Finn rolled over onto his back as he was exhausted from his first battle in this new world. “Man that was incredible, I didn’t think that meow would turn into a roar making a crater, it’s better off being a trump card when I need it at crucial moments”, and with that Finn got himself a hidden card. “system open the QUEST TAB” –

Looking at the rewards Finns heart started to beat faster “food tab?!, doesn’t that mean I can finally eat food, especially ramen noodles!”, keep in mind Finn did not find anything to eat since coming to this world, and since his previous life had a not so good paying job, he often ate ramen noodles for dinner every day and had become quite fond of the tasty noodles.

“Minimap place markers for the locations of red ghost wine grass”, right after 3 purple markers appeared with lots of red dots filled in between each distance to the next purple marker. Afterwards the map shrunk and stayed in the corner of his vision. “alright for the other quest I should probably try to kill some of the red dots on my trip to each spirit plant stalk” Finn happy with this situation set off on his journey to collect the stalks,

and finally get some food since you can’t really eat demonic chaos beasts and there were no fruit trees to be seen in sight otherwise Finn would have already devoured it all like a ravenous wolf or should I say ferocious kitty.

After walking for an hour Finn finally reached the edge of the crater his sound attack created during his all or nothing battle with the silver level chaos beasts. Giving one last look at the battleground Finn finally entered the undamaged area of sky dragon forest and set off towards the markers. After walking some bit Finn approached one of the red dots,” alright time to grind some chaos points and complete the demonic chaos beast killing quest” climbing into a tree Finn crouched on the ends of a thick branch, big enough to support him.

Peering down from his spot Finn saw a large white-furred ape with glowing red eyes snacking below on some prey that it had caught earlier. Muscles tense, Finn prepared to sneak attack the red-eyed ape. After some mental preparation, Finn counted down “3..2..1, and jump!” Finn jumped assassin creed style and plummeted downwards, claws extended “void claw slash!” the demonic ape surprised looked upwards towards the source of the noise only to see three gold claw mark slashes slam into him turning him into three equal sized ape steaks.

Finn kept repeating this assassin creed style killing eight more times killing every target that he set his eyes on for a total of 9 kills *cough* assassinations more like *cough*.

After grinding a lot of chaos points Finn approached the first purple marker on the map with only one red dot between him and his goal. Finn confident in his battle skills with the experience gained charged forward.

Bursting out of the bushes into the clearing Finn was met with a sight that gave him a chill. It was a giant tiger with a gold aura emanating from its body as it was curled in a crescent halfway around the red ghost wine grass stalk.

– DING, GOLD LEVEL BEAST CULTIVATION DETECTED, RECOMMENDED THAT HOST DOES NOT FIGHT SAID BEAST, WORK HARD YOUNG CAT –

“Oh its good to hear a voice again, but since when did you tell me what to do?” a mischievous grin appeared on Finns face and without a second thought charged.

The beast guarding the spirit plant looked up at the incoming kitty. annoyed it vanished and reappeared standing in front of Finn’s path. Finn startled tried to slow down his charge, but it was too late as a heavy paw slammed into the ball of fluff sending it flying into a tree. Finn fell to the ground and coughed up a mouthful of blood. Looking up with determination blazing in his eyes “system, open the store and get me the best movement technique so I can be faster than this m*therf*ker”.

– DING, STORE OPENING, MOVEMENT TECHNIQUE BEING SELECTED, MOVEMENT TECHNIQUE FOUND, SHADOW CLOUD STEPS FOR 500 CHAOS POINTS –

Finn didn’t know whether he should laugh or cry. clenching his teeth Finn forcefully said “pay for it and install it now”

– DING, PURCHASE CONFIRMED, NOW INSTALLING 12%..30%..65%..78%..100%, INSTALLATION SUCCESSFUL, WORK HARD YOUNG CAT –

Immediately images flashed through Finn’s eyes as the technique ingrained itself into his memories. Feeling a new power coursing through his legs Finn smiled, took a step forward and vanished. Suddenly a rush of air was heard as Finn materialized above the giant tiger. The tiger sensing danger instinctively swung a paw strike upwards only to be countered by void clash slash pushing him back a few steps while Finn was pushed back a few metres.

Suddenly both gold beasts vanished and sparks of gold clashed all around on the ground and in the air. Heaving and out of breath Finn retreated a couple metres back to rethink his strategy while the giant tiger was only breathing slightly heavily with an obviously huge amount of stamina left. “sh*t, what now?, system what can I do?”

-DING, RECOMMENDED THAT HOST COLLECTS SPIRIT PLANT AND THEN USE TRUMP CARD, NO OTHER OPTION LEFT, GOOD LUCK YOUNG CAT –

“If that’s how it’s going to then so be it”, Finn gloomy sighed “Its another all or nothing gamble, screw it, YOLO”. Then in the most spectacular move, Finn ran up a tree to the confused look of the tiger and dove towards the plant. Realization dawned on the demonic tigers face ” sh*t, this damn cat was going to steal this lord tigers spirit plant!” enraged this lord tiger charged towards Finn, but he was to slow. Finn had dug up the plant only for it to mysteriously disappear.

Finn looking at the incoming tiger smiled with relief as he finally attained the stalk. Sucking in a deep breath Finn let loose his trump card, Heavens Fury Meow – ROOOAAAR. Yet again another crater appeared in the sky dragon forest, and to the horror of the giant tiger it was pulverized by the sheer pressure and was insta-killed, but due to it being in the gold level realm it had not vaporized to Finn’s surprise.

A heavy exhaustion suddenly hit Finn like a freight train ” system what’s going on!?”
