The Billionaire’s Song - Chapter 45 Let's Do It Again
“Good morning babe.” Kyle turned to me and kissed my forehead.
“Good morning husband.” I smiled at him, still half asleep.
“Did I tell you that you look extra beautiful when you wake up in the morning?”
“Yes-every morning. But-I know you’re lying.” I covered my mouth as I yawned.
“Babe-I would never lie to you-do you trust me?”
“Isn’t that a rather intense for an early morning conversation?” I stifled another yawn.
“I’m going to ask you to do something and I don’t want you to question it-I’m going to need you to trust me. Can you do that for me babe?” Kyle asked, his face intense.
“Of cos baby. Is everything okay? You’re freaking me out.” I sat up and looked at him.
“I want us to renew our vows today. I’ve arranged everything-all you have to do is show up.”
“Why? We’re married already and I haven’t changed my mind about us. I still love you husband. More than ever.”
“So can you do this for me? I feel like I need to do this for you. You deserve a proper wedding-frills and all.” He kissed me softly.
“Ok baby, but you don’t have to do this you know??” I ran my fingers through his hair.
“I want to and I will..if you will let me?” He brushed his fingers over my lips.
“Okay, sure-but the dress and-” There was a loud knock at the door.
We covered ourselves with a sheet before telling the person to enter.
“I’m so sorry to intrude guys but we got a wedding that we need to get to-let’s go!” James barged in as usual.
“Jamie-my wife is naked-please get out of the room and give us a chance to be decent. Bye.” Kyle waved at him.
“Guys, why are you still in bed?” Rita rushed into the room holding a dress over her shoulder. “I’ve brought your dress-and mine.” She indicated to the dress behind her back.
“Rita and James-my husband and I consummated our marriage last night and part of this morning-so please allow us time to throw on some clothes.Bye Jamie.Bye RiRi.”Kyle and I waved at them.
“Ewww-over share.” Rita pulled her face.
“The guest room is free-in case you guys want to -you know?” Kyle teased.
“You guys are the worst.” James laughed and pulled Rita out with him, closing the door behind them.
“I think I’d like to consummate our marriage a couple of more times before we leave.” Kyle rolled over.
“Why you’re still talking?”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The wedding was scheduled for 12′ noon and we were going to get ready at the venue.There were all sorts of stylists waiting for me in the dressing room- hair, nails, makeup, wardrobe, etc.I wasn’t allowed to lift a finger but I was having bouts of morning sickness and that kind of interrupted the flow of things. Rita dashed to the pharmacy to get some medication to give me some form of relief and so far it seemed to be working.
I was almost done getting ready when there was a knock at the door. I turned around to see who it was and got the surprise of my life.
“Hie baby!” Rita’s parents were here.
“Mum! Dad! What a nice surprise!” I hugged them both.
“You look so beautiful!” My adopted mother gasped.
“We’re so glad Kyle invited us this time around.” My father chuckled.
“Trust my husband to think of everything.” I laughed.
“He’s a good man. We’re so happy for you. You deserve to be with someone that loves you as much as he does.” Mother clasped her hands together in delight.
“And soon your sister will be getting married too.” Father added.
“Alright it’s time to get this show on the road!” Rita barged in and started fussing with my dress.
“Okay, we will see you out there.” Mum kissed my cheek.
“I”ll be waiting for you outside I’m walking my baby girl down the aisle today. I can’t wait!” Dad said as he kisses my forehead and left.
My gown was a handmade Versace fit & flare gown with a bateau neckline & the perfect combination of crepe, tulle & lace floral motifs. Finished off with an intricate illusion back & neckline. The train was more than five meters long.My hair was a softly swept aside, curly updo with soft, sexy curls. The undone texture and delicate tendrils added to the romantic effect. I finished off the look with a white diamond bracelet and teardrop-earrings.
“So..who else is out there? I thought this was a small do?” I asked.
“It’s small-ish..I’ll give you a moment to yourself.You look beautiful! Kyle’s jaw is going to drop to the floor when he sees you. Come here.” Rita hugged me tightly.
“I love you so much My-My. You’re my sister and my best-friend. I don’t know what I would do without you. ” Rita sniffed and wiped away her tears.
“Hey-look now you’re making me cry.” We laughed and cried at the same time.
“I think I’m going to go now.” She hugged me again and left me alone in the room.
I sat in front of the dresser and stared at my reflection.Today I was going to marry the love of my life-again. How was it possible to love some one as much as I loved Kyle? He was everything to me.
“Hey-you’re having second thoughts?” Kyle smiled as he walked in and sat next to me.
“Isn’t there some sort of rule about not seeing the bride before the wedding?” I turned and put my arms around his neck.
“I don’t believe in that gibberish. Besides I’ve already seen the bride in less than nothing.” He winked.
“Coincidentally so have I..”
“You look so lovely babe. .” He kissed me gently. “I’m a lucky man.
“You best believe it.” We laughed.
“You’re ready?” He stood and held his hand out for me.
“How many guests did you invite?” I looked at him suspiciously.
“Babe-trust me and no questions-remember?”
“Yeah-yeah.” I muttered.
“All will be revealed soon. Don’t stress your pretty little head about it. I’ll meet you at the alter. I love you. ” He kissed me on my temple and dashed down the hall.
“There you are sweetie. You’re ready?” Dad walked over to me and as we looped our arms together.
“Yes. I’m ready to get married again.” I grinned.
