Yifan looks at the sky as the sunsets. “It is too dangerous for us to travel. For now, let us rest here and go to the nearest village behind Mount Jirai.” Yifan said and Yun Xi agrees.

She doesn’t want to go home empty handed thus Yun Xi decided that she will check the village to see if the Master is there.

“Yifan, I will go and hunt. Please create a fire to keep us warm.”

“Yun Xi, let Yifan hunt for our food. With your situation, you do not have the strength to kill.” Yun Xi gasped but recovers her posture right away.

She bows her head and clenched her hands into a fist but loosens it when Yun Xi accepts the truth. She sighs and looks at the man. “Then I’ll leave it to you Yifan.”

Yifan then left quickly, leaving Yun Xi on the same spot. She suspects that Yifan has lied to her for ‘not having memories.’

But why would she lie to her? She is not related to him in the first place. Who is this man?
