The Dungeon Of Pandemonium - Volume 1 Chapter 32 Adventurers Team 2
Yurem, as the team leader made her party enter the second floor. As soon as they entered, they heard the voice of other adventurer’s and the sound of fighting.
As proud as they were, of course they weren’t going to go and look. As such, they made their way further inside the dungeon ignoring everything and everyone near them.
After around half an hour of fighting the skeletons, they manages to find the next floor by following another group of adventurer.
As soon as they entered the third floor, the number of adventurer’s decreased drastically. The ghost and spectres on this floor were all more difficult to deal with than the skeletons on the previous floor.
Of course, Yurem didn’t flinch even a little and started to fight with those new monsters. While it was true to say that this adventurer’s group was only renowned by the beauties of the females in the group, they weren’t weak either.
They didn’t have any problems fighting with the ghosts. With Jayden and Sage fighting in the frontline and Yurem backing them up, they were able to hold most monsters at bay while Kaiya and Trinity shot down the monsters with their bows.
The time continued to pass quickly and they had to say the dungeon wasn’t half bad.
“Yurem, I found the next floor are we going now?”
“Yeah! Of course we are! We have to go to the fifth floor and deal with those girls. I can’t believe they are better than I am!”
With such a ridiculous reason, they didn’t wait to enter the next floor which was the zombie floor.
One had to say that all adventurer’s had a surprised look on their faces when they saw that that they could see through the walls.
“That supposed dungeon master is really stupid! Letting us see where the monsters are. We can just take them down one at a time without having to be scared of being ambushed!”
“Hahahaha”
The four other laughed at her words as they too felt that the dungeon master was a real moron.
However, they would only discover later why having transparents wall wasn’t necessarily a good thing.
They entered the floor in their habitual formation and started slaying down the zombies.
One after the other, the zombies were falling down on the ground dead. It wasn’t long before they made it to the center of the dungeon.
All this while, the other adventurer’s on the fourth floor was telling them to be careful as it was extremely dangerous at this place.
Laughing at them for their cowardliness, the small group continued to slay the monsters going towards the fifth floor.
It was at that moment that thing suddenly complicated for all of them. The zombies that they had previously defeated had been summoned back and were blocking their escape route.
Not that it mattered to them as they wanted to go for the next floor.
They started to get overwhelmed has the zombies that had just reappeared attacked them from behind, slowing drastically their advancement progress.
And it didn’t take a long time before Sage got wounded by the zombie. Luckily for him, it wasn’t one that possessed a virus on him or it would have been really hard for him to continue fighting right at this moment without a potion.
Seeing this, the party started to understand why the other adventurer’s told them to be more careful as they wouldn’t be able to keep up with the summoning rate at some point.
They were starting to feel despair when they finally saw the stairs leading to the next floor. In front of the floor, there was a sign and it was written: Do not enter or be prepared to bear the consequences.
Once again the five of them laughed at this useless sign before starting to walk in the stairs.
Far away, a group of adventurers saw them walking towards the stairs and he panicked as he shouted to them.
“Don’t get down there, you won’t survive! A lot of party tried to enter but none of them ever got out of there!”
They stopped moving as they heard those words and turned towards the man that had shouted at them.
They looked at him and seeing that he was nothing special, they got ready to enter the fifth floor.
“Oh! Wait! Girls, if it’s really dangerous, it would be better that with Sage I go in first and look around the floor right?”
Jayden looked at Sage and he could see that he approved with the initiative. Showing concern to the girls and being their knight in shining armour would most likely help them approach them more easily.
“Fine…” After looking at the two girls Yurem agreed with the two and they went ahead in order to look at the floor.
When they entered the house floor, it was currently close to seven in the evening as such Jin, Iris, Mika, Alma and Venus were currently getting ready to eat next to the pond in the garden.
While the girls except Venus had started to train with the others on the training floor, they still came back every day to eat lunch with Jin, their master.
Ever since Jin had created the elite team had only been a few days and the girls never missed a day to come eat with him.
While he was happy that they came back everyday for him, he still felt that it was fine even if they didn’t come. He never used to being alone and the last month had been really busy for him so now he was taking it in a very relaxed manner.
While Venus was acting as the maid in everyday’s tasks, she also served the dishes on the table in the garden. She had already grown accustomed to the work and she really liked it.
It didn’t take long before every dishes were on the table but they all waited for Venus to come and sit down with them before starting as respect for her.
When she sat down, they all started to eat. Especially Iris and the two succubus as they had trained all day long. With this, they ate more than twice the amount they normally did.
It was a good thing that the ingredients for cooking were really cheap. At the beginning, Iris and Jin were so poor that they had to drink water instead of eating for a few days.
Also, they could have used the dungeon core to summon food already prepared but it costed a lot more than just the ingredients and Venus liked to cook so he let her do it.
They continued to eat until they heard the alarm sound in the fifth floor. At this moment he just asked himself if these adventurer’s would eventually learn that they couldn’t leave this floor alive when they entered.
As such, he decided that this time, he would deal with it personally to make them understand this point.
“Master! I’ll go deal with them!” Of course, Mika wanted to deal with them like always. One of the good point when Mika dealt with them was that there wouldn’t be any blood on the floor when killing them.
“No, I’ll deal with them this time, I’m getting really tired of having them come to the house floor everyday.”
This sentence sent shiver to the spines of the girls as they could feel the killing intent in his totally relaxed manner of speech. It should be sais that he already didn’t like humans but when they continued to provoke him, he really couldn’t help it anymore.
