“Everyone, this is Miss Anna Lin, the representative vice-CEO of Cheng Corps.”
The room became quiet as hell, everyone was shocked. They had thought that the vice-CEO wouldn’t be arriving until the next two weeks, heck, they were wearing casual attires right now!
Hui Yin stood up and glanced at the people around her. They weren’t much as the only one’s they would employ needed to have more than just the basic skills.
“I observed that most of you are wearing casual attire to work, yes?”
they broke into a cold sweat fearing that she was going to fire them.
Nevertheless, Hui Yin continued speaking ” Well, I for one do not mind it as we have just started this company. What I do not want to see here are clothes that show off too much skin” she smiled “as you know, I am the Vice-president appointed to this company, but that is a mere position alone. I would not be able to make this company work without all your help and I hope that we could all work together to make this the best selling company nationwide to make our President, Mr. Cheng, proud.”
Hui Yin didn’t like talking much but since they would be working together from now, she should at least give them a speech.
“Starting next month, we should all wear the compulsory clothes inside the company as we will officially launch our opening by then, pleased to work with you”
Everyone in the room who had been stunned to silence had suddenly broken out in fits of applauses. They had never thought that she would be thispleasing to work with! They were now motivated to work harder with her
“Mr. Shiba, I would like you to bring all the documents needed for signing. Thank you”
“right away, Miss Anna”
“Mr. Shiba, I need the stock rates for this year’s plan”
“yes, Miss Anna”
“Mr. Shiba, your lunch break. Go”
“I have eaten”
“very well” she nodded “Mr. Shiba, I need you to set up a meeting with the Finance Dept.[0]”
“would that be all, Ms. Anna?”
“No, the RanD [1], then the marketing department [2], the purchasing department [3], and lastly, the human resource management [4] to be there as well”
“.yes, Ms. Anna” human.Miss Anna, I don’t think you are human anymore.
One order to another, Hui Yin had been busy organizing most of the documents she needed for this months planning. It would have taken months for this but Hui Yin was determined not to dally.
Mr. Shiba, who has been sent here by Mr. Cheng to monitor as well as to follow her command as her PA [5] was amazed by her level of determination to the point he was scared of it.
“Ms. Anna, the meeting starts in 10 minutes”
“en”
“Good day Ms. Anna” the representative group of each department chorused.
She nodded and sat down, motioning for others to sit as well.
“what do you think about the company?” she asked. It was easy to know how determined they would be once these questions were set off
“ummthe company..ummm..is not..um..fully established yetAnd umthe faculties and facilities..are ummlacking” a woman with a curly short hair spoke up, she was from the finance department. She was quite the a shy type but being able to be a part of the representative group meant she was good at what she did
“yes, indeed Ms. Lin. Our market plans aren’t finalized yet as well, it may need quite some time”
“the Cheng Company has been a dream for a lot of people as they would want to work here, this has made us quite unsure of who to pick”
“the company here is still just a newly built one, Ms. Lin, the resources we need are still on progress.” One by one, the representatives of each department said what they thought
“hmmm” she stared at them, her gaze were clearly questionning their capabilities. “I want everything done in two weeks”
‘WHAT?!?’ Everyone stared in shock

[2] Marketing Department- promotes the business and drives sales of its products or services
[3] Purchasing Department- theyto ensure that all goods, supplies, and inventory needed for the organization to operate are ordered and kept in stock, as well as controlinventorylevels and costs associated with purchasing the items.
[4] Human Resource Management-responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers. They may also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training
