The Ancient Order - Chapter 1 Progenitor Of The Gods
A little boy was looking on downwards with a saddened expression walking down the path in the forest.
This little boy’s name is Tang Yu and he just turned 6 years old, his father’s name is Tang Wu and his mother’s name is Li Jing and they are both Elders of the Imperial Sword Sect. Due to the conflict between the Righteous Sect and Corrupt Sect reaching its peak a war began and both his parents were killed.
But in Tang Yu’s opinion of the Righteous Sect’s doesn’t fit the definition one would think off. Even though Righteous Disciples don’t slaughter innocent people like the Corrupt Disciples, the Righteous Sect’s schemes are much scarier than those of the Corrupt Sect’s.
Due to his parents being Elders of one of the main Righteous Sects he had a front view seat into the scheming and planning. Even though the Righteous Sects may seem to be good allies this couldn’t be farther from the truth.
All children take an exam to see their talent in cultivation when they turn 6 years old and yesterday Tang Yu had his talent tested. When the results he was thrown into the Servant’s Courtyard the very day he was tested to be a cripple. There was no consideration of his parent’s merit and he was simply tossed away like when 3 toys come in a set, two of the toys broke so the third toy was thrown out with them.
Tang Yu was broken, his parents are dead and he has no chance of cultivating to avenge his parents. He has been aimlessly walking around the forest with the one thought of “Why am I useless?”
Tang Yu was about to go back to his house when an explosion occured in the sky and when he looked up he saw 3 balls of fire directed straight towards him. He tried running away but the fireballs were too fast. Tang Yu squinted his eyes and he saw the true form of the 3 fireballs flying towards him. One was a golden skeleton, one was a crimson eyeball, and the last object was a jade talisman.
Tang Yu was dumbfounded but he had no idea to contemplate what the hell was going on because the 3 objects penetrated his body and an Ancient voice shook his mind.
“The Ancient Order has fallen the Skeleton of the Martial God, the Eye of the Spirit God, and the Jade Talisman of the Ancient God will guide you to the peak. Find your place among the gods and reestablish the Ancient Order.”
Tang Yu’s body was in complete agony but he managed to ask “Who… WHO ARE YOU!”
The Ancient Voice didn’t seem to answer the question and simply said “It is surprising to find a person with the same spiritual wavelength as us gods. You also have Reverse Spirit Meridians and a Dao Soul Bloodline perfect for practicing the way of the gods. Follow the path the talisman selects and follow the path up the firmament.”
The Ancient voice slowly faded and Tang Yu wanted to ask the question again but he passed out due to the immense pain on his body.
Even though he passed out the merging of the 3 objects still occured. The golden skeleton merged with his constitution, the Crimson Eye merged with his left eye, and the Jade Talisman merged with his head. The merging completed and a flash of white light shone across the forest awakening the living creatures in the forest.

The next morning, Tang Yu’s eyes flickered open, he grabbed his sore arm and felt a phantom pain of last night shock his body. After a second of heavy breathing, he came back to his senses.
He limped over to a nearby creek and feel to the ground to drink the water and wash his face. After being sufficiently hydrating himself he opened his eyes and when he saw his reflection and his mouth grew wide with shock. His body was broader and muscles that a 6-year-old shouldn’t have covered his body.
The more prominent change was his left eye’s color changed from a dark brown color to a crimson red color then it went back to a dark brown color, every time he put his focus on his left eye it changed from brown to red. Only after he noticed the color change in his eye did his notice the internal changes.
His vision was hundreds of times better than before and he could even see the most minuscule details with just a glance.
He stood up and when he started walking around he felt that his body was much more flexible than before and the strength of the body was incredible even though he has never cultivated.
Tang Yu remembered what the Ancient Voice told him last night and he thought to himself “Reverse Spirit Meridians? So my meridians aren’t crippled they are just reverse! Wait where is the Jade Talisman?”
Tang Yu looked around and he didn’t find it so he shrugged his shoulders and decided to go back to the Servant’s Courtyard.
Tang Yu’s home was about an hours walk away from the forest and so it took some time for him to get back.
Tang Yu wanted to slip into his home but before he could sneak inside, a man and a young girl walked by and when the man saw Tang Yu his face was filled with fury.
“TANG YU, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!!!”
Tang Yu turned around and saw it was the Servant Elder and his granddaughter.
