no mention of their faction was ever shown in the history books.
Luo Qing was not the one with the highest or craziest background out there, but it was still considered a top one, giving him a reason to act arrogant for any reason he deemed to be fit.
Although he was only an inner disciple, he had a far higher reputation than most core disciples. His cultivation was lower than any core disciple, but his father was an elder of the Ancestral Profound Sect, while his grandfather was even more famous being a Grand Elder of the sect.
His reputation was not due to the good deeds he had done in his life, he was actually infamous even around the Ancestral Profound Dimension as a whole for his evil deeds. Yet, he was pampered by his family as much as possible.
This was due to his Physique, one rarely seen around the family Luo Qing was part of. This caused him to be spoiled, to the point he had basically spoilt his physique.
Feng Xiantian was running out of patience. He breathed out and in, thinking about what he should do to get rid of Luo Qing. One part of him didn’t want to bring problems to him for no reason, while another part just wanted to make fun of him.
Not once did the thought of Luo Qing being able to defeat him cross his mind.
The difference between their cultivation ranks was simply too enormous for Luo Qing to fight against Feng Xiantian. It was a foolish mistake for him to even try to block Feng Xiantian, and make him be very late to the meeting.
Feng Xiantian was a Heaven Immortal of the ninth rank in the list published by the Ancestral Profound Sect, while Luo Qing was an Earth Immortal of the sixth rank in the same list. There was a difference of more than an entire realm between the two.
If Feng Xiantian wanted to, he could defeat Luo Qing with a single breath, but that was not the point he wanted to make right now. The list was wrong about Feng Xiantian’s cultivation however, it was much deeper.
The quiet and calm boy raised his hand and waved it. Invisible energy poured out of Feng Xiantian and grabbed Luo Qing who was caught off-guard. Sweat dripped from his forehead, finally noticing the bad situation he was in.
“You!” Luo Qing was thrown away and flew in the air as he fell into a nearby lake, getting really wet. He spurted out some water out as his eyes turned red,” Feng Xiantian! I will tell my father and grandfather about this…If you remain in this sect after today that is.” He muttered the last words to himself.
Feng Xiantian did not hear what Luo Qing was saying, as, by the time he had finished his sentence, Feng Xiantian was way forward, nearing the Sect’s Main Hall, he had no time to waste for a dumb person like Luo Qing.
Although he might seem lazy, unlike his true personality even a person like him deserved some rest…Right?
He walked towards the Sect’s Main Hall, eventually entering the massive building the hall was located inside of. It was capable of easily fitting a thousand people and still have room for even more.
In the middle of the Sect’s Main Hall stood a curved table, with over several dozens of chairs which Feng Xiantian was too lazy to count the number of chairs around it. Instead, he focused on the main figures in the chairs found in the middle.
Luo Bai, the father of Luo Qing and one of the many elders of the sect, looked at Feng Xiantian. He had just heard the news of what Feng Xiantian had done to his son, so his opinion of Feng Xiantian fell to an even worse position, not as it had ever been that good in the first place.
“You finally are here. You need to work on your lazy personality, you have made us wait for so long for no reason!” Luo Bai complained as he massaged his back, seemingly in pain from the position he was in.
It was obvious that the relationship between the two parties was everything but good, they hated each other to the core, or to be more exact Luo Bai and his grandfather and son did, Feng Xiantian did not really care, he had other stuff to take care other than fighting with some angry dogs.
“I have to give you all my biggest apology for being late! A dog interrupted me while walking here, so I had to play with it for a while for the dog to leave me alone.”
Luo Bai’s face turned slightly red from anger. He knew that this ‘dog’ was his very own son, who he had raised and spoiled for more than twenty years. However, in the presence of Xing Yan, he couldn’t be that rude.
Feng Xiantian cupped his fists and slightly bowed to Xing Yan, a young looking man who also had the aura of a scholar around him. Xing Yan gently smiled and frowned a bit upon noticing the commotion made by the various elders and other people.
Xing Yan was the Sect Master of the Ancestral Profound Sect, titled the 99th generation Sect Master. He was also one in a ten thousand years prodigy!
Xing Yan raised a hand, to stop the discussion between the different elders and Grand Elders of the sect, which were causing a commotion by the intense talk they were engaging in about Feng Xiantian’s late arrival.
“I am sure you have your reason for being late to this meeting. The most important thing is that you indeed came here as quickly as you could.” Xing Yan spoke with a hint of understanding.
Feng Xiantian had a conflicted expression on his face, although he was very calm, the fact that he was summoned to the Main Sect Hall truly confused him. With so many elders, there was only one possible reason as to why he was called.
He had done something extremely wrong, which meant he had broken the ultimate rules of the sect. This only made him feel more and more bewildered since he had not broken any sort of rules.
It was not merely his own belief that said so, but the fact that for the last several months he had been in seclusion. Hoping to breakthrough to realms beyond what the ‘list’ had said he was part of. Feng Xiantian was a Divine Immortal!
That really was the gateway between the Divine Ranks, where one truly became an immortal and started to build up his Divine Spark, and the ranks he had previously gone through, which were called the Mortal Ranks, which was mostly true. He was a Divine Immortal, a truly immortal being right now.
He was at the ninth rank of the Divine Immortal Realm currently, on par with many of the elders present here, in fact, it even surpassed the cultivation of many elders here. The number of common elders capable of defeating him was null.
Only a few elders like the Grand Elders or Xing Yan were capable of subduing or defeating him right now. That was also due to his ability to surpass cultivation ranks.
The most stunning fact was that most of the elders present exceeded the age of a hundred, while Feng Xiantian was merely 14 years old compared to them!
Feng Xiantian might not have the ability to defeat or kill all the elders before him, but he certainly had the ability to escape if these elders wanted to kill him or detain him. Even Xing Yan would have to think twice, despite him being a pinnacle Divine Emperor Realm cultivator.
The realm after the Divine Immortal Realm, where the Divine Spark was merely a fetus, was the Divine Lord Realm and then the Divine King Realm before one finally settled in what was the final stage for the few who managed to reach this realm, the Divine Emperor Realm.
Feng Xiantian put aside the weird thought in his head. His goal was not to kill anyone right now. Indeed if it was required he would kill even Xing Yan if he was capable of, but he did not want to.
But his aim inside the sect was not to cause a massacre or anything of that sort, he wanted to peacefully cultivate, but enemies he had inside the sect truly made what he wanted a big challenge for him. Xing Yan smiled sightly, “I will tell you why I decided to summon you here, Feng Xiantian.”
Feng Xiantian was slightly startled by the words, and he shook his head, gaining full response of his body once again, he was really focusing on what Xing Yan would tell him. He wanted to know what rule of the sect he had violated to cause him to be called in front of almost every elder of the sect.
He had been extra cautious after entering this sect after all. This was probably the seventh or eighth sect he had ever been part of, so he did not want to mess it up for no reason so quickly.
“Feng Xiantian.” Xing Yan looked at him before sighing. ” I am sorry to give you this news, but you are banished from the Ancestral Profound Sect!”
His voice boomed out like a clap of thunder, earning stupified looks from nearly half of the elders present in the Sect’s Main Hall. They had not been informed of this previously, which caused the stunned reaction.
Xing Yan’s attitude changed from a calm and understanding one to a personality of coldness. Feng Xiantian froze, “On what reason have you decided to banish me, if I may ask?” He cupped his fists once again.
“Three months ago, you were in the Stellar Fox Brothel, weren’t you?” Xing Yan stated. Feng Xiantian raised an eyebrow, yes he had been there, he wouldn’t deny it. That had indeed happened.
But he had only gone there because a client of his demanded to give him something to drink after a mission he had done for the man. It was not to fulfill his sexual desires. To be fair he also felt extremely uncomfortable being there as well.
“Yes, there is no reason for me to deny it. I was there with a client who had given me a mission previously, and I had completed it. He wanted to give me another reward for what I did. I refused anything else but a drink, so he forced me to go inside the Stellar Fox Brothel together with him to get a drink for me.” Feng Xiantian stated.
Xing Yan lowered his head, using his hand as support for it. His expression showed a hint of coldness and anger. Anyone with half a brain could see it.
“Someone from the Ying Yang Emperor’s Yin Yang Palace came and complained to our elders about what you pestering and even going as far as molesting the daughter of the Yin Yang Emperor, which caused a scene!” Xing Yan shouted as he slammed his hands down.
“They even told us that you grabbed her forcefully and made her enter a room with you to Dual Cultivate with each other, you have ashamed all of us greatly!” Xing Yan grimaced.
Feng Xiantian’s body started to shake. He was potentially being accused of raping someone. There was no greater shame to him than to be accused of something he had not done.
Even if Feng Xiantian had no parents to show him manners and the rules of this world, in no way was he even interested in raping someone unless they had done something extremely bad to him. He didn’t even talk to this girl!
He was being accused of a crime he had never done. He could not help but think that he was being tricked and someone else was pulling the strings from behind.
“So I assume you believe what the witnesses told you, am I right? What about the client who was with me all the time?” Feng Xiantian inhaled a huge amount of fresh air as he decided to remain calm no matter what.
His life was not in danger, he was merely being banished from the Ancestral Profound Sect, that did not affect him greatly. With his cultivation of a Divine Immortal, he could freely journey across the Chaotic Realm.
Perhaps it was not the greatest level he could reach before leaving, but it could easily protect him from the lower level experts. Although the Ancestral Profound Sect had some of the most terrifying experts in the entire Chaotic Realm, no one knew the full power of Rogue Cultivators!
Xing Yan sighed, although he seemed to be disturbed of what he had heard about Feng Xiantian, in fact, he also had wanted to get rid of him. One part of him was extremely jealous of this whole situation. Feng Xiantian’s talent was something which had been never been seen before.
He knew that sooner or later, he’d have to hand the role of the Sect Master to Feng Xiantian, and that just did not feel right in his eyes, Feng Xiantian was just too young to take over his role. Xing Yan didn’t want to be dethroned so quickly!
One could even say he was uncomfortable with the fact he was going to be soon overthrown by a teenager, a teenager who didn’t even want to be The Sect Master of the Ancestral Profound Sect in the very first place. Feng Xiantian only wanted to have a peaceful and quiet life while he cultivated and nothing more.
Thus this incident which had never actually happened created a way for him to get rid of Feng Xiantian in an effective way without making too much havoc or commotion. It was nearly perfect. He also had to mess up with a few arrays to make up the scenes of him doing the ‘act’ while not showing much of the daughter of the Yin Yang Emperor. He also made a deal with him in return.
The Yin Yang Palace was one of the top factions of the Chaotic Realm, just below the Ancestral Profound Sect in terms of quality. If they wanted to fight their sect, it would end up in both being heavily damaged.
” I honestly do not want to tell this to you, Feng Xiantian, but your Qi Signature was even captured inside the Stellar Fox Brothel, and as we all know, even though you can copy Qi Signatures of people weaker than you, it requires an enormous amount of treasures and effort to pull it out, it’s practically not worth it.”
The various elders inside the Main Sect Hall started to murmur among themselves. Xing Yan was not lying. To copy a Qi Signature required a massive and vast amount of treasures and resources, it was truly not worth it, especially for a boy like Feng Xiantian it was just a waste of resources for no reason!
They all believed Xing Yan, even those who had a good impression of Feng Xiantian believed Xing Yan. Across his lifetime, Xing Yan had always been a proud and honest person, so the elders who had witnessed his story did have blind faith in him.
This was not a decision which could be easily taken, as Feng Xiantian was the greatest prodigy the Ancestral Profound Sect had ever witnessed in their sect, and probably in the entire realm.
Feng Xiantian was helpless as well, he knew he had not done something like that, but he did not know what Xing Yan had against him, to even copy his Qi Signature. He had to think of a plan quickly. It seems he would have to leave the Ancestral Profound Sect in the end, he had no other choice right now.
At this moment bottomless darkness entered his body. No one would believe whatever he said. His Qi Signature was copied and used in a disgusting way which he could not deny in any way. His sect had no trust in him and was purposely trying to get rid of him.
Xing Yan waved his hand, allowing a single token to appear and hover in the air. “I worked together with the owner of the Stellar Fox Brothel, and he gave me your Qi Signature. Here, if you do not believe me, you are surely going to believe your own Qi Signature.”
He had a slight smile on his face as he spoke. Feng Xiantian’s fingers started to twitch tremendously without stop. None of the elders or Xing Yan noticed fortunately for him.
Feng Xiantian extended his hand and grabbed the token; starting to examine the token from the back to the front, his expression showed a confused look.
Despite his continuous search, he was incapable of finding out if this was fake or not. But for one, he was sure that he had never stepped inside the Stellar Fox Brothel’s VIP room together with the daughter of the Yin Yang Emperor.
The various elders inside the Main Sect Hall started to murmur between each other, while Xing Yan secretly enjoyed it. To keep the facade of the kind Sect Master, he frowned and shouted, “Enough is enough! I have warned you twice already, do not continue to talk to each other in my presence.”
“It looks like I cannot escape the fact that everyone believes that I did ‘it’ with the Yin Yang Emperor’s daughter; but is there any actual physical proof of me doing what you claimed I have done to her?” Feng Xiantian kept his calm facade on, despite slightly getting nervous inside his mind. He was too young for this.
Xing Yan knitted his eyebrows. He did not have any physical proof. After all, that scene had never actually happened, and to even persuade the Yin Yang Emperor to agree to all of this had costed quite an enormous sum of money to make it happen.
How the hell would he create physical proof from out of nothing, thus he could only swallow his previous thoughts and act as shameless as possible. The elders found nothing wrong with his response.
“You are in no position to demand further proof from us. Feng Xiantian, as the 99th Sect Master of the Ancestral Profound Sect, I officially banish you from our sect forever!”
Xing Yan was shameless, thus he ignored Feng Xiantian’s request, and just based the Qi Signature, he decided to punish Feng Xiantian.
Feng Xiantian sighed and looked at the 99 elders and 9 Grand Elders together with Xing Yan. Most of the elders were present, and none of them were disagreeing to the decision Xing Yan had decided to throw at him. His eyes full of calmness turned cold, he snorted and told them, “Fine, I am going to leave. Maybe fate will unite us once again one day.”
His silver orbs connected with the eyes of the various elders and Grand Elders and Sect Master of the Sect Council as he wielded a cold smile on his face. ” Goodbye. Perhaps you will regret your decision another day then.” His footsteps were heard as he left the Sect Main Hall as several elders started to regret their earlier thoughts.
~~
” Have you heard what has been happening recently? The Young Prodigy the Ancestral Profound Sect recruited from the destroyed Primordial Roar Sect was banished and exiled from the sect just less than two years of being in it” The crowd started to murmur between each other about what had happened recently.
A black cloaked figure silently walked through the crowd, not fazed by the rumors going around him, yes the figure was Feng Xiantian. It had been a single month since he was banished from the Ancestral Profound Sect and he had decided to be a rogue cultivator for the rest of his cultivation road.
“He had it coming, I remember that one time when I first meet him in an event where I was invited by my grandson who is inside the Ancestral Profound Sect, he looked at us as if we were beneath him, the fool Who knew the situation would reverse so quickly hahaha.” One of the old men started to laugh loudly.
Feng Xiantian did not spare a single look to the crowd. He was not angry at them for speaking so badly of him; in fact, you could even say he was indifferent to their actions and words at the moment. He had already been a calm person beforehand, but right now he felt tranquil as if nothing could affect him.
The tiny bottleneck he had been in started to crack. It was known that the Divine Immortal Immortal was the first realm of the Divine Realm. What came after the Divine Immortal Realm was the Divine Lord Realm, where one practically could no longer die unless their Divine Spark extinguished.
The tiny bottleneck he had reached started to weaken, and without anyone else noticing, Lin Feng was not at a realm most people would consider astonishing. A realm most people did not ever reach in their lifetime. A realm where one could be an overlord, the Divine Lord Realm of the Divine Realm.
The crowd temporarily stopped their chattering as they looked at where the dark cloaked Feng Xiantian had previously been, tilting their heads. ” I swear I sensed someone there Odd, maybe it’s just because of my immense happiness!” the old man started to laugh loudly, ignoring the oddness of the situation.
Feng Xiantian was already several kilometers away from the scene and was hell-bent on testing his newly gained powers as a Divine Lord, a person who had transcended into the second realm of the Divine Realm. His destination for this journey was the far away Forgotten Lands of the Imperial Dark Dimension.
This Imperial Dark Dimension was known for the dangerous monsters and the Forgotten Lands was a rare place where Divine Immortals and Divine Lords weren’t as rare as before, you could still occasionally see Divine Lords.
A Divine Immortal could freely move in space, without being limited or killed by the pressure. A Divine Immortal did not require to breath to survive. With a single wave of his hand, a Divine Immortal could destroy mountains and exterminate armies. With a single glare overflowing with killing intent, a Divine Immortal could kill a person.
A Divine Lord could make his Divine Spark take any shape, make it melt turn to a gaseous substance or even become as small as an atom or an electron. They could survive temperatures far higher than that of most stars. They were overlords of entire galaxies and star systems.
What came after the Divine Immortal Realm and The Divine Lord Realm was the Divine King Realm. This realm gave one the ability to rule over entire universes. The Grand Elders of the Ancestral Profound Realm were at this realm. The grandfather of Luo Qing was a person who was extremely close to the Divine Emperor Realm.
Unfortunately for him, the chances of him actually breaking through to the Divine Emperor were small. Although the bottleneck was very thin, he lacked the composure of a Divine Emperor, his heart was tainted and he could not cleanse his foundation.
Although Feng Xiantian was currently a Divine Lord, with his current combat prowess he had a good chance of fighting Xing Yan to a stand-still, Xing Yan’s foundation was on a much lower level when compared to his extraordinary foundation. Compared to Xing Yan, Feng Xiantian was almost two realms lower than him.
His current appearance did not suggest that he was a majestic Divine Lord Realm Cultivator but more of a beggar, there was also a beard growing on his face despite the fact he was only fourteen and a half. Puberty had hit the poor boy much earlier than most other people. He’d have to take care of that later.
~~
” I see that you are alone young fella Why are you here in the Imperial Dark Dimension?” A silhouette appeared in front of Feng Xiantian who narrowed his eyes and looked at the silhouette carefully, not wanting to be caught off-guard by it any time soon. “No need to be so careful boy, I am not here to hurt you or anything like that.”
“I am here to enter the Forgotten Lands of the dimension.” Feng Xiantian did not lower his guard at all but still decided to answer the silhouette who nodded. A boy, less than eight years old was revealed from the silhouette. Despite the young appearance, Feng Xiantian knew he was much older than what he looked like.
“The Forgotten Lands No one has entered them for thousands of years. Are you sure little boy?” The young boy smiled as he let out a laugh. Feng Xiantian had a calm expression on his face. Despite the fact he could not sense the cultivation rank of the young boy, he was still confident he could escape from the boy’s grasp if necessary.
“Why do you even care so much about what I chose to do, old man?” Feng Xiantian frowned. He did not appreciate the young boy’s words to the extent he even called the young looking boy an old man.
To say no one had entered the Forgotten Lands was not really a lie. Although Divine Lord experts and Divine Immortal realm experts dared to venture near it, none of them had actually entered it.
The insult deeply injured the young boy’s opinion of Feng Xiantian, which was visibly seen on his face. It seems he did not like being called old, this was a reason why he had taken such a young form.
“Old I am the youngest and most handsome boy in this world!” The young boy growled, Feng Xiantian finally looked at his face and he could indeed say it was quite amazing and handsome for such a young boy like the young boy in front of him. ” I see But that does not change the fact that you still are an old man.”
“You dare!” The young boy roared as his voice echoed for several hundred kilometers. His body started to bulge in different parts, his clothes started to tear down as his eyes turned completely red, his skin turned green and his body grew to a size of more than ten meters. ” A demon beast. I see why you are obsessed with appearance, you are so ugly.” Feng Xiantian chuckled.
“I am not ugly you annoying human!” The former young boy, now a monster roared. ” I see why this planet of the Imperial Dark Dimension seemed so empty It’s because of a monster like you. I can sense the aura of billions of people inside of you. It’s ironic, you absorbed the ugly people too” Feng Xiantian closed an eye as ruthlessness flashed through his open eye.
The monster roared as one of his mutated gigantic arms was thrown into the air and straight into Feng Xiantian who brought his hand forward. A sword started to materialize next to the hand before it could fully materialize he had already grabbed it. The monster’s arms were less than twenty centimeters away from Feng Xiantian before green engulfed his sight.
The monster grinned, thinking he had defeated Feng Xiantian, ” This indeed worried me I sensed an aura equivalent to the Divine Lord, to think that a Divine King like me was scared from a pesky weakling A Divine Lord of all people, tch. What would my kind think if they saw my current state.”
The ‘arm’ collided with Feng Xiantian’s half-materialized sword creating shockwaves after shockwaves. ” Impossible, he’s actually capable of fighting twenty-five percent of my power without even sweating?! That’s enough to kill any normal pinnacle Divine Lord Realm cultivator Impossible.”
Feng Xiantian looked up and chuckled at the expression the monster had. Although he could not really read it, he felt that the monster was very astonished at the strength he was showing. At the moment Feng Xiantian was at the third layer of the Divine Lord Realm, a Divine King like the monster in front of him was nothing.
“Fine, you have earned my curiosity human, although you have called me ugly before, I am willing to forgive you for as long as you serve me for the next twenty thousand years.” The Monster put down his demands for ‘sparing him’. Those actions of him made Feng Xiantian start to laugh loudly.
“You Think you can actually manage to kill me, and you are trying to shame me by giving me those demands just for me to become your slave?! Do not even think, for the slightest amount of time that I, Feng Xiantian will agree to such a dumb demand of yours, I will kill you right now!” Feng Xiantian snorted.
“We will see”
~~
Feng Xiantian’s journey continued for an entire 2 years and a half, the day he turned 17 was also the day he achieved a breakthrough into the Divine Emperor Realm.
The effects it caused on the surroundings of the place he achieved a breakthrough were tyrannical, it was unrecognizable for anyone who had seen the place beforehand.
The number of experts in this realm in the entire Chaotic Realm was less than a hundred, the Ancestral Profound Realm was the majority holder with thirty of them and one of the three factions to possess a being beyond the realm of the Divine Emperor Realm.
He created havoc in many dimensions to the point the locals had given him the title of the Chaos Seeker since everywhere he went chaos followed, whenever caused directly by him or causes of him appearing in that said dimension. Each appearance of his was followed by many hunters and slayers seeking to kill him for the bounty behind his head.
Two years and a half were not that long for a cultivator but Feng Xiantian was only seventeen right now. The first century of a cultivator’s life was when their potential would start to boom, eventually slowing down as they age. If one had a unique cultivation technique that could be prevented, however.
If everyone could cultivate as fast as Feng Xiantian then the number of Divine Emperors in this Chaotic Realm would not be as little as the original one hundred, instead it could be thousands. Feng Xiantian cultivated a unique cultivation technique, he still did not understand much from it.
He had found it inside his mind at the tender age of five to six, at the time he had thought it was an incomplete technique, but with time he found out that it was just incomplete.
The reason he thought it was incomplete was that his power level had been too low for him to learn of the next stages. He was slightly depressed because this had affected his potential.
This long period of time for Feng Xiantian had managed to mold his personality. He was now not only cold and calm most of the time, but due to two years and a half of living unleashed and traveling in thousands of dimensions, he had learned how to be ruthless towards other cultivators who were an obstacle to him.
If anyone from the Ancestral Profound Sect had to meet Feng Xiantian at the end of his last travel they would be unable to recognize the current him just from the facial differences, not to mention the difference in the look of his eyes and personality, he was just another person when you took everything into perspective.
The Ancestral Profound Sect remained the top sect even after two years, which was not really that much for a sect which had existed for tens of thousands of years. They had no idea about the havoc their former greatest prodigy, Feng Xiantian was caused to the various dimensions of the Chaotic Realm.
If Feng Xiantian was to return to the sect right now he’d be immediately promoted to a Sect Ancestor since his strength was at the Divine Emperor Realm. The Ancestral Profound Sect only had thirty Divine Emperors one of them being Xing Yan. But he did not want to return back to that sect, he liked the freedom he had.
~~
“Young boy, what has made you come to our village, in a deep corner of the Imperial Dark Dimension?” The old and weakened voice of an old man entered Feng Xiantian’s ears.
“Old Master Bai, one of the few Divine Ancestors of our Chaotic Realm, am I right about your identity?” Feng Xiantian cupped his fists as he slightly bowed to pay his respects.
The old man frowned and took a few steps backward. “How do you know about my identity young man, do not mention it again, someone might be eavesdropping and could hear our conversation!”
“There is no need to worry about that Old Master Bai, I already have put several Silencing Formations around us so we can talk without any worries.” Feng Xiantian said.
Old Master Bai was dumbfounded slightly. To be able to sneak several formations behind his back was something extraordinary, especially when the youngster was mere
HE WAS A DIVINE EMPEROR REALM CULTIVATOR?!
Old Master Bai’s face was filled with shock as he took a step backward. A seventeen years old Divine Emperor Such an existence had never been seen before!
Feng Xiantian’s eyes noticed the quick reaction of the Old Divine Ancestor but did not react. Instead, he decided to continue speaking.
“You might find it surprising that I somehow found your location, especially after your cold relationship with the Ancestral Profound Sect, I am here to discuss all of your problems with that sect together with you.” Feng Xiantian’s eyes flashed a glint of coldness.
Old Master Bai snorted as he sat on the soft grass and looked at Shen Tian with an icy glare. The relationship between him and the Ancestral Profound Sect was far worse than the one between Feng Xiantian and the sect!
” I want you to help me find all the darkness inside the Ancestral Profound Sect After all, I share the same desire as you.”
“Destruction of the Ancestral Profound Sect.”
~~
Feng Xiantian had journeyed across hundreds of dimensions by the age of seventeen. By the time his 17th birthday came to him, he had suffered over a hundred assassination attempts from the Ancestral Profound Sect.
Old Master Bai had suffered a lot because of that said sect. His fiancee had been killed ruthlessly due to her refusing to marry the then young master of the Ancestral Profound Sect.
Unfortunately, his power was still too weak to seek revenge. While he was a powerful and mighty Divine Ancestor, one of the very few in the Chaotic Realm, the Ancestral Profound Sect had over ten Divine Ancestors on its own!
Old Master Bai felt extremely depressed due to this. He could go suicidal on them, but he probably wouldn’t deal a very heavy hit on the sect and they would recover almost immediately.
Feng Xiantian knew the Ancestral Profound Sect quite well, but Old Master Bai had been a member of the Ancestral Profound Sect for nearly five hundred years before leaving willingly, even to this day he still had spies inside the sect.
Using the knowledge Old Master Bai passed into him, he now knew every single inch or centimeter of the Ancestral Profound Sect perfectly.
His lips curled in ridicule as he felt sad for the events to come to the Ancestral Profound Sect. His eyes flashed with red and a slight black color as he laughed out happily.
~~
“The Ancestral Profound Sect is holding a tournament to honor the birth of a new great prodigy! I heard he has already broken to the Heavenly Immortal Realm’s first rank at the age of eighteen!” The crowd started to murmur they had forgotten about Feng Xiantian’s achievements completely.
Feng Xiantian put his cold eyes over a piece of paper which told the information about the tournament as a grin emerged on his face. A sudden urge to participate in this tournament entered his mind. Who knows why was it just purely out of anger that he was exiled so easily from the sect, or was it the fact he was replaced in just two years and a half?
He put on his cloak as he walked towards the place he could register for the tournament. He had put most of his pieces into play already, whenever he wanted he could trap the members of the Ancestral Profound Sect into a game of being chased.
At the age of seventeen and six months, Feng Xiantian was already nearing the peak of the Divine Emperor Realm thanks to some fortunate encounters.
Even if he had not prepared anything, he was sure that no expert of the Ancestral Profound Sect was capable of defeating him anymore even if they ganged on him.
~~
“The Final of this tournament has officially started, on the right side we have Chen Wei, our strongest prodigy who has started to shine in the last three years. Meanwhile, on the left side, we have Feng Xiantian, the former greatest prodigy the Ancestral Profound Sect and even the Chaotic Realm has ever seen before!”
The crowd roared in excitement. Who would win, the prodigy who had risen in recent years, or the boy who was one year younger than Chen Wei, who was already at the Heavenly Immortal Realm at the age of 14? Everyone was pretty sure Chen Wei was going to receive a beating due to the difference in cultivation prowess
When they had received the news of this battle, they had been initially speechless but after a while they got excited.
Never had such a thing happened, after all, most disciples who were exiled were too ashamed to show their faces to the public once again.
Even Chen Wei himself was unsure that he could defeat Feng Xiantian. Unknowingly to the rest, just so he could be assured Xing Yan had ordered his father, Chen Zhu an elder of the sect to give Chen Wei a pill which would temporarily raise his cultivation to the Divine Immortal Realm at the cost of lifespan.
“I hope we both have a nice time in this fight and we learn something which will benefit both of us.” Feng Xiantian said as he closed his eyes for a short moment, he was also muttering his prayers to Chen Wei’s life as he unsheathed his sword releasing a raw intent which could be felt in the entire arena.
“START!!!”
Feng Xiantian’s sword flashed as a bright light was released. Chen Wei had not even finished preparing his stance as he was slammed behind from the sheer raw pressure emitting from the sword’s energy. This turn of actions made Feng Xiantian raise an eyebrow, he did feel the aura of a 1st rank Divine Immortal emitting from Chen Wei so why was he this weak?
This gave birth to various reactions from the crowd mostly astonished at how easily Feng Xiantian had dealt with Chen Wei. They had expected for Feng Xiantian to defeated Chen Wei rather easily, but not this easily.
Chen Wei slowly stood up from the small crater he had created and wiped the blood around his mouth. Any sort of sign of happiness or respect was wiped out from his glare.
He had treated all of this as a game. Although he did know that there was a chance Feng Xiantian would be a Divine Immortal just like him, with the years passing, he was sure of that But he was just overwhelmed so badly!
He grabbed his spear tightly which he had only now taken out of his Spatial Ring and ran towards Feng Xiantian using a Movement Technique. Although to others Chen Wei was too fast to Feng Xiantian it was as if he was in slow motion. His eyes could easily react to any attack less than a thousand times faster than light.
Feng Xiantian put his sword aside, thus one of his hands was occupied while he slowly moved his free hand, Chen Wei snorted as he was obviously sure he could dodge the palm attack. Suddenly the free hand increased its speed, reaching the speed of well over two times of that of light compared to Chen Wei’s one time.
The palm of the hand slapped Chen Wei as the poor teenager widened his eyes before he could register what had happened he flew away slamming into the crater he had created earlier further deepening. Feng Xiantian frowned, he had restricted his strength to that of the ninth layer of the Heavenly Immortal Realm at the moment.
It was not merely just him being too strong for Chen Wei, it was also the fact that the pill the boy had consumed contained too many impurities resulting in his combat prowess at the level of a Divine Immortal being false. Although he could defeat the weakest Divine Immortals, the stronger ones would not struggle against him.
“Feng Xiantian!”
“Feng Xiantian!”
The crowd started to cheer for Feng Xiantian. Feeling the excitement, the Divine Emperor Realm Feng Xiantian was disgusted. Almost three years ago most of that crowd had laughed at him for being banished from the Ancestral Profound Sect, and now they had started to cheer for him? That was really ugly.
He glared at the crowd with the corner of his eyes and released his killing intent; which silenced the entire crowd in a matter of a second. Xing Yan who was observing the battle from the top of the arena in a golden throne frowned, he was also slightly affected by the killing intent even though he didn’t want to admit it.
“Let’s continue shall we?” Feng Xiantian looked at Chen Wei who took a deep breath, he could already feel it, this was not going to be easy on him.
~~
“… The Winner of this tournament is Feng Xiantian!”
The crowd was silent, they did not celebrate for Feng Xiantian, they were too scared to fake their excitement. Xing Yan was fuming in anger. The pill to make Chen Wei breakthrough to the Divine Immortal Realm was incredibly expensive and not to mention it would basically cripple him for the future decade.
He stood up and glared at Feng Xiantian with a glare which promised pain. He had to kill Feng Xiantian personally, he had to make sure he died. He was just getting too powerful in such a short time, imagine him after a century. Perhaps even he would be unable to defeat him and be killed by Feng Xiantian instead of the opposite!
“It’s quite a shame you will die anyway.” Xing Yan grinned madly and flicked his finger. In that instant several experts clasped their hands together, forming a formation which had huge effects on the crowd.
The crowd started to feel dizzy before finally fainting. Several various cultivators at the Divine Immortal and Divine Lord Realm leaped at different corners of the arena and looked at Feng Xiantian. ” This is going to be the place you will be buried and killed, Feng Xiantian.”
Feng Xiantian smiled as he closed his eyes. It was quite amusing that they thought that with merely a single Divine Emperor they could defeat him, who was capable of fighting someone an entire realm above his.” Former dear Sect Master, A Divine Emperor of the Sixth Rank like you wants to fight me?!”
Xing Yan coldly stared at Feng Xiantian with an empty expression.”A brat like you who merely is a Divine Immortal dares to think of being capable of killing me?” Xing Yan found it hilarious!
“I won’t be fighting you, the Elite Guards will. Let us see if you can face the power of dozens of Divine Lords!” Xing Yan grinned madly as a crazy expression entered his face. With a flick of his fingers, several white-clad figures jumped into the arena.
“You are going to let your toys deal with me? That is not cute at all.” Feng Xiantian sighed as he closed his eyes for a moment.
Feng Xiantian put his sword aside, he did not require his sword at all if he wanted to defeat the Ancestral Profound Sect’s Elite Guards His silver eyes revealed a hint of coldness as a typical metal sharp sword appeared on his hand, it was neither enchanted or made with unique metal or anything of that sort.
“Do you think this is a game boy?!” Xing Yan was furious for being underestimated so badly to the point he unleashed his full nearly boundless pressure as a Divine Emperor. His Divine Spark shone brightly pumping Divine Energy outside his body. Some of the Divine Immortals and Divine Lords had to look away due to the fear of being blinded.
“Maybe it is indeed a game for me.” Feng Xiantian said as he put his hand forward, “But we will see in the end.”
“We will see who is the winner and who is the loser in this!”
~~
“Incredible, you actually have managed to face my full power without even breaking a sweat Now tell me, boy, what kind of treasure are you using to defend against my powers, I demand that you give it to me so I can use it for the better of the sect! If you give it to me, I will accept you into the sect once again.”
Xing Yan was tired and was sweating in almost every place on his body. He knew that if he wanted to win this fight, the only chance for him was to stall for time for one of the Divine Ancestors to notice the situation.
“That is none of your problems right now old man.” Feng Xiantian no longer had a smile on his face. Instead, he was just calmly killing the remaining cultivators. By the end of his massacre, only Xing Yan was left.
” You are much more different than three years ago you…boy, you were so calm and quiet then, now you are so ruthless and cold Did you meet someone?” Xing Yan coughed blood furiously as he spoke.
The various grand elders who were also at the Divine King Realm had already long died, only he a Divine Emperor Realm Cultivator had remained from the cultivators who had been set to guard the arena. The other Divine Emperor Realm practitioners were not here instead they were in deep seclusion.
“I traveled around the Chaotic Realm for a total of around three years, I suffered many assassination attempts from your sect, do you think I am going to calmly answer your questions?” Fury appeared on Feng Xiantian’s face and he burst into action almost immediately.
Just as Feng Xiantian was about to stab Xing Yan with his knife shaped hand, a clap of thunder was heard and Feng Xiantian froze on track. His eyes narrowed as he cast an array on Xing Yan, golden chains coming out of his body and tying him. He turned behind and saw an illusionary massive figure.
“Well, well. Who do I owe this surprise to?” Feng Xiantian wiped traces of blood from his sword and looked at the massive figure which had appeared.
“You owe it to no one brat. From what I’ve heard, you’ve caused quite a lot of trouble for my little minions here.”
The figure roared as it spoke. It was one of the few Divine Ancestors of the Ancestral Profound Sect capable of actually leaving seclusion easily to fight Feng Xiantian.
Feng Xiantian unsheathed his sword as a smirk emerged on his face, one filled with bloodlust. ” Let’s leave that aside, you are the first Divine Ancestor Realm cultivator I have fought from the human side, and the third one in total. Show me, who is stronger the human or demon beast side, hahaha!”
He removed the current sword he was wielding from his hand and put it inside his Space Ring before shouting.
“Release!”
~~
Feng Xiantian sat on the corpses of the various experts of the Ancestral Profound Sect. Noticeable figures were that of the Ancestral Profound Sect’s Divine Ancestor Realm powerhouses and Xing Yan among the many strong figures who were at the minimum at the peak of the Divine Immortal Realm.
A feeling of coldness flew in the air as Feng Xiantian sighed.
“I guess the Sect Founder old man was a bit of a challenge, much stronger than the Divine Ancestor Realm Demon Beast I meet in my almost three years of travel. Maybe I can absorb his Divine Spark, and everyone else’s and breakthrough to the Divine Ancestor Realm myself.” Feng Xiantian’s face expressed only boredom.
With a single wave of his hand every expert in the arena instantly died as their Divine, Heavenly, Celestial and other Sparks came out of their bodies and he gathered all of them together. He also took their Spatial Rings with him. He was not going to spare anyone, there was no meaning to sparing anyone.
Feng Xiantian waved his hand once again and the various sparks fused together and created a ball-sized spark which Feng Xiantian absorbed in an instant, it entered his own Divine Spark which started to shake.
His cultivation realm leaped from the second rank of the Divine Emperor Realm to the pinnacle of the Divine Emperor and then into the Half-Divine Ancestor Realm.
He wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth, the only wound he had received from all of this fighting had been a punch to his stomach when managed to only make a bit of blood come out of his mouth. He had really been disappointed since the Sect Founder had been at the third rank of the Divine Ancestor Realm.
Just as he entered the Divine Ancestor Realm and produced an insane effect, blowing up the crowd away, Feng Xiantian widened his eyes. His energy got out of control due to the unstable Divine Energy in the air, something he had not accounted for and 99% of his Divine Energy left his body created an enormous black hole.
Feng Xiantian lost control of his body as he fell downward. He gnashed his teeth as he tried to focus his 1% Divine Energy into moving his body, but for some reason even though he had more than enough Divine Energy to at least move his body, his limbs, and other parts refused to move in the slightest.
The black hole started to suck the arena, growing even bigger to the point it became even bigger than a planet. The entire Ancestral Profound Sect’s headquarters were sucked inside the black hole adding to the size of the black hole even further. Feng Xiantian, however, was the only thing to not get sucked inside of it.
It did not stop there, it continued to grow to the point it could absorb galaxies. Feng Xiantian started to get dizzy despite him using his strongest defensive techniques, the Black Hole’s energy was also getting to him. Feng Xiantian could hear the desperate screams of cultivators as they were sucked into the black hole.
His fingers started to bleed from the sheer pressure emitting from the black hole and his eyes started to turn red; He was not about to give up, however. He had suffered long enough for this kind of a pain to not really have any effect on him anymore. Feng Xiantian let out a single roar as he moved his fingers.
The black hole continued to grow even faster. By the time an hour had passed, the black hole had grown to the point it easily sucked the entire Ancestral Profound Realm. This was ironic, this black hole was created due to the instability of Feng Xiantian’s Divine Energy and some more from the others.
Feng Xiantian groaned the pain had started to increase. That one percent of Divine Energy he had left had started to run out, the only reason he was still alive was due to the fact his Divine Energy had reached another realm since he had just broken through to the Divine Ancestor Realm a while ago.
“This is so stupid I, a person who defeated the strongest expert in the Chaotic Realm is going to be killed by some black hole I myself created?! RUBBISH!” Feng Xiantian roared as he seemingly released a limitless amount of Divine Energy, unfortunately, it quickly ran out and he fainted.
Feng Xiantian did not notice the Black Hole growing even further in size. A moment later, the black hole grew to the size it could absorb the entire Chaotic Realm and it did so. The only existing person inside the entire Chaotic Realm was only Feng Xiantian who was currently just waking up from the terrifying effects of the black hole.
The black hole started to shake yet again, after a moment of silence. In the middle of the black hole, a ripple started to form and a white figure escaped the black hole’s pull.
The silhouette let out a mad laugh as it escaped into the abyss left behind after the entire Chaotic Realm was absorbed. It was later known as the Everlasting Void!
Feng Xiantian personally had no idea why that name had appeared on his mind, he just knew it.
Although the Black Hole had absorbed and refined the Chaotic Realm, the various Divine Sparks of the expert of the Ancestral Profound Dimension or any other dimension had been all absorbed by Feng Xiantian, he was now at the very pinnacle of the Divine Ancestor Realm with no signs of stopping
Suddenly the space around Feng Xiantian split apart and allowed something of a shocking size and appearance to appear. It was nearly the same size as the black hole if not the same. It just had a white color instead of black. Feng Xiantian’s body started to shake as the two holes battled for domination. He fell unconscious yet again much to his dismay.
~~
Feng Xiantian groaned feeling incredibly dizzy from all that fighting he had done before. His eyes widened almost immediately upon him remembering that he had fainted after seeing two massive holes collide with each other.
After regaining his focus back, he noticed that he was inside a wide white space which expanded for eternity.
He frowned as he waved his hand inside this weird space, I have an only quarter of my original control over my limbs, but I cannot feel any energy inside of me, no Celestial Energy, no Heavenly Energy, and no Divine Energy `
He scratched the back of his head as he decided to test something else; He found no answer yet again.
`Even the most basic and simple energy, Spiritual Energy This is extremely odd, even cripples back at my world had at least a slight amount of Spiritual Energy which were leftovers from before they got crippled.’
“I swear if I find out what was the cause of those two enormous holes appearing They will” He knew that the cause was not his Divine Energy, it would be absurd for him to think so.
His Divine Energy even at maximum capacity was only capable of creating a black hole the size of a universe, not even close to the size of a dimension which has three thousand universes per dimension. The entire Chaotic Realm itself was formed by a total of ninety-nine thousand universes.
“Now Where in hell am I? I don’t feel any energy emitting from this space.” Feng Xiantian tried to use Qi, which was basically something which was found in literally every corner of space everywhere but found out that this space lacked even Qi, something fundamental for the nourishment of nature.
His senses went haywire as he looked in his right, he widened his eyes once again as a crack appeared on the air, the crack had the color of black and it started to widen, it was not that hard to notice a thick leather book coming out of the crack. He suddenly found it easier than ever to move his limbs and his body, not seeing any reason to not do it, he grabbed the book.
Before doing anything else with the book, he decided to check if he still could maintain the connection to his Space Ring. Unfortunately, he sighed as the connection had broken down.
The front had on it besides being dark. Opening the first page, he found nothing on it. This was slowly becoming more and more mysterious and weird, in his short life of seventeen years, he had never seen anything like this before, even when he journeyed inside Massive Ruins of the ancient era.
The second page was still empty. Taking a deep breath, he quickly checked the content of each page, each page was full with Nothing. This deeply confused him was he simply too weak to check the content, or was it truly as empty as it looked on the surface. He took a deep breath,’Always check underneath the underneath.’
“Wait Since I am capable of once again using my limbs to the full enjoyment of mine, let me check if I can use various energies once again.” Feng Xiantian took a deep breath as he focused, a single thread of Divine Energy poured out from the tip of his finger. A cold smile entered his face as he poured Divine Energy into the book.
He frowned noticing that the book barely had any reaction to the Divine Energy in the beginning. Not one to give up so easily, Feng Xiantian started to pour even more Divine Energy into the mysterious book, which was a decent amount of Divine Energy even if most of it had been depleted before.
The book cover started to display the words, [Undying Cycles of The Overlord and Overseer]. Yet, astonishingly, the words disappeared not even five seconds later making Feng Xiantian raise an eyebrow, the book cover got blurry for a moment before new words appeared in the middle of it. The book cover now read [Realm Of The Eternal]. This started to really confuse him since he knew nothing about the cause of this change.
However, he decided to remain silent for an amount of time and just explore the contents of the book which amounted to almost nothing.
His eyebrow continued to stay above the other as he took a breath, “Since there is a book cover now, maybe there is also something inside the pages of this book perhaps?” He opened the first page of the book and was slightly relieved to see that there was indeed something written in it.
[Do You Wish to Reincarnate?]
Feng Xiantian immediately paused at those words. Reincarnation, that was not a rare word in his life. He had fought and befriended people who claimed to have lived in another life.
Most of the time, unfortunately, they suffered from some head problems and were a huge pain in the ass to fight. He still shivered sometimes from remembering how persistent they were.
That was not the case all the time and there were indeed times when Feng Xiantian had met a reincarnation who was sane and was willing to have a conversation with him without attacking him first.
Much to his dismay, that person died not long after. He had never been able to learn the cause and neither was interested much into that case anyway.
He took a deep breath as he looked around with his eyes. There was not much hope of him being able to escape this space. It seems that he would have to take this risk and accept to be reincarnation although there was no guarantee that he would indeed be reincarnated.
Not like he had another choice anyway. He did not know what the book wanted, so he decided to speak the word out, “Yes.”
After he said yes, the book started to shine in black & white light, which started to surround him and fly around. The next moment his vision turned dark and he lost consciousness.
