The Crystals - 16 Strange choice
Surprisingly, it seems that that door was just a hologram. Zohaifa stood up with swollen cheek as he stared at those beasts, expecting an answer to this nonsense.
A moment of silence continued.
“We didn’t have enough budget,” answered one of them awkwardly breaking the silence.
Apprehending the holography, Zohaifa and Flirtic felt nothing but the appetite for freedom. They started their climactic breakout operation with no method other than freestyle running. Zohaifa dashed, trying to dodge every aggression that would come in his course. Will I survive? Will I make it? These controversies were pushing Zohaifa forward despite all the adversities and the attacks that Zohaifa couldn’t dodge.
However, after all the legendary deftly dodging were done and Zohaifa found himself near the exit, he took a small glimpse at the beasts he was escaping from. But he fortuitously saw Flirtic being caught by the monsters. The parachute was lying just beside the exit and on the other hand, Flirtic was all the way there inside the spaceship fighting the freaks. Which one should he favor: the parachute which would guarantee him freedom or the person he spent quarreling with inside the prison? It was easy, right? Of course, freedom seems to be the best interpretation.
But for some reason he found himself hastening toward Flirtic. He battered every monster in the way. Their defeat was not his purpose. They are just demanded by him to be out of the way so he could accompany in Flirtic’s battle. The enemies Flirtic was facing were too focused on him, which enabled Zohaifa to attack them with full power and also in full accuracy.
“I didn’t ask for help,” shouted Flirtic ungratefully.
“I was just fulfilling my grudge against these monsters,” answered Zohaifa trying to hide his soft side.
“Forget it. Where do you think is the exit?” asked Flirtic.
“I’ve left it far away. Come to the control room. I will raise their heartbeat,” answered Zohaifa.
Flirtic concealing his curiosity towards Zohaifa’s intention followed him through this war of two against two thousand, forgetting how miraculous it is that they survived.
Flirtic aided Zohaifa trying to fight all the beasts which tried to charge him. Of course, he failed in deflecting all of them. But at least it felt easier to Zohaifa to run to the control room than the escape he attended earlier. He reached the control room to see what would Zohaifa do to raise the heartbeat made Flirtic excited.
