The Gatekeeper - Chapter 7 Seems To Be Real
Mund could be seen coughing on the rock he was lying down on earlier, his eye red and blood was coming from both of his ears and on his raven hair white could be seen on the roots.
‘what I’m I going to do?’ tears rolled of his red eyes streaking across his wet face.
“Mund?” a voice sounded, ‘Gosh I’m starting to hear his voice.’
“Mund” The voice sounded again. This time Mund turned back.
“Glynd is that you?” Mund’s voice weakly asked
“Who else!” Glynd smiled while he pointed his thumb to his chest. Mund rushed up and hugged Glynd in a tight hug not caring that about his nakedness “What happened to you?” Glynd said while touching Mund’s ears and hair.
“Don’t worry about it,” Mund said hugging Glynd “More importantly Where did you go?” he cried “You stupid knuckle head!” his tears flooded even more.
“Okay okay can you let go of me.” Glynd said annoyed, Mund didn’t let go but hugged even tighter.
“Please?” The tight hug loosened into a grasp on the shoulders. Mund then looked straight into Glynds eyes. Glynds eyes looked down unable to look back.
“So, are you going to tell me where you went?” Glynd asked letting go of Glynds shoulders.
“Okay, I’ll tell.” he said while laying down on the hot rock. The wind gently blew his blond messy hair and the sun shown on him making him glow with a faint cold light .
“Can you get my cloths for me?” Glynd asked pointing to the lake shore. The lake glowed a yellow light reflecting the yellowing sky. Mund nodded his head and walked to the shore where the their cloths lay in a line. He picked both of their cloths and went back to the rock.
“Here.” Mund said while giving the cloths to Glynd, “Now are you going to talk?” He said while putting his cloths on.
“Don’t be disappointed, but it was a joke.” Glynd said while stretching his tanned arms.
“How did you do it?” Mund asked “I didn’t see you anywhere in the water.”
“Just did.” Glynd laughed “Also, I think we should be going back. It’s been like twenty minuets.” He added while sliding his pant on.
“Okay,” Mund looked back at the lake “But promise me that if one of us ever gets lost, that we’ll try to find each other, and if I got hurt you’d help me.” Glynd looked at Mund, his eyes showing a tinge of red “Obviously I’ll do the same if you got hurt.” Mund finished stretching his pinkie.
“I promise!” Glynd said locking his pinkie with Mund.
