Feng Shan yawned and looked outside the window. He could see Feng Xiantian train with the sword he had bought using his money.
Although very small and barely noticeable, he could feel a certain type of mysterious energy go down and up together with the sword.
A slight smile appeared on his face as he rubbed his eyes and removed his glance from the window.
“Xue-er what do we have for breakfast today?!” A grin emerged and he dashed towards the kitchen at a speed seemingly rivaling that of light.
~~
Feng Xiantian swung the iron sword left and right, his focus was extremely high to the point he could even sense a leaf falling on the ground from a mile away.
A single swing cut through twenty leaves without any delay.
After around thirty minutes he stopped his training and could barely contain his happiness. He had managed to comprehend the 1st Stage of the Will of the Sword.
Using the Will of The Sword’s power and also his Martial Power, even a Late-Stage Spirit Realm expert would die under his hands.
He wore a cloak over his body and after notifying and taking permission from Feng Shan, decided to visit the Azure Phoenix City which was a second rated one.
The city’s walls were majestic and the guards above the walls and below it were emitting an aura of maturity and that of a warrior.
The guards immediately took notice of Feng Xiantian’s appearance. Today was not a very busy day for them, despite it being a big occasion for the city itself so they could spend time looking at the appearances of people, a weird hobby to say the least.
“Little Young Master, I suggest that you do not wander inside our Azure Phoenix City too much today. Lord Xia’s birthday is today, so there are many formations set up by the Guest World Spiritists to protect the city, you might end up accidentally causing one of the Slaughtering Spirit Formations to awaken so beware of where you go.”
The guards warned Feng Xiantian and the latter nodded with a small smile on his face. His upper face was not visible, but upon seeing the smile on his face the guards also similarly smiled.
“Thanks for the warning, uncles. I hope you all have a good time. Here, as a token of my appreciation.” Feng Xiantian did not lack money, his weekly allowance was quite decent. A total of fifty copper Coins which was more than a Common Guard’s payment for a week.
Upon seeing over three hundred copper coins, their expressions brightened even further. However a moment later they shook their head.
“We cannot accept money from a kid.” Although they did not show it, they were also scared of the potential faction behind Feng Xiantian. Who knew what could happen to them if they learned they took advantage of their Young Master?
Feng Xiantian chuckled, his cold complexion slightly diminishing as he forcefully put the three hundred copper coins on one of the guard’s hands.”Divide them evenly, just consider it as a gift. Don’t worry no one will make it difficult for you all.”
Without waiting for a response, Feng Xiantian walked inside the city and left the guards with a helpless expression. They felt it was a bit weird to accept money from a kid who was even younger than their children.
However, upon seeing his weapon he was carrying in his back, a sly smile appeared on their faces and a knowing expression showed up. The reason he gave them that money was for them to allow him to enter the city without anyone commenting on his weapon.
After all, it was part of the law that carrying a weapon like that was forbidden, and as such, they had to be handed to the guards until they came back to retrieve them.
However, since it was the City Lord’s birthday the defense inside the city was lazy so they could easily allow one in.

Feng Xiantian walked in the almost empty streets of the city with a satisfied smile. After all, he liked this atmosphere Calm and quiet.
Looking right and left, most shops were already closed. This meant that his visit to the city was all but for naught.
With a sigh he unleashed his Martial Power’s Spiritual Sense, although it would attract the attention of experts, they most likely wouldn’t really investigate it as it wasn’t worth their time.
As for those with the power of the Origin Realm or lower, they would be unable to even discover his Spiritual Sense due to the fact he was just safely evading their Martial Power.
His eyes were dragged around and he finally finished looking, his eyes set on a broken down cabin in the corner of the city, with a sign which told the name of the shop.
“Broken Spirit Shop.”
He blinked several times and rubbed his eyes. Why the hell was this shop called Broken Spirit?
The cabin was simply broken down all the way, even the door was about to fall down. Feng Xiantian gently pushed the door and entered the broken down cabin.
Looking around he found that there was no one beside him inside this cabin, much to his disappointment. When he observed the items which were for sale, he was quite surprised to find out that most of them were decent treasures.
He did not approach any of the items, instead, he merely glanced from the distance as if he was not interested in the slightest.
“Do any of these junk interest you?” Suddenly a voice entered Feng Xiantian’s ears without him even realizing that there was a figure behind him.
However, he showed no reaction and decided to play along with the figure. “Not particularly.” He replied.
Slightly turning his head around, he saw a middle-aged man who had a trimmed beard and brown eyes. There was nothing special to be mentioned about his appearance, he just appeared to be Ordinary to say the least.
He was slowly walking toward him but his footsteps caused no sounds. Feng Xiantian immediately knew that the reason he did not notice him was not that he was a cripple, but because his cultivation far surpassed that of his.
“How might this junior refer senior?” Feng Xiantian said with a ‘respectful’ tone while not showing any sign of respect, a cold gaze oversaw the room.
The middle-aged man did not seem to mind, his expression was still calm and there was no reaction from him.
