The Goblin’s Leveling System! - Chapter 121
Alex’s PoV:
It had been at least 2 hours that had passed and Grace was yet to be awake.
I patiently waited for 2 hours but now I was running out of patience.
It seemed that I had no choice but to forcefully awoken Grace from her slumber.
I checked what the other heroes were doing and found out that only a few of them continued eating barbecue while most of them were taking a rest.
The coast was clear so I could do whatever I want as long as I don’t draw too much attention to myself.
I softly slapped my right hand towards Grace’s right cheek and kept on doing it.
“Grace, wake up or I’ll destroy your legendary rank artifact and keep the mythical rank skill scroll all to myself.”
I kept on telling that to Grace while I continued slapping her cheeks.
“This is getting me nowhere.”
I knew that it was futile to be ‘lenient’ in waking Grace up so I should try on applying more force to my slap.
After all, Grace’s defense stat must be high enough to neglect the pain of the slap with little force.
I directed my mana towards my right hand and hit my palm into Grace’s right cheek.
I controlled the force of my slap to prevent it from breaking Grace’s bone but enough to stimulate her sense to wake her up.
My palm with mana attack landed on Grace’s right cheek which caused her cheek to redden.
I quickly retracted my palm and waited for Grace to wake up.
Only a few seconds had passed and Grace suddenly woke up and stood up.
Grace tried to found out who was the one who woke her up but luckily, I activated [Stealth] and [Camouflage] which hid my mana and blended my clothes and skin from the surroundings.
Grace was pissed off because she was forcefully woken up but she later calmed down after a few minutes of not yet finding the perpetrator.
I escaped out of Grace’s attack radius and quickly went towards the tree where my artifacts were placed at.
After knowing that Grace wasn’t looking towards the tree where I was at, I dispelled the [Stealth] and [Camouflage] skill altogether in an instant.
Grace was observing the other heroes before looking towards me.
I didn’t avert my gaze towards her because it might arouse suspicion that I had done something I’m guilty of and instead remain my eye contact with her while showing a confused expression.
By doing so, not only would I at least prove that I had no idea what Grace was looking at me, but also prove that I had been minding my own business up until she looked at me.
Grace kept on staring at me while I stared at her back until several seconds had passed before she averted her gaze towards me.
After that, I also averted my gaze towards her and acted as if I was focused on identifying my legendary artifact and mythical skill scroll.
I held on the handle of my legendary rank sword artifact and wielded it to perform multiple slashes and thrusts.
After my acting seemed solid enough to prove that I had nothing to do with Grace’s awakening, I sheathed my sword into the sword’s scabbard and went towards the other heroes except for Grace.
I went to Distere and talked about sword techniques and magic for a while.
After that, I asked Distere to spar with me using our newly obtained artifacts.
“Are you sure that your sword can handle the power of my kitchen knife?”
Distere asked me while unsheathing his kitchen knife and clasping it tightly in his right hand.
“Not to mention handling your kitchen knife, I can even counter all attacks of your flimsy and small kitchen knife!”
I boasted to Distere and unsheathed my sword from its scabbard.
I held my sword in my right hand and channeled my mana towards my sword and concentrated most of my mana at the edge of my sword’s blade.
Distere also channeled his mana towards his kitchen knife and built up force inside it.
“Shall we start our friendly battle against each other? The loser will obey any command the winner wants the loser to fulfill!”
I asked Distere and told him the prize of the winner of our spar. Distere agreed by nodding his head towards me.
Distere pointed his knife towards me, ran towards me at an astonishing speed, and performed his knife attacks while avoiding hitting my vital parts.
Since speed was my forte, I was able to dodge his attacks with ease while attacking him after he exposes his blind spot.
Of course, the blind spot of Distere and any other human being was at the butthole.
I threw my sword in the air to serve as a distraction to Distere and appeared behind Distere in a squatting position.
I held both of my hands together while performing a hand technique that pointed the index and middle finger in front like a pistol.
“Ten thousand years of pain!”
I yelled and channeled some of my mana towards the tip of my index and middle finger.
I quickly inserted my finger towards Distere’s butthole and applied all of my force into shoving my fingers further.
Although my fingers didn’t penetrate Distere’s butthole due to his underwear and pants acting like armor, It should still hurt a lot since the mana that I had concentrated at the tip of my index and middle finger had traveled through Distere’s clothing.
“Aaaahhhhhh!”
My ten thousand years of pain attack caused Distere to yell and launch himself into the air.
While Distere was suspended in mid-air, I jumped towards Distere and appeared a few centimeters on top of his head.
I channeled some of my mana towards my right leg and foot and executed a roundhouse kick on Distere’s head.
My roundhouse kick caused Distere to crash into the ground head first.
Afterward, I directed some of my mana to both of my feet, gathered impact on my feet, and landed on Distere’s back.
Of course, I avoided hitting Distere’s spine since it might cause him to become a disabled patient but my attack still caused some of Distere’s ribs to break.
“I… ad… mit… de… foot…”
Distere muttered with all of his might while trying to utter a word out of his mouth despite the excruciating pain I had caused on both of his rib cage and butthole.
Distere admitted defoot? Distere might be alright since he had the time to joke around.
Distere fainted after he admitted defeat since his senses weren’t able to withstand the pain that my attack had caused.
After all, I didn’t call my technique the ‘ten thousand years of pain’ for nothing!
Distere might be able to listen to one of my commands after he wakes up so I might as well wait… Or not.
I left Distere lying on the ground and went towards Grace Nitoirl.
It seemed that Grace had already not minded about the past incident when I had caused her to forcefully wake up.
Also, Grace had no longer any suspicion towards me so it should be alright to approach her.
I arrived in front of Grace and the two of us kept on exchanging eye contact with each other.
“What do you want?”
Grace asked me for the intentions of my action in approaching her.
“I am curious about the legendary artifact that you have obtained so I want you to let me identify the uses of it.”
I told Grace my intention and she nodded in agreement.
The two of us went towards the 3-D printer and examined its outer appearance.
Grace and I used our mana to identify the interior of the legendary rank 3-D printer and it was composed of the same materials back on Earth.
Don’t tell me that the 3-D printer had been transported into this world by some unknown means and had slowly evolved into a legendary rank artifact?
It might also gain intelligence and became a sentient artifact.
All of my questions regarding the legendary rank 3-D printer would be left unanswered until I attained power that would be enough to create a portal between this world and Earth or even the Divine Realm.
The God Of Worldly Systems had told me that he and the other Gods resided in the Divine Realm in their respective domains.
The God Of Worldly System told me that the Divine Realm was a place that connected the domains of all gods which made it much easier for the gods to communicate with each other.
I might as well use my wish for the God Of the Worldly System to grant me the power to travel between different worlds and dimensions after I defeated the demon lords.
I focused on the task at hand and Grace and I thoroughly examined the 3-D printer until we found out some secrets that were hidden in how the 3-D printer was built.
