THE HERB KING - Chapter 303 Amishta’s Desire, News About the Underworlders
Chapter 303 Amishta’s Desire, News About the Underworlders
“Sir Aethelwolf, please come with us. Our tribe will do our best to express our gratitude.” Amishta stared at him with a shining gaze. The Barbarians respected the strong and a man like Aethelwolf was very attractive to her. She was already in her late thirties, but she haven’t found a man who was strong enough to subdue her. Who would have thought that she would actually meet Aethelwolf at this time? She didn’t want to miss this chance.
Aethelwolf hesitated for a moment. He came here to investigate the Underworlders’ movement, but he also coveted the strength of these Barbarian warriors. After weighing the pros and cons, he chose to accept the invitation. “Alright, but I won’t stay for long since I have something to do.” He said.
Hearing this, Amishta nodded her head. “Let’s go. I’ll take you to our tribe.” She then turned to her subordinates and shouted. “Take the corpses of these beasts! We will have a feast tonight!”
“Yes, Barbarian Empress!”
The Barbarian warriors cheered joyfully when they heard her words. They haven’t hunted so many magical beasts before and there were even a lot of high level beasts among their prey this time. Everyone eagerly lifted the corpses of the Gigantic Desert Scorpions. Some even collected their blood since it has many uses.
Seeing this, Aethelwolf suggested. “If you don’t mind, you can have these storage rings. You can use these to store those carcasses and blood.” He then handed a few storage rings to Amishta who stared at them curiously.
“We can’t use those storage rings.” Amishta shook her head and added. “We Barbarians can’t control world essence so we can’t open storage rings.”
“Who said that these storage rings need world essence? These rings are inscribed with runes that will automatically recognize their owner after you drip a drop of blood on them. You’ll underestimate once you try.” Aethelwolf said.
“That magical?” Amishta was surprised when she heard this and she immediately grabbed one of the rings. She then rubbed the surface of the storage ring on her wounded arm, smearing it with her blood. Soon, a connection between her and the storage ring appeared in her mind. It was a strange feeling, but she soon became used to it.
“I only need my thoughts to use it? How amazing!” Amishta had never seen something like this before. She hurriedly gave the rest of the storage rings to her most trusted subordinates and explained how to use them.
After a while, they collected all the corpses of the Gigantic Desert Scorpions. Even the pools of blood on the sand were collected.
After they had taken care of the carcasses, Amishta, and the Barbarian warriors took Aethelwolf to their tribe.
Aethelwolf learned a lot of things from them. Amishta’s tribe was called the Proud Tiger Tribe. They have four Level 5 warriors in total. The remaining Level 5 warrior was left to take charge of their tribe. According to Amishta, the Proud Tiger Tribe was the strongest Barbarian tribe in the Northern Region!
Soon, they arrived at a large settlement that was surrounded by bone fences. There were watch towers in each corner and each tower was manned by a scout. Warriors dressed in iron armor could be seen roaming outside the fences, their faces were grim and solemn, but when they saw Amishta and the army, their eyes flashed with respect and admiration.
“Barbarian Empress, welcome back!”
“Welcome back, everyone!”
The Barbarians also noticed Aethelwolf who was walking side by side with their empress. However, they didn’t say anything when they saw how respectful the army was to him.
Amishta eagerly said. “We’re here, Sir Aethelwolf. My tent is just up ahead. Please follow me.” She then turned to her subordinates and shouted. “Bring the spoils to the open grounds and tell everyone that we will celebrate tonight!”
“Yes, Barbarian Empress!”
After commanding her subordinates, Amishta brought Aethelwolf to a humble tent located in the middle of the tribe. It was relatively lowkey considered Amishta’s identity. When they entered the tent, Amishta took off her armor, revealing a tall and sexy figure that was covered with all sorts of scars.
Amishta didn’t seem to mind that Aethelwolf was inside as she changed into a clean set of clothes. Her explosive assets almost made Aethelwolf have a nosebleed. She didn’t even bother to cover that bushy region.
‘This girl is too open-minded. Is this a sneak attack? I haven’t prepared myself! Dammit!’ He thought in his heart as he brazenly stared at Amishta’s figure.
As if noticing his gaze, Amishta’s lips curved upwards as she let out an incomparably beautiful smile. “Did you like what you have seen?” She muttered in a teasing voice.
Oh? This girl actually dared to tease him?
Aethelwolf moved closer to her, making the proud and valiant Amishta flustered. “You’re big in the right places.” He chuckled.
When he saw her flustered look, Aethelwolf laughed lightly and casually grabbed a seat. ‘You’re too young to tease me, young lady.’ He muttered in his heart.
Amishta took a deep breath and slowly calmed herself. She then sat in front of Aethelwolf and stared at his handsome face with unconcealed desire.
Aethelwolf didn’t mind enjoying this valiant barbarian empress, but it wasn’t the right time for those things. He still had more important matters to take care of. Thinking about this, he put on a straight face as he said. “To tell you the truth, I came here to investigate the Underworlders. Do you have any information about them?”
Amishta’s expression became serious when she heard this. “I’ve heard a few things about them from the neighboring Lion Fang Tribe. They even asked for our support to subdue an Underworlder settlement. I haven’t given them a response yet because of those Gigantic Desert Scorpions. If you want, I can take you to their tribe. They know more than me.” She replied.
“Is that so? Then please arrange for a meeting with the Lion Fang Tribe. I’d like to speak with them.” Aethelwolf wanted to study those Underworlders in detail so that he would be prepared when they come to the civilized regions.
