The Golden Watch Of Hypnosis - Chapter 29
Tenshi was surprised, as out of nowhere, a small jade snuff bottle fell on his hand.
Well not really but how would you feel if a bottle fell on your hand from out of nowhere?
Returning to reality, Tenshi took a look at the bottle and promptly felt the need to hide it from the inquisitive eyes constantly searching the classroom.
As it was small, it was easy to hide so Tenshi hurriedly put it in his pocket, not bothering to look at the bottle carefully.
He looked up, there, he could see blue screens floating in the air.
[Would You Like Another Try?]
[This time, as you have gotten a good method to suppress your heart demons, the lottery results won’t be restricted with keywords anymore, so be careful.]
Tenshi thought about it for a bit and then decided to try the lottery a bit later after he eats one of the pills.
He grimaced as the whispers in his ears started to get more stronger and numerous.
Would this problem ever reside? If not, he feels that he will become insane a year later.
<hmm, i=”” think=”” i’ll=”” try=”” the=”” lottery=”” a=”” bit=”” later.=””></hmm,>
Tenshi dismissed the screen telling him to gamble and focused his eyes on to the description of the item he received.

Tenshi nodded.
<it’s only=”” effective=”” for=”” twenty=”” four=”” hours?=””></it’s>
[I’m afraid so.]
<what’s with=”” the=”” emperor=”” realm=”” heart=”” demons?=””></what’s>
[Not exactly, those are power rankings for cultivators, demons, demonic beast and etc. ]
[Above every people’s statuses, you can see levels right?]
[It’s just like that, the rankings and levels are the same, it’s just a measurement for power.]
[For example, an emperor realm cultivator is usually a 800 leveled being.]
[Every 100 levels are different and much more stronger realm of strength than the before hundred levels; until level 1000]
<hmm, that’s=”” fine=”” then.=””></hmm,>
[You’re level 3 so you’re a beginning stage Nascent Realm.]
[Basically small fry.]
Tenshi looked at the screen once again and nodded.
<furthermore, that=”” ‘certain=”” ‘chance=”” of=”” extreme=”” weight=”” loss=”” is=”” more=”” a=”” plus=”” to=”” me=”” than=”” something=”” deserves=”” an=”” disclaimer.=””></furthermore,>
[Yup, it’s just like hitting two birds with one stone.]
Tenshi looked at his belly and felt an extreme sense of regret for whatever he ate back when he was depressed.
If he could, Tenshi would go back in time and kick his younger self in the balls.
<hmm, what’s=”” with=”” the=”” pill=”” ranking?=””></hmm,>
[Well, Pills are divided into ten levels. With each level adding another star to the the previous number of stars.
10th is the highest while the 1st is the lowest]
[I believe that you’ve gotten a very good item. It should be enough to make your heart demons lie down for a while.]
[The only way to permanently destroy your heart demons are to find out what reason and what issues they were born from and then resolve those issues.]
[In the end, the only thing that can stop those heart demons are the watch and you.]
[I have a certain thing to confess to]
[I am not the watch.]
<huh?></huh?>
Tenshi felt surprise; along with some slight dissatisfaction at the voice in his head regarding the sudden confession it made.
[Yes. I am, in the end; only a soul ripped from the samsara to guide you. I have no other goal and no memories, the only thing I have memories about are basic human experiences and how to dos.]
[The only goal I have is to prep you and make sure you don’t die, and in exchange, you have to do a certain thing for the watch.]
Tenshi nodded in his mind, after all, power had consequences, and hypnosis was a very great power.
He wasn’t surprised that he had to do a ‘certain’ job for the watch.
[And in return for my job; I’m going to get back my memories and get another chance in life.]
<so, you=”” also=”” have=”” your=”” own=”” story=”” eh?=””></so,>
[Yes, I also have my own story. But I do not know much about it, except for the fact that I also used to be the same as you.]
[A boy in a world called Earth.]
Tenshi didn’t know why, but upon hearing that sentence; he could feel regrets, missed chances and many other melancholic feelings
Everyone has their own stories and motives eh?
[Well, back to the topic about the heart demons, unless the watch itself interferes, the only method you have to destroy those heart demons are dealing with them by yourself.]
[The watch is a very mysterious object, it will not help you unless it feels like doing so. There are many others like you in this world, I am the only one that feels like you have potential.]
[I am nothing but another soul that managed to escape the eternal cycle of reincarnation.]
Tenshi nodded with a thoughtful expression on his face.
Truthfully, he had also thought many times before that the voice in his head couldn’t possibly be the watch.
It always referred It’s self in the third person tense for example.
Sixth sense perhaps.
He shrugged and pulled out the snuff bottle from his pocket and took a look at it.
The bottle was of a green and slightly brownish color, there wasn’t any embroidery on it except for a simple and elegant star on the left side of the bottle’s mouth.
He then looked around him, unsurprisingly , his classmates were ignoring him and talking with each other, and as of now, the teacher still hadn’t arrived.
The sunlight pierced through the drapes on the windows and annoyed the boys and girls in the classroom with it’s heat.
Tenshi felt the heat, he thought that perhaps, winter was more better than summer.
Heh, he always changes that statement every season, he wishes for summer every winter and drought every time rainy season comes.
Humans eh? Never satisfied
Tenshi smiled and opened the snuff bottle, and as soon as he did so, a refreshing and cool wave of fragrant air escaped from the bottle.
The surrounding air started to get more cooler as the hot air was lifted off by the air from the bottle.
He shaked his head and chased the thought of turning this thing into a remote air conditioner back to where it came from.
Tenshi was creative, and also good at taking use of opportunities. It can’t be helped that his brain was shrewd enough to cough up ideas on how to use opportunities; even if they were regarding the people that were close to him. Oh well, in the end, all that mattered was if he took advantage of the opportunity or not, and he didn’t take advantage of anything regarding the people close to him.
After all, even he had certain ‘ethics ‘.
He then shaked the bottle upside down on his hand, and eventually, a small emerald colored pill rolled out.
The pill was of a glossy and translucent color, if it was seen by other people; they would classify it as a small and dull gem.
He took the pill and held it within his fingers, a chill soon went through his fingers a stream of cool Qi entered his body through his hands.
[Now eat it.]
The apathetic and cold voice requested.
Tenshi grinned and once again hid the bottle into his pant’s pocket.
Then, just as he was about to eat the pill
A chill crept up his spine as his vision repeatedly flashed and was flooded with a wide variety of colors.
A rotten feeling emerged in his stomach, signaling a rising sense of panic.
Just as before when his heart demons first awakened, his whole body felt as if an one ton stone was dropped on it, furthermore, his chest felt unimaginably heavy as if a ship was sailing on top of it.
“I offer my greetings dreadlord.”
A demonic and booming voice whispered in his ears as he saw a white abomination appear in front of him.
His eyes contracted as he saw the sight in front of him, yet his mind didn’t even feel a pang of fear.
In front of him was a white abomination that stood as tall and as wide as the room, even then, the students were talking normally and going through it’s body as if it was invisible.
A grumbling sound was made as it moved through the room, shaking the whole floor in the process.
“Kyaah! ”
“W-what was that?? ”
“Everyone, under the tables now! ”
The people in the classroom panicked as they felt the floor beneath them shake with the intensity of an earthquake.
Pieces of debris fell from the roof as the people in the classroom yelled and cried, then they hid under the benches.
However, Tenshi didn’t move, well, it was more like he couldn’t move because of the pressure applied on him.
The scared yet bullish boys from the class sneered as they saw that Tenshi was the only one still sitting on a bench.
They wouldn’t say anything if any of the Ikemens were bravely sitting still and acting like a cool guy; however they could NOT handle Tenshi.
“I wonder who’ll take the blame if he dies when debris falls on him. I certainly won’t! ”
A loud yet slightly girlish voice yelled, it was the class clown, a brown glass wearing boy.
“Well, we’ll be the one blamed if he dies; ey fatty, go under the bench peacefully or else I’ll beat you up later! ”
One of the handsome douchebags tched and showed Tenshi a palm from under the bench.
“Leave him alone. He can die if he wants to; the whole class is monitored by cameras so his guardians can’t blame us even if we’re blamed for his death.”
A cheerful looking girl from the athletic club spitefully said while laughing with a light tone.
“Hmph, cannon fodder. ”
Tenshi replied under his breath, he wasn’t afraid of the people in the class but he was afraid of the creature in front of him.
He was afraid, yes.
Tenshi once again looked at the creature.
The creature was a being as white as marble; it’s whole body was as if it was skeletal, even though it’s body was huge, all it had was bones and a couple strips of meat on it.
It’s body was just bones and nothing else, furthermore, it’s body was made further grotesque because the many strips of meat on its body were wriggling, as if it was trying to get free from its body.
It’s body had two heads, one at the middle and the other at the left.
The middle one seemed to look very majestic, it’s lower chin was studded with brilliant and translucent horns while on its head was a black crown.
The crown was throbbing, the gems shined brightly; but in the middle of the crown was a black orb of light.
The black orb was magnificent, it’s regal aura seemed to be sucking out the very life from his body.
[Don’t look at that! Don’t!]
Tenshi gulped and removed his gaze, trying his best to suppress his curiosity and the rapid beating of his heart.
“Smartttt move, as expecteddd of you dreaadlooorrd ”
The left head; a salamander like shaped being replied, it’s red and rope like tongue swished around it’s head while drool fell on the floor.
As soon as it’s drool fell on the floor, it evaporated as if cold water hit flames, black clouds wafted through the air from the same spot the drool fell on.
[Heart demons that can invade reality and make physical contact with earth?!]
[Holy fuck! This isn’t even possible!]
Hearing the cold voice exclaim in surprise, Tenshi felt that his life was very troublesome
The whispering increased as his ears started to hurt.
“shit! ”
He softly said as he felt his ears being overloaded by the whispering.
“Shush my children, we have things to discuss and children aren’t allowed to interfere in it. ”
The demonic head from the middle said regally with one of it’s bony and outstretched fingers extending towards Tenshi.
As soon as it said the words, his ears soon felt sweet relief as the voices retreated.
Sweet relief.
“We haveee certainnn prossspectsss to discusssss aboutttt dreeadlorrd. ”
The other head replied, it’s drool falling on the ground like a waterfall.
The middle head had a supremely majestic and regal presence surrounding it while the left one had a lazy and demonic aura.
The middle one’s eyes were red, evil and blood like red.
Trickery flashed in its eyes as it bowed, which further made the floor shake crazily.
“I suppose that I have been rude, I, Gre’the’hfalas, Sovereign Of The Dead bow before the one and true Dreadlord. ”
The demon bowed, it’s bone and shredded meat filled legs bent majestically.
As soon as the demon spoke it’s words, the baleful pressure on top of Tenshi lightened as he began to breathe intensely.
The windows beside Tenshi bursted as the demon once again moved .
“Arrgh! What is this?! ”
“Mommmyy! Why did I come to school todayyy! ”
The easily scared bunch of faggits cried out for their mothers while the rest of the class stayed quiet, partially to appear brave and partially because of the crippling fear that affected their mouths.
Tenshi grimaced as felt that this situation was very annoying to say the least, earthquake? Bah, he wasn’t scared of these things, furthermore, why were these idiots still in the class? Shouldn’t they escape to outside the building?
Common sense, yes, these idiots were lacking common sense.
Even then, he played along and went under the bench, figuring that talking with these demons from there would be a great idea because then, the other people in the classroom won’t be able to hear what they were talking about.
As soon as he was under the bench, he could see the person in front of him, a tanned girl shivering in fear while urine was squirting out of her skirt.
Tenshi’s eyebrows curved in disgust.
How disgusting, it was great that as of now, he had no fetish for urination.
As far as he could remember, this girl was the cheerful girl from the athletic club.
Brave much?
“Hey, you won’t die here, so calm down. ”
Tenshi said, even though he was certain that this girl mocked him back then, he had seen this girl stop the bullies one time from beating him.
Well, these guys are the class clowns, it’s obvious that they’ll mock everyone.
Unfortunately, the girl took Tenshi’s helpful attempt to calm her as an insult.
The girl turned back and shot him a hateful glance, then she sneered at Tenshi.
“Oh, look who’s talking about being brave. Hmph, everyday the Council Treasureer saves you otherwise, you wouldn’t have the chance to call me afraid! ”
Tenshi raised his eyebrows and rolled his eyes.
“Fine fine, don’t listen to me, keep on urinating. ”
“Wh-what? ”
“Yeah, look at your crotch, it’s drenched with urine ”
The girl’s eyes widened as she looked down and screamed.
Tenshi ignored the girl and looked at the white figure in the class.
“How pathetic. ”
“Certainlyyyyy veryyy paaathetic”
A cunning glance flashed in the demon’s eyes as it forced a furious expression on its face.
“How dare she insult the great Dreadlord! ”
Then, the demon opened it’s mouth.
Tenshi swore, that he had never seen such a beautiful sight ever before.
As the demon separated its jaws, inside its mouth, Tenshi could see stars, suns and planets, it was as if, inside the demons mouth was a whole universe.
However, in the middle of the universe, was a huge and baleful black star. It was just like the black orb of light hanging on top of the demon’s crown but more bigger.
As soon as Tenshi laid his eyes on it, he felt his heart beat slowing down as his body started to get colder.
Nonetheless, he was still fine, yet a bit shocked at the power the black hole within the mouth of the demon had.
[These aren’t heart demons! Holy fuck, these are straight demons planted into your soul!]
<what?!></what?!>
[Not really, I don’t know what they really are even then, heart demons normally don’t have such power.]
[I don’t understand, why are they so hellbent on corrupting your soul?]
The demon then aimed its mouth at the girl from the athlete club.
Tenshi understood, that whatever this guy wanted to do, wasn’t going to be beneficial for the girl.
As soon as the demon positioned its mouth at the girl, the girl jerked forward as her trembling instantly stopped.
A white shadow like existence floated from the girl and entered the mouth of the demon, then it licked it’s lips.
“Certainly, young souls are much more tasty. ”
“Kakakaka! ”
The left head laughed while the middle head licked it’s lips; obvious lust appearing on his face.
Tenshi then looked at the girl that collapsed on the floor.
The girl’s eyes were vacant and soulless as she lied down on her own puddle of urine.
Dead.
She was dead.
Oh well, he didn’t care about this woman, furthermore, her death might just allow him to get a free day off.
Certainly, the business of death is very profitable.
[]
A while later, Tenshi looked at the miniaturized version of the demon with a serious gaze.
“I can offer you power, wealth and whatever you desire Dreadlord, what I ask is just one quarter of your soul. ”
The demon asked while fiddling with its crown, it’s voice shrinked along with its size.
“Power? ”
“Yes power, in exchange for your soul I shall give you my crown in exchange!”
The demon said, with astonishing confidence appearing on it’s face as it pointed at it’s crown.
[Do NOT L-]
[Gahh!]
“You said back then that you were the Sovereign Of The Dead?”
“Ah yes, do have any questions regarding that title Dreadlord? ”
A reminiscent expression floated on Tenshi’s face as he thought about his mother, if he gave this guy his soul, would he be able to revive his mother?
Yes, as foolish and unbelievable as it sounds, Tenshi was now aware that the world had martial artists, demons and many more things; certainly resurrection wasn’t too much of a big deal?
“Can you resurrect the dead?”
“If you can, will they retain their memories? ”
“I wonder why you asked this particular question Dreadlord, anyways, yes, resurrection is possible. ”
A hopeful expression appeared on Tenshi as his attention suddenly went to the max.
His mother could be revived?
Finally
“I, am however, not fond of lying and getting to my goal with the help of manipulation. I will not lie to you dreadlord.”
“Resurrections are possible but however, the resurrected bodies will become nothing but blank humans without personalities and desires. ”
“In aaaaaaa senseeee, theyyy becomeeee zombiessss. ”
“W-why? ”
Tenshi asked, his hope broken into thousands of pieces.
“Simply put, memories are held in human brains, not souls ”
“Even then, after a body dies, it’s soul is ridiculously hard to find. ”
“After humans die, their souls are lifted from their bodies and sent to the Ethereal Palace, after they’re sent there, they have no memories of their past life, depending on whether that soul has done great good deeds or great evil deeds, they are judged by the Seven Judges Of Ethereal Palace. ”
“Unless you have done great good or evil deeds in life, the waiting time to just get judged is astonishing. ”
“Well, after that, depending on their deeds and whether the judge has enough empathy or not, they are reincarnated into humans, animals and whatnot. ”
“The cycle of samsara is eternal, unless you can find that very soul, you have no chance of getting someone resurrected without turning them into mindless zombies. ”
“Furthermore, there aren’t any loopholes. You can’t just chuck another person’s soul into a dead body, it’s forbidden by the Ethereal Palace. ”
The demon patiently explained while Tenshi listened.
“Does that mean if I can find the dead person’s soul, I can successfully resurrect them as they were before? ”
“Yes, but how will you find them? I understand that every soul has a unique signature but it’s impossible ”
“That’s not a problem. I’ll just search until I’m dead. ”
The demon quitened down.
“Does that mean you accept our proposal dreadlord?”
“Before that, answer me two questions. ”
“I will try my best to answer dreadlord.”
“Are there any other demons like you? I mean ones that can get out of my body?”
The demon paused, thinking about his question.
“Yes, there are three others like me, however they are now sleeping. ”
“So seeing that you were the first to awaken, you wanted to take advantage of the situation? ”
“I’m afraidddd sssso”
“Huh, well, then onto the next one, do you know my mother? ”
The demon’s eyes turned serious as it heard Tenshi’s question.
“You can ask me anything you want dreadlord, however your question, I cannot answer! ”
“Fine then! ”
Tenshi yelled, angered at the demon’s refusal.
“Then, have you considered our proposal dreadlord? ”
” ”
Tenshi grinned at the demon.
“You see, there are three others like you right? I want to hear their offers first, then I’ll consider. ”
“I tolddd youuu, don’ttt exposeee thattt faccct toooo theee ddreeadlooord. ”
“I can’t lie.”
“I don’ttt likkeee youuu. ”
“Me no like you either. ”
“Stooop jookiiing. ”
The demon then stood up and bowed. A patient expression was on it’s face as if it was a hunter waiting for an animal to be caught in it’s trap.
“I bid you goodbye then dreadlord, I hope that you shall choose us. ”
“Adieuuuuuu dreadlorddd. ”
The demon then stood up and simply dissappeared.
The slight pressure on top of him dissappeared as Tenshi stood up from under the bench and looked at the pill in his hand.
The whisperings came back, but more quieter than before.
[Will this even work?]
Tenshi then swallowed the emerald colored pill.
His stomach churned as a cool and vigorous energy spread in his whole body.
The energy ran through his whole body, then, after a couple of cycles, it entered a place just a centimeter above his heart.
The whispers stopped as Tenshi sighed in relief.
Finally.
Tenshi licked his lips, feeling astonishing energy coursing throughout his whole body.
But just after the relief hit his body, a burning feeling spread through his body as he felt goosebumps arise in his skin.
[This is the effect of the certain chance of extreme fat and muscle loss, it’s burning your fat]
<that’s good.=”” how=”” long=”” will=”” this=”” go=”” on=”” for?=””></that’s>
[Fifteen minutes at average.]
<that’s good.=””></that’s>
Tenshi nodded and wiped the dust off the bench, he now found out that he was looking forward to every moment in his life.
This is amazing, his life is now finally interesting.
“BAM! ”
As soon as he finished dusting off the bench, a woman wearing a red suit entered the class, visible shaken.
It was the school’s passion and the most talked about female teacher, Natsumi Mifubiya.
Beyond the woman’s lucid and gorgeous face, she wore a pair of pink metal-framed glass, her chest was huge that lifted even the blouse and suit she was wearing, which didn’t help her get less attention from her male colleagues and hormone driven teenagers. When summer comes, she wears light clothes, her white blouse is slightly transparent which makes her pink and blue bra completely exposed, making the male population in the school not aware where to look at.
Her waist which continues from there is narrow and tight, it was as if it was made that way so that you can hug her by with both of your hands. Her hips are plump while extending a tight skirt by force and create a curve like models have and the ridge line continues to the curve of her elegant legs so that a sigh is given. They are thin and seem to guarantee a good vaginal structure so as to worry whether her ankle isnt broken.
He didn’t like this woman, really.
To the male population of this school, she might seem like a perfect teacher; she was beautiful and considerate, she was friendly too.
But Tenshi knew, that humans are never perfect and if they seem perfect, it’s just a mask, in truth, every single human has a problem or flaw in their character or personality.
Even he himself had it, even though he joked around that he was a sociopath, he was in truth just like one.
He has no moral compass. Well that thought was slightly negotiable as he held a moral compass when it came to the people he cared about, otherwise, he had none of the jazz called morals in his brain.
What is a moral compass? Simply stated, it is the thing inside of us that tells us which direction we should go when we have to make decisions involving right and wrong. This is how we judge a person’s character and whether they will make a moral and good decision.
Many claim to have a simple formula on how to evaluate a person’s character. When you hear their opinions on it, it is clear that they form the basis of their opinion on only a single issue.
This is wrong because the sum of a person is not whether they make no mistakes in judgement. Instead it is the quantity and quality of those mistakes. A person could otherwise live an upstanding life, be very moral and very good in so many ways, and yet be guilty of a personal failing on a single issue.
Many people view the act of participating in infidelity a serious and unforgiveable act of selfishness and a egregious moral failing. No one would argue that Martin Luther King Jr. was a man with an upstanding character, and an inspriation to us all. His commitment to non-violence and pursuit of social justice remains to this day an outstanding example of someone we should emulate. Yet this same man was guilty of having multiple affairs. Would we discount all the other work this man has done simply because he was unfaithful to his wife?
So when we evaluate a person’s character the only fair way to evaluate them is to look at how they conduct themselves in many arenas. How do they treat strangers? How do they treat their enemies? Are they honest? Are they loyal? Do they help others in need? There is many other criteria in which we can judge. None of this suggest that we weight all moral failings equally. Judging a person is based on the impact their moral failings have on other people.
If someone pays him enough, he would burn the forest and kill as many kittens as he could.
His moral compass was slightly erm, bad?
To Tenshi, there was no morals or ethics, all that mattered was the consequences and benefits he would receive after his actions.
In short, to him, only results mattered.
“Evacuate the building, now! ”
Tenshi’s grin widened as he thought about the girl that died just a moment ago, because of her, he might just get a day off.
Oh, thank you, unnamed girl!
He wasn’t heartless nor did he become one.
He just learned to use his heart less since a day ago.
As his internal monologue went on, his class’mates’ exited the class along with the teacher as fast as they could.
Tenshi chuckled and walked towards the door with his bag, as he was slightly late, he was left alone, even the teacher had left.
Yes, he was slightly invisible.
Tenshi grinned as he thought about his plans, the one million dollar he requested wasn’t just for show, it was for a certain plan.
On one sunny day, he had heard that the board of trustees were deciding upon selling the school, because the school as of now didn’t give them as much income as they desired.
Although Tenshi didn’t know how much money is needed for buying a school, certainly it wouldn’t be above 500,000$ right?
[The price per square meter here is 1,000 something, calculate it yourself.]
If so then 12 million?
Tenshi shrugged.
He looked around himself, the corridor was empty, and only he himself knew the reason for that earthquake that happened earlier.
He sat down on a bench just outside a class, now, he felt considerably hungry because of the burning feeling inside his stomach.
He opened his bag and pulled out his bento, lovingly packed by Tenshi.
Tenshi sneered and chuckled.
He looked around the corridor, filled with hope that he would see a certain girl searching for him.
Goosebumps were raised in his skin as he closed his heart once again and opened the bento.
Just now, he was hoping; hoping that from some corner, Sakura would come, yelling for him in concern.
He figured it was too much to ask for, as Sakura was much more of a scaredy cat than even normal humans.
He didn’t know why but at this moment, he felt a certain need for affection, he felt a certain need for someone to love him.
Even if it was for a moment, he wanted to feel like he was needed, like he was important to someone.
Oh well, to every human, their own life is more important. Even he himself was like that.
Tenshi decide to smile like nothing’s wrong and decided to ignore the empty feeling once again rising within his heart.
Deep inside it hurted, since childhood, he was too quick to get attached.
“It’s bad manners to say ‘I love you’ with a mouth full of lieswhat a fantastic lie ”
Females can’t be trusted.
Really, they can’t be trusted.
All the time, he saw their mouth filled with lies, saying I love you: with that mouth, isn’t that kind of insulting?
He wondered, if love was really important; and here he thought that finally, Sakura was perfect and he was also starting to love her.
He thought that perhapsshe also had an obsession with him?
He grinned and opened the bento, he saw the food inside and started to snicker.
The meat and vegetables were neatly packed within, sometimes, he felt sad seeing his bento.
His food was now cold, very cold.
“Just like my cold heart, I can only eat cold food. Bah! ”
He licked his lips and started to eat, his stomach churned as it began to break down the food that fell into his stomach.
Really, he felt that if given the chance, he would return to his previously food loving persona and once again become fat.
He looked at the ceiling while eating and considered what he would do after, if he could, finish his revenge for his mother.
Tenshi knew since childhood, that he wouldn’t live long: so he didn’t want to create ties that he would regret leaving.
Sakura was now disqualified from his list of people that he would regret leaving, as spiteful and childish as it might be just because she didn’t come and look around for him.
He wasn’t heartless.
He was just learning how to use his heart less.
Nonetheless, returning back to the matter, as of now, he had only one tie with a certain person that he would regret leaving.
It was with his sister.
Otherwise, if he didn’t have one, after he had his revenge, he would just peacefully retire to a house in the middle of a forest and die there.
Finding a life partner and getting married, then having to deal with a naggy wife that doesn’t love you and then having children that you would have to take care for the rest of your life? No, he wasn’t suited for that.
Furthermore, after the matter regarding Haruno and the matter about Sakura that just happened now, his belief in love started to vanish.
Even using hypnosis, if he couldn’t get someone to love him enough to make them just step outside the boundaries of their safe zones, how would he find one with his own capabilities?
[Oh come on this childish, love isnt something that people give up their lives and dreams for, don’t have excessive expectations, you’ll only be met with disappointment.]
[Life isn’t an Anime where girls jump on you at the slightest kindness gifted to them, furthermore, people in reality; unless your family, don’t sacrifice themselves for others, even if they’re their love interest.]
[That is only possible through the watch. However, the watch cannot change morals, personalities and values of people. Perhaps Sakura is just like that?]
<seriously, thanks=”” for=”” opening=”” my=”” eyes.=”” i=”” now=”” understand=”” that=”” love=”” isn’t=”” everything.=””></seriously,>
Tenshi smiled and ate the last piece of rice in the bento and packed it up again.
He then put it back in the school bag and stood up, a nonchalant expression on his face.
[Be heartless and expect people to be heartless. No one gives up their life full of ambitions just for another human that they had chemicals react in their brain for, after all, there are many penises in the world, many of the bearers of them also have much more greater personalities than you.]
[After all, everyone except parents can be replaced in life; even if a great beauty dies, she can be replaced by another one, perhaps of much better or worser beauty.]
[Remember, in this world, everyone is replaceable, perhaps even for your parents, after all, what are you? You’re just another sperm that luckily impregnated your mother, if you didn’t, your mother wouldn’t know you and you would be replaced by another person.]
[It’s just how life is, everyone is replaceable.]
Tenshi nodded with a wry smile on his face as he went down the stairs, unfortunately, the whole building was abandoned so one one was here to entertain him.
“Heyyyy! ”
Tenshi stopped in his tracks and looked back; hoping for Sakura to appear in front of him.
“Oh wait, you aren’t Yamato, sorry for bothering you kouhai! ”
Tenshi stiffly smiled as he waved at the woman that appeared in front of him.
He was a fool.
A sentimental fool.
Here he was doing charity work for a girl and she doesn’t even come here to find him, heh, don’t say that she might’ve not noticed him missing yet, fifteen minutes had passed and she still hadn’t come for him?
“Sigh~, I have to go and collect my money later. ”

[Oh don’t worry about that, I’ve planted your number into Amano’s memories.]
[If you want to call him his number i-]

Just like that, a tense day of school ended. Everyone left to their own pressing matters- extracurriculars, tutoring, homework- each walking their own ways.
The dead girl wasn’t of much concern, even though some of her classmates cried, the school proceeded as usual.
Even then, the school time got cut in half, the usually 3:00PM school ended at 11:00AM.
As of now, he still hadn’t seen Sakura.
The warm sun fidgeted in the west sky. It was much more brighter and hot and bothersome than it was at morning; as the sun was bloated and turned into a hot ball of fire.
Tenshi despised summer and winterspring and autumn were more to his tastes.
The logic is simple: Spring is when everything comes to life.
Plants rip through the dirt, sprouting energy from its cores. Animals prance with joy after a hard, freezing winter. The world awakens, and yawns- beginning a new year, a new era.
Autumn is the season of harvest. Crops straighten their stems, showing off their lustrous fruit; animals lick their newborns, relaxing in the cool wind. The world stops, and lies back- reclining in bliss and tranquility.
And what about summer and winter? What’s to praise about those?
If you’re not burning to death, you’re freezing to death. Two bloody, murderous seasons.
In the summer, Tenshi only stays at his air-conditioned house, the air-conditioned classroom, the air-conditioned cafeteria, the air-conditioned cram school. All facilities with air-conditioning.
Watching his energetic classmates down at the artificial field, he couldn’t comprehend why they would do this to themselves.
Girls swung their rackets in the otherwise cooler badminton courts, chasing a misshapen ball back and forth. After a while of tussling, a heavy smash concludes the round.
People, balls, chasing, tussling. Basketball and badminton are enjoyed by boys and girls respectively. With so much in common, they might as well be the same sport.
Foolish sports, foolish humans, and foolish him.
Tenshi sighed heavily, and straightened his back.
His head spun, and he felt like having a heat stroke.
He checked his watch,
11:10AM.
Certainly, it was good that that girl died, otherwise the school wouldn’t have ended this quickly.
The only bothersome thing was, he was now listening to a speech by the head trustee and the principal regarding the fragility of life.
The parents of the girl at the front cried, whether it was regarding their child that they raised for their whole life or whether it was regarding the matter that they lost the investment they put all of their money into died wasn’t his concern.
“All life is fragile, we cannot do anything about it. In the end, all of us have to die, your parents, your friends, all of us. We all have to return to the earth one day!”
The white bearded and serious looking trustee yelled, hellbent on using this opportunity as a publicity move.
Tenshi grinned, indeed, this was a very beautifully pulled publicity move.
He looked at his right, there he sighted tens of people standing with cameras and microphones as they interviewed the Principal.
Really; in the end, the school benifited from all of this.
Can’t blame them though, it was a decent move for gaining sympathy.
Tenshi sighed and rubbed his eyes; if he could, he would’ve moved out from here a long time ago.
“T.. Tenshi? ”
The voice sounded really familiar to him
He rolled his eyes as he tried to hide the heartache he felt.
Tenshi’s want to change her personality suddenly dampened; nonetheless, promises are to be kept, are they not? And he will fulfill his.
One of the habits that Tenshi didn’t lose over the years was his obsession with promises; simple put, he didn’t like to break them nor did he like others breaking their promises.
“Well, making your girlfriend worry for you isn’t right isn’t it student Tenshi?”
“I’ll keep it short, she cried and bawled while searching for you so much that she fainted ”
A nurse of the school told him, her tone said that she was reprimanding Tenshi.
6800+ words!
Man, where are my stones?
