for visiting.
Gabriel scrolled through the status information until he saw the skill ‘inspect’. Tilting his head as a response to the unknown skill, he ran his hand through his snow-white hair. He stood staring at the column without giving any further response, until he heard Tigris’ taunting laugh.
With a deep sight filled with confusion, Gabriel asked: “Tigris, stop laughing and explain why I acquired a new skill”.
Gabriel’s question did only seem to strengthen Tigris’ laughing fit, which the cold rundown building didn’t hide one bit. When Tigris finally stopped his humorous fit, his rough voice answered: “Simply because it’s a starter skill which helps you gather information about anything you want. I know you’re going to say that it doesn’t make any sense, since you haven’t done anything to acquire it. However, since you gave me your humanity, I thought it could give you some basic skills. Of course, its only level one, so it isn’t that efficient to you yet.”
The buildings cold nature became more apparent when the silence once again roamed the large empty space. Gabriel didn’t know much about Tigris, but one thing he is certain of is that Tigris disappeared whenever he felt like it. Like now, he was probably gone as fast as he had started laughing. The madras near the edge of the building gave after Gabriel’s weight when he threw himself at it. Tired, Gabriel’s eyes slowly closed while the traffic noises became more apparent. It was finally a Saturday morning; Gabriel was already up at 06:00 o’clock ready to enter his first dungeon. He had taken with him an old dagger which he had found in the cellar at the Warren family’s residence. Why does a shifter need a dagger after awakening his powers, you may ask? Well, Gabriel hadn’t managed to transform yet, even thought his attempts was never-ending. He could remember his attempts continuing throughout his childhood, he was desperate at the time to find acceptance. However, now he isn’t searching for this as he doesn’t care anymore. Even thought in the beginning of his escape he still wanted it.
Hiding the dagger under a large jacked he had gotten from a sale at Wal-shop, the big jackets coal black textile was filled with fur to keep Gabriel warm through the cold nights in the abounded building. He looked back one last time before he walked down the unfinished stairs with large cracks in them, it wasn’t safe, but better than nothing. The streets were covered by a thin layer of snow, something Gabriel wasn’t used to. People, both young and old were roaming the beautiful streets decorated with Christmas lights and figures. When he reached a sign pointing informing about the site of the next dungeon, a familiar voice demanding the most luxurious items in the newest winter collections thundered just a few meters away from him.
He took a slight glance at the individual before he turned his attention back at the sign
It was Celeste
