The Boy Of My Dreams - Volume 1 Chapter 5
Zoe sure knew how to murder someone financially but at the same time select the perfect dress. By the end of our shopping I barely had enough money to last the month. But it’s worth it. After all first impression IS the best impression.
On the day of the interview Zoe came over to help me dress. I wore a off-white jeans and shirt with a lavender coat. I had my hair in that wavy style and tied it up into a ponytail. Zoe applied very light make-up on my face and I polished it off by putting a baby pink lipstick.
“You look amazing, Olive.” Zoe said smiling.
I looked at myself in the mirror and even I couldn’t recognise the person in front of me. This person looked really confident and good. I just hoped that I felt as confident as I looked. I prayed desperately that I’ll get the job. So after mustering all the courage I could get, I made my way to the Company.
Oh God if only I knew that the day was going to get worse.

That day I finally understood what people meant when they say having experience helps better than having a great imagination. Or that your imagination and knowledge must be superior than experience. Or you must be plain stupid.
Oh don’t worry. I reached the office all right. I made sure to enter the place with a confident stride and a big smile while acting like I owned the damn place. And then the trouble began.
