The Hunter That Returned From Hell - Chapter 105
The instance the White masked man ordered to kill Kang-Ho all of the other assassin’s focus shifted towards Kang-Ho. They pounced towards Kang-Ho aiming to kill him as fast as possible. Looking at the scene finally the bodyguards had the chance to have a breath. Even though they were off the hook for now they knew that they couldn’t run away even if they tried, and also, they would never run away in this situation rage was burning in their heart after losing 2 of their close brothers. Right now, they would die rather than run away.
“Two of you stay here and protect the young master we will go and rest of you come with me and help that person. Right now, the assassins are focused on that man so this is the best opportunity for us to strike. Let’s take revenge for our fallen brothers.” Said the bodyguard who was more experienced in the bunch as he looked towards the assassins running towards Kang-Ho with flames in his eyes.
“YES, SIR!” shouted the bodyguards, all of them had the same flame in their eyes. Some of the bodyguards were trying to hold back the tear in their eyes as the bodies of their comrades laid right before them. They never imagined that the people who they have been friends with for so long would suffer such a bad fate.
-Gulp-
The white masked man gulped with nervousness as he saw his men attacking the culprit that attacked him sneakily, he was still nervous about the strength the masked man possessed. But after stealing his heart he made a move himself.
On the other hand, the man who was about to be attacked by a mob of people was standing before the crowd with unfazed eyes, he held his short sword on his hand and his hands were behind his back as if he was sightseeing. It seemed as if he didn’t even put the attackers in his eyes. Seeing this bizarre scene not just the white masked man even Moon Jung was amazed. They all had just one thought on their mind right now ‘Does he have some kind of death wish?’.
“DIE” one of the assassins shouted as he pounced at Kang-Ho alone just to probe the unknown man’s strength.
Kang-Ho just slightly moved his body towards the right and leaned, which caused the attack of the assassin to land on the thin air. Seeing this the attacker was stunned for a second but he quickly recovered from the shock. He was full of opening right now so he tried to change his position of his body, so that he does not face any attacks.
-SWISH-
Before he could move his body, he suddenly heard a sound of something, which was so fast that it felt like an object that was breaking through the air behind his back, he turned his head towards his back. The scene he saw next shocked him to his core, he saw the masked man looking towards him with carefree expression as always, yet this time one of his hand was still behind his back but his other hand was Infront of hi and he was holding a short sword there were little blood stains on the sword. The blood stain on the sword made the sword seem very beautiful.
But next something happened that made the assassin confused. Suddenly he felt as if he was falling down, he was unsure of what had happened, he wanted to talk but he felt as if he didn’t have enough power to open his mouth. He suddenly felt his head fall to the ground. As his head fell to the ground, he saw something so horrifying that he would never forget, as his head lay on the ground, he could see his body still standing tall as if nothing had happened. After seeing this scene, he lost his consciousness never to return again.
Seeing such a brutal scene all of the assassins came to a halt, they were mortified by what they had just witnessed. They kept looking at Kang-Ho ad the corpse one by one and only one word flashed passed their minds as they saw Kang-Ho standing with carefree expression as if nothing had happened, “Monster” was the only thing they could use to describe Kang-Ho right now.
“F**K! DIE” Yelled the white masked man, his sword once again started burning red as he came running towards Kang-Ho. He was angered to the extreme after seeing one of his people dying such an horrifying death. As he came towards Kang-Ho he swung his sword towards him with all his power. Amplified with the skill his speed was difficult for normal people to even see his arms move.
Kang-Ho sensed the danger and tried to move back, as soon as he moved before he had a chance t move away, he felt a piercing pain coming through his arm. It was the first time he was hurt to this extent after coming back.
Kang-Ho knew that he was no match for the white masked man so he once again tried to move back. He wanted to move towards the other assassins so that the white masked man didn’t have much of a room to swing his sword. Kang-Ho of all the people knew which fight to fight and which to avoid, and this was one of the fights that he must avoid.
As soon as he turned around and tried to leave, a grin could be seen appearing inside of the masked of the white masked man. He finally realized that Kang-Ho wasn’t that powerful.
‘He might have used some kind of skill to injure me back then.’ Thought the white masked man after seeing Kang-H trying to run away from him.
-SWISH-
As Kang-Ho was trying to run away, the white masked man swung his sword once more, this time he wasn’t aiming for arms or legs, this time he was straight aiming for the neck of Kang-Ho. The white masked man wanted to finish Kang-Ho as soon as possible to finish his objective.
Kang-Ho saw that sword move towards him, so he tried to move of the way of the sword as he knew that the attack was very dangerous. Kang-Ho moved a little but he was not able to completely dodge the attack from the white masked man. At the end the sword managed to hit his mask and a long crack appeared on Kang-Ho’s mask it started from his forehead to the cheek. It seemed as if the mask would fall off at any moment.
“HAHAHAH, where are you going to hide rat.” Said the white masked man, as he saw Kang-Ho running away.
-SWISH-
-CLANK-
The white masked man once again swung his sword but this time it was not able to reach Kang-Ho as his attack was blocked by three other swords. As he turned to see 9who it was that blocked his sword his anger soared. It turned out that it was precisely Moon Jung’s bodyguard that blocked the white masked man’s sword.
“You cowards are going to fight me? You think you can beat me with just three of you?” Asked the white masked man as he glanced at the owner of the swords that blocked him.
