The Fallen Angel Himari - Chapter 23 Going To Hell
She gathered everybody excluding, Takemi and Eva. Kiroko was the first to arrive and Serina was last.
Himari looked at them seriously and took a deep breath. The reason why she invited them here was for two reasons: Explaining her past, and finding Shinji.
Explaining her past was difficult but she managed to get through it. When she finished she looked up and Aria, Haru, Serina, and Rei were on the brink of tears and Kiroko seemed to have expected this.
“S-So… I need to find Shinji but I need your help…” Himari’s cat ears were drooped down. She really didn’t expect them to help at all. After all it’s not like the had to.
Seeing the usually bubbly Himari in such a sad state Haru’s heart broke. “Of course we’ll help you Himari! I don’t know what we can do but we’ll put in our effort.” The rest nodded.
“And I mean there’s no reason to say no.” Kiroko pointed out. Himari was happy again. Her tail wagged so hard it was almost impossible to see.”Thank you!”
Himari jumped onto Haru excitedly. It took a lot of effort to pry her off. Rei was embarrassed on her sister’s behalf but suddenly understood why her sister took good care of her and treated her as her own. She didn’t want history to repeat itself.
Himari finally got down to business and told them how they could find Shinji, “Alright when I tell you this don’t freak out okay?” Himari paused and continued, “To find Shinji quickly I’m gonna have to meet a old friend who I met as Vivian. He doesn’t know Himari so when we go to him I’m gonna be Vivian. But this person is of extreme importance.” She fidgeted around with her fingers and Kiroko didn’t let her off.
“Well tell us. We probably need to know if this is important.” Himari squirmed around before softly answering, “….Lucifer….” Everyone’s face at that moment was darker than the underside of a pot (including Kiroko).
“Ehhh?!?!” Rei was the first to react and a storm soon followed. Everyone was questioning Himari and she could only shrink back in the corner. “It’s the only thing I could think of!” That was her only defense against these bullies.
Finally the room returned to it’s original calm and Himari just explained that they’d probably just be in and out. Still going to the gates of hell was scary for everyone.
…
Everyone went to pack up and prepare because who honesty believed they’d just be in and out? Himari also set up a portal to call him.
“Hello? Is Lucifer there?” Himari made sure she was Vivian before starting the call.
“Ehh? Vivian is that you?” Vivian saw the face that would scare others but remained calm.
“Long time no see Lucifer.” His face filled with excitement. It really was her! He had long fell in love with her but she still remained indifferent even though he was so openly courting her. When she left he felt so depressed and sad that not even the love doctor could do anything.
He was so excited he almost jumped through the portal but he restrained himself because he knew Vivian wouldn’t like it. He had to keep his future wife happy!
Vivian knew how to read minds so her eyebrow twitched. Who the hell is your future wife?! You’re already married!
She kept her calm and continued “Tomorrow prepare transportation so i can go visit you. I will be bringing others too so please control yourself.” On the opposite side of the portal his happiness was clear to see plain as day.
He didn’t even listen that she was bringing others he was already jumping in joy.
When the call finished he tortured so many servants obsessing over every little detail making sure everything was pitch perfect for his future wife.
His actual wife was stunned by his attitude making a complete 180 but she was still happy regardless. She actually was just a succubus before she met him enchanting everyone but for some reason nothing worked on him and she hated the feeling of being unwanted so she would try every way to get his attention but no results.
So with this sudden change in attitude she tried to cling onto him but was put off to the side by a ‘I’m busy’. She was mad but comforted her self by a there’s always tomorrow.
….
Vivian opened up a portal when the others met up with her. The nervously walked through it expecting the worst but instead it led into a empty train. They all put their things away and sat down nervously.
Since Rei was still a human and a kid at that she could only offer moral support at home. Since three people were gone size of the group dwindled significantly.
Through the whole thing only Kiroko and Vivian were calm. What felt like decades the train finally stopped. They grabbed their things and hoped off. Surprisingly the area around them looked so beautiful they forgot that they were in hell.
Vivian started walking ahead to Lucifer’s butler waiting patiently for them to be escorted to the main mansion. He bowed and greeted her, “My lady.”
Vivian’s expression was still stone cold and he took her luggage and put it away in the car. The rest followed behind her with confused expressions.
Vivian knew it was about the ‘My lady’ part and shook her head indicating them to not ask about it until they were alone. She descended gracefully down into the car while the butler was still taking care of everyone’s things. Finally the long drive started.
