The Craftsman - Chapter 467 The Chosen One
Peter Parker was an incredibly smart young man, but he never let that get to his head and his family kept him grounded with good morals. Daedalus decided that he would be the perfect fit for the system.
The reasoning he went with was, Peter was morally upright and based on a number of timelines he had glimpsed it was quite consistent. Peter was also capable of using his intelligence to bring the system to a higher standing through his understanding of its inner workings.

Peter was having an enjoyable day no one had bothered him and while his friends weren’t there he had enjoyed a good book during lunch. So when it was announced that there would be a chance to earn an internship at stark industries he was very excited. Then he realised his friends wouldn’t get the chance and decided to ask the teacher.
Putting his hand in the air Peter waited for what felt like an hour and was finally called on, so he asked “What about the students who are out sick or have reasons to be out for today?”
The teacher Ms. Warren smiled and said “They will have a chance tomorrow but they will also have to wait longer for a reply.”
Peter smiled and thanked his teacher before the class made their way down to an exam hall, just the gym but with chairs, and got ready. Ms. Warren went to the front of the room with other teachers allowing the students to file into seats.
When everyone was seated the principal stood in front of them and explained that the test was extremely difficult and that only two teachers had passed. With that he wished them luck and Peter got to work.
About a second in Peter looked at the page again and realised it was easy and so he wrote the answers and moved on to the next page. The page was of course just as easy and so on, until the last page. The question was something Tony Stark himself had put in, though Peter didn’t know that.
The question said that whoever could get it even remotely correct would have a chance to not only be an intern but someone’s personal assistant. Decidedly that was better than being just an intern so Peter began filling it out. Almost fifteen minutes later and Peter was happy so he went back through and double then triple checked his work.
When that was done Peter put up his hand and waited. This time it felt like four hours passed before someone came to him. So he explained that he had finished and was wondering what he should do.
The proctor who was actually one of the people who had passed snorted and said quietly, “Alright sit there while I check it over and scan it to send to Stark Industries.”
Moments after the proctor had finished looking over the work they couldn’t help but be impressed. Peter had not only finished early but gotten one hundred and seven percent on the test as he had done the bonus question as well.
The proctor quickly scanned the test and sent it through to the email they had been provided but also the business email for Pepper Potts herself.
