The Emperor Of The Seas - Chapter 5 First Encounter With The Marines

While on their way back to the orphanage Void and Wolfy could see the amount of destruction that had occurred in the nearby woods. The trees were destroyed and were lying on the floor, the grass on the ground was burn black and many corpses of wild animals were lying around.

When they reached the orphanage they saw that a fire had been burning a portion of the orphanage and many people in white coats with a cross shaped mark with circles at the back standing there and laughing proudly as they massacred the guards and other workers of the orphanage.

On looking at the scene in front of them they were angered beyond limits.

Void jumped of Wolfy’s back and raised his hand. A small black dot which wasn’t there before appeared on his palm and the nearby marines started getting pulled towards it and they got closer Wolfy would tear them apart with his fangs and claws.

Upon witnessing this all the other marines withdrew their weapons and voluntarily started rushing towards what seemed to be a boy and a wolf.

Void at this moment looked at Wolfy and said, ‘Go look for Mira and the others. I will handle this.’ To which Wolfy nodded his head and rushed towards the inside of the orphanage.

Void turned his head towards the incoming marines and said in an angered voice, ‘ tell me why are you here? And why do this?’

A marine with a large sword chuckled and said, ‘no point knowing as you will be dead as it is.’

Hearing this Void slashed his hand sideways and all the low level marines rushing towards him started burning from inside out losing one organ after another before turning into ash. Void seeing as to all the marines were burnt to a crisp started walking towards the entrance of the orphanage building.

Meanwhile Wolfy who war rushing inside found the other children and transformed from a wolf back into a boy and went to them.

Everybody was happy to see them especially Mira who ran towards him and ran into his embrace.

Suddenly a old and crooked voice came from behind the children and said, ‘What are you doing here? Where is Void? Is he here to? I thought at least the both of you would be safe.’

As this voice was heard a figure of an old lady with white hair and freckles appeared and all the children cried, ‘Granny Su!!’

All the children surrounded Granny Su and started crying.

As this was happening a hoarse and sarcastic voice came from outside the room, ‘Oh what a touchy scene.’

When the children heard this they raised their eyes to see the source. They saw a fat man with what seemed like a fish bowl on his head covering an ugly face with a weird hairstyle and behind him a tall man with a large scar on his face from one cheek to the other, with a muscular body and a long white coat saying vice admiral on his back.

The large man said, ‘Saint Francis they are just children. I think you have done enough to curb your anger against the Germa.’

Saint Francis replied, ‘Oi oi Sparrow I and here I thought you had more balls than those 3 brats who are also Vice Admirals I know I should have brought the Monkey he would happily destroy the North Blue with me.’

Vice Admiral Sparrow’s brow twitched as he replied, ‘ Fine what do you want?’

Saint Francis replied, ‘To punish the Germa for their crime against me a celestial Dragon a God I will at least destroy this island if not their entire territory.’

Hearing this Wolfy got angered and transformed into his wolf form. As he howled.

Sparrow saw this and was shocked but said, ‘ a boy with just half decent control over his devil fruit thinks he can beat me.’ And transformed into a half eagle half human. In fact the only reason he was called sparrow was when Garp called him hey little birdie you seem more of a sparrow than an eagle after beating him in a spar.

Wolfy looked at him and said, ‘even if I can’t defeat you my brother will, but if we both die here you can be rest assured my uncle will annihilate you and your families.’

Then Sparrow mockingly asked, ‘Oh why would I be afraid of the family of an orphan, huh doggy.’

Wolfy grunted and said, ‘ I am not a dog, I am a wolf.’

‘Oh really doggy anyway tell me your name for I don’t kill nameless people.’ Said sparrow

To this Wolfy grunted and said, ‘My name is wolf, Monkey D. Wolf.’

Hearing this Sparrow was shocked and asked, ‘ Who is Monkey D. Garp to you?’

Wolfy chuckled, ‘scared now?’

Sparrow hurriedly said, ‘just answer my question!!’

Wolfy said, ‘Have no clue.’ And took a offensive stance

Sparrow felt relieved and rushed at the wolf and Wolfy jumped in an attempt to bite his neck off.

Sparrow then suddenly coated his wings with armament haki and slashed Wolfy on his chest.

Wolfy was thrown into the wall at the other end of the room and had now reverted to his human self. He still had a large cut across this chest with blood gushing out of it.

Looking at this Sparrow laughed and said, ‘ A weakling like you even thinking about hurting me unforgivable.’ And started rushing towards him. But stopped in his tracks when he saw that all of the children were now surrounding the boy and one old woman and a little girl started applying ointments and bandages to his chest.

The old woman scolded, ‘You f***ing navy calling yourselves the beacon of justice while not even holding back against a 5 year old child. You really are just dogs of the celestial dragons.’

Hearing this Sparrow was thoroughly angered as he wanted to wipe this shame of his by killing off all the witnesses and started killing the children.

After killing all the children except Wolfy, Mira and the old woman he looked at her weak appearance and said, ‘anything else to say you hag.’

Granny Su was now frightened. She thought that her words would make him stop this and not go on a rampage. But before she could say something a black wing sliced at her neck and in a moment her head fell off of her body.

Seeing this Mira screamed. While Wolfy stood in front of her.

Sparrow turned his gaze to Wolfy and said, ‘You are next little children.’ And his hand started reaching towards Wolfy’s neck.

But suddenly Mira jumped in front of him and he crushed her neck instead. As this happened Wolfy’s face went ashen and tears starting falling from his eyes as he looked at the lifeless Mira helplessly and Sparrow was shocked.

As Sparrow was recovering from this event he heard the voice of a boy coming from behind him with was crooked with anger, ‘You just made the biggest mistake of your life.’
