The Ancient Order - Chapter 2 Master Tian
The Servant Elder’s name was elder Huo and he has a large build, next to him was a large saber that was very heavy. His granddaughter’s name is Hou Zhenya and she is 10 years old, and unlike her grandfather, she was thin and she had few muscles that were used for practicing the sword.
The previous day when he was sent to pick up his servant clothes and badge, Elder Huo blocked him from getting it and Huo Zhenya beat Tang Yu up saying that he was bullying her. Luckily an Outer Sect Deacon came to pick up some herbs and intervened before she pulled out her sword, Tang Yu was able to leave with his life.
When Tang Yu saw Elder Huo’s anger he was confused since he didn’t have a job or chore assigned to him yet.
“We have been looking for you! Were you at the forest?”
Tang Yu nodded his head he had to tell the truth because if someone saw him walk into the forest and they find out he lied he would be in big trouble. Even though he acted respectful anger built inside of him.
Elder Huo has been enemies with his father since they were outer disciples but due to Tang Yu’s father having much better talent than Elder Huo he was able to become a High Elder leaving this enemy behind. But now that Tang Yu’s father is already dead Elder Huo decided to release his anger on Tang Yu.
Seeing that Tang Yu wasn’t going to answer the true question, Huo Zhenya spoke her piece “Tang Yu, an explosion was reported in the forest and the patriarch thinks it is a treasure of some sort. Somebody said that you walked into the forest earlier that day. If there is any treasure you found, give it to me. You could gain some merit from the sect and be able to live in this sect longer than a year.”
Huo Zhenya has always heard stories of Tang Yu’s father bullying Elder Huo and so she grew a natural distaste to the Tang Family. When she heard that Tang Yu’s father and mother died and he was just a useless cripple she also wanted to show him a piece of her mind. Even though neither Elder Huo or Huo Zhenya had any direct conflict with Tang Yu they still bullied him, after all the world is a place where the strong prevail and the weak suffer.
Tang Yu looked up and asked “Live here longer than a year? So you are going to kick me out of the sect?”
Elder Huo answered “The sect has a rule that one that lives in the sect must reach Qi Sensing Stage 1 before they turn 7 years old. Since you can’t cultivate you will be kicked out by the end of the year. Now answer us where is the treasure… if you keep hiding it you will be a traitor to the sect.”
Tang Yu had no knowledge of this rule and if it was before he would have been worried, but he had nothing to worry about because he has a hope of cultivating and avenging his parents with the mysterious powers he has gained from the golden skeleton and strange crimson eye.
(Authors Note: Kids in this world have much faster growth than on Earth even without cultivation due to the presence of Qi. A 6-year-old is more like a 12-year-old on earth.)
Memories of his parents lovingly taking care of him washed away like a wave of an ocean, when they died the bush’s shade of innocence was blown away by the wind exposing him to the harsh real world, he realized that strength dictated if you are respected not with kindness.
Tang Yu wanted to start cultivating as soon as possible but he couldn’t run away or else he would look even more suspicious, “You can search me, I have no treasures.”
In a flash, Elder Huo appeared before Tang Yu and started to search his body. There was no trace of a strong Qi source on Tang Yu’s body meaning that he had no contact with any treasure.
Tang Yu started walking to his room but a hairy hand grabbed his shoulders. Elder Huo spoke angrily “Where do you think you are going? You still haven’t told us where the treasure is.”
Tang Yu started sweating, he couldn’t tell anyone about anything that happened last night or else… he can be considered dead.
Tang Yu spoke “I don’t know, yesterday I was sleeping in the forest and I didn’t see any explosion as you claim there was. If there was an explosion wouldn’t I be dead?
Elder Hou’s eyes again went up and down Tang Yu’s body trying to search for any trace of Qi but he still couldn’t.

Elder Huo was given the job of finding if there is any treasure that spawned in the Forest and he needed to be 100% sure because if that this brat didn’t have any treasure. If it fell into the hands of this cripple the patriarch would be very mad. Elder Huo extended his hand again and a large stone appeared in his hands.
Tang Yu felt his heart drop, the stone in the Elder’s hand was a Lie Detecting Stone and was common among elders to carry with them. Elder Huo asked, “Place your hand on the stone and answer this question, Did you, Tang Yu, find any treasure in the forest last night?”
Tang Yu rejoiced, the question didn’t apply to the 3 godly items because he didn’t find them, they found him.
Tang Yu placed his hand on the stone and answered with confidence: “I, Tang Yu, did not find any treasures in the forest last night.”
The stone didn’t react meaning Tang Yu didn’t lie, Elder Huo just scowled and said: “Starting tomorrow your job is to clean my house. You have to come at 6:00 and…” Elder Huo explained all the chores he had to do. Each course was extraneous to do and aimed at giving Tang Yu a minimal amount of time to relax.
Tang Yu nodded his head and ran back into his room. His entire body was soaking wet from sweat. The secret within his body was too dangerous and if it gets released it would be lucky if he lived for more than an hour.
Tang Yu laid down on his bed and focused his attention on his eye. In the forest, he only got a sneak peek at its functions and he felt that there were many more secrets in the eye.
When he focused all his attention on the eye, like before it turned crimson red. But this time Tang Yu felt something tugging at him. He moved his consciousness towards it and like a vortex it sucked him inside without giving him a chance to struggle.
Tang Yu opened his eyes and he found himself in a very bizarre island. There were one tree and a small building, the skies were the color red and the ocean surrounding the island was purple.
Tang Yu turned around and all he saw was a white fuzzy beard in front of him. He tilted his face up a little and saw that the owner of the beard was a wrinkly old man. After a second of awkward silence, Tang Yu’s senses came back to him and he realized the strange situation he found himself in he looked down and looked back up hoping the old man would disappear but sadly he was still there.
The old man just looked down on Tang Yu and he finally spoke “You are a good seedling, as the inheritor of 3 gods, you also have Reverse Spirit Meridians and a Dao Soul bloodline. I am an Intent of the Ancient God and I will be your master until you reestablish the Ancient Order. You can call me Master Tian.”
