THAT DAY I BECAME A STAR - Chapter 198
The next morning, the snow outside has peeled up so bad some of it enters the room when the butlers open the door. One of them brings three shovels and they start pushing it outside.
“Why are they wasting so much time? Can we just use a wind script?”
Keltia suggests something which seems quite clever. Although, no, if the script is too strong, you might destroy the door or even the whole entran-
“That’s a great idea!” Farner, pardon, gnoll number 1 immediately executes without even thinking.
“No, wai-”
“ORYAH!”
“Run away!” I barely have the time to alert the butlers that Farner has unleashed a Wind storm. The butlers manage to flee just in time while the storm sweeps the snow at the door, even outside. It almost looked perfect until the doors were both torn off and thrown outside as well, breaking the fence as they land.
“Oops…”
While we are all looking at Farner, she tries to make a cute face but sorry, girl, it doesn’t work.
“Idiot.” Excia knocks her head loudly. You should give her another one.

One of the butlers comes back with a carpenter an hour later to repair the doors, meanwhile, I took a shovel, and together with the other boys, we all started cleaning the snow outside the house as well. A bit after we are done, a carriage arrives, with the insignia of the royal family of Syldavie on it. I guess they are here for Frankher.
He comes out as soon as it arrives, already dressed up to leave, followed by the maid and the man from yesterday.
“Okay, guys. I will see you all at school.”
Just like that, without anything else, he enters the carriage and leaves. The man who was following him just now then comes to me and hands me over a piece of paper.
“I didn’t get to give it to you yesterday, master. It is the official letter of the king concerning your duties towards us.”
“Master?”
“Yes, you are our mast-”
“Don’t ever call me that again.” I don’t know why but that way of calling me sounded awful. It reminds me of Tatiana.
“But…”
“I don’t care. Don’t do it again.”
“I will try to. But how should we call you, then?”
“Just call him poop face.”
Out of nowhere, Farner butts in the conversation. She advances to us rapidly and stands in front of the man.
“Are you not ashamed of tormenting an adult?”
“I am not tormenting him.”
“You are. Let him call you what he wanted.”
“As long as he doesn’t call me master.”
“Then, sir, what about youn-”
Hearing just the word ‘young’ my aura releases by itself.
“Kyaa!” Farner is slightly pushed back together with the man behind her. “What are you doing?!”
She runs to me while I am lost and confused myself and smacks my head.
“S-sorry.”
“I-it’s nothing.” The man is trembling as if he just saw death.
“That’s why I told you to call him poop face.”
“But Miss Farner Saint Axelandria, I could never…”
“What is your name?” I have been talking to this guy without even knowing his name.
“My name is STOR VAKEL. Son of TUNDIR and ELENA VAKEL.”
“I see. STOR. Don’t ever call me anything close to master. I am no one master. We are equal and will do our best together. Alright?”
“But even so…”
“Okay, fine. You can call me by my name then.”
“Sir DRAGONROAD?”
“Yep. And it should be the same for everybody in this house. Got it?”
“Y-yes, Ma…Sir Dragonroad.”
“Thank you.”
“Or you can just call him poop face.”
“You…”

In the evening, we all go to the lake and meet fishermen on the way.
“Greetings, Sirs.” They are a group of five and all bow down their heads before resuming their walk. What was the point though? We are heading in the same direction.
When we reach the lake, K’nor is the first to jump on the frozen water. However, what surprises me is that he slips and falls, lightly knocking his head on the ice.
“Woof!” He stands back up and while his legs are trembling, he starts barking at the ice like it is an enemy.
“You should be careful or you might fall. The ice is very slippery.”
The fishermen tell us while putting weird shoes with nails on the foot’s side. Those must hurt a lot if you step on someone with it. They then proceed to walk on the ice and advance rapidly. In less than five minutes, they are already far from us.
“Okay, you heard the guy.” I advance as well and step on the ice but without any warning, my foot slips, and I fall backward, slamming my head in the snow.
“Ahahahaa!!! Yeah!! Sure!! We heard the guy!!”
They all start mocking me. K’nor manages to reach me, though with great difficulty, and while I clean the snow on my face, he licks my face once or twice, removing the snow on it. You are a real mother, you know that, boy?
Slowly but surely, everyone starts walking on the ice with more or less trouble. Lanuvel is especially efficient at moving on it. Her script commands it after all. She is currently dragging Samson around like a little puppy. The others are all busy as well. Except for Farner who stayed with me.
“I guess you want to tell me something.” I am sure she wants to talk about yesterday night.
“Yes. Yesterday, you…” I knew it.
“I am sorry. I shouldn’t have done that.”
“No, it’s okay. Lanuvel came to see me before.”
“I see. Even so, I am sorry.”
“There is nothing to be sorry about. In fact, I am happy. I am happy to see that there are other people who see you just like I do.”
“Is that so? I might just be a fake, you know? A pretty illusion that will reveal an ugly truth.”
“Yeah, yeah. Anyway, there is one thing I won’t let you forget, though.”
“What is it?” She approaches me and pinches my cheek while looking at me all innocent with her red puffed cheeks.
“I am your first, okay? Never ever forget that!”
