{Dear Jay,

Hey my boy, I know you have a lot of questions about how I got caught and why I am forced to restart the Mewtwo project even though we both stopped it before. I dont have much time to write so I will simply say this, meet me in Cinnabar Island and we can talk. I intend to stop the experiment myself this time so focus on getting stronger before meeting me okay?

Why does everyone like to say a lot but at the same time say nothing! Well whatever as long as my old man is safe I’m fine with it but I will sure as hell kick his ass for answers alright. I went out to meet up with Red who separated from Blue.

Jay: “Where is blue?”

Red; “Ah Jay, Blue Left after Mew escaped”

Jay: “I see, well lets get a bicycle and head towards the gym”

After getting our bicycles we began riding on the cycle road, but the sudden Tangela pokemon jumped in front of Red stopped us both well Red crash face first into the ground though. A crowd of people walking across the road, as Red began getting back up on his feet looking at the crowd.

Red: “What the? Hey watch it! Don’t you look where other people are going!?”

Two men grab Red’s arms pulling him away from the carraige

Man #1: “Hey stop right there”

Man #2: “Miss Erika is in there!”

Red; “Wa? I DONT CARE I WANT AN APOLOGY FROM SOMEONE AN APOLOG-”

Erika: “It was our fault, everyone please be kind to apologize”

Everyone: “We are sorry” *Dogeza*

Red backs off at the sudden turn of events suddenly a man approach Red from behind trying to force him to bow

Man #3: “Bow when you are apologized to by the daughter of the richest man in Celadon City, and also the Gym Leader”

Erika: “You weren’t hurt were you? Obviously my tangela was being mischievous”

Red: “No I’m fine… But is it true your a Gym leader? If you are I request a Gym Battle”

Jay: “Include me in that as well since I came to Caledon City for its Badge”

Erika: “A battle…!”

Red: “Yeah, I won my badges at Pewter City and Cerulean City. So if I battle you I can earn another Badge right?”

Jay: Well I currently Have Pewter Gym, Cerulean Gym, Saffron Gym and Vermillion Gym badges”

Several Men: “How dare you challenge Miss Erika!”

As they try to approach I release my killing intent in my surrounding causing many to fall on their knees shivering in fear, a few fainted while Erika looked at me in Shock.

Jay: “Listen we did not come here to fight nor do we disrespect Erika, this is simply a battle challenge between trainers and gym leaders or should I report this to the Pokemon Assosiation and have them revoke Erika’s Gym Leader qualifications since a new Gym will open at Pallet town which is quite timely too”

Hearing my sudden threat Erika step out of the carraige

Erika: “I apologize on behalf of everyone, as Gym Leader I ofcourse accept the challenge. But I won’t battle the boy with the Red cap unless he clears off a trial”

Red: “Is it because I Only have two badges huh? Well whatever what is my trial?”

Erika: “Its simple, I want you to catch an Eevee for me”

Red left in a hurry without talking much further leaving me and Erika looking at each other.

Erika: “Follow me to the Archery range, we can have our battle there”

And so I left together with Erika, I also listened to the conversation she had with some people.

Inside the archery Erika was training a bit while I was taking a break, it was one of the agreements we made along the way that she can first practice her archery first.

Lady #1: “Lady Erika what are you thinking? Eevee is the main project objective, If its revealed to a boy like him-”

Erika simply stood still

Lady #1: “Miss?”

Erika: “Attack!” Her vileplume was swiftly called out and executed Magical Leaves killing a Drowzee behind the lady.

Lady #1: “EEP!”

Erika: “You were being followed, be sure to check your surroundings more, Jay we can have our battle but I hope you can understand that we will only use one pokemon for this battle as Im sure you have noticed we are being spied upon”

Jay: “Yeah, and I also have a faint idea who it is.”

We went over to the pokemon center getting permission to use the backyard for our battle.

Referee: “Its an official gym battle between Jay SIlver of Pallet Town against Miss Erika Gym leader of Caledon Gym, its a one on one battle. Lets the match begin!”

Erika: “Go Vileplume”

Jay: ‘I know alot of people hate the fast battle, but I will be ending this battle soon as well cause I will be leaving Red behind from this point on’ “Go Hestia”

Erika: “I commend you for your choice, but just like the rumours said you truly do look after your pokemons, seems Flint and Misty were right”

Jay: “Heh I thank you for your compliment but I intend finish this in one move.” I lower myself next to hestia and set the weights to 0

Erika: “Whether its arrogance or conceitedness I will like to see whether or not you have the ability to back up that talk. Vileplume use Magical leaves”

Jay: “Hestia Dodge using quick attack to get behind followed by fire blast”

No need to repeat right? The Leaves hit nothing but the ground with a trail of dust could be followed all the way to the back of Vileplume with a BANG a mushroom smoke rise up revealing a nicely cooked vileplume!

Referee was stunned: “AH! Vileplume is unable to battle, Jay Silver wins!”

Erika stood for a while there looking at her roasted pokemon and only snapped back when I kneeled beside it applying full restore onto it. Once it jumped back up full of energy Erika bowed towards me thanking for the lesson I taught her, seems most gym leaders forgot their roots to never underestimate their opponents so all is well. I managed to get the Rainbow Badge, Leaving only 3 More badges to collect! I left a message for Red with Erika, I really want to take a break from following the plot so far, since Red will probably also head to the Safari Zone I will go ahead since they opened up! Without battling but simply baiting and throwing balls is quite a different experience so I intend to have my 2nd date with Inori there. And When Red goes through the Diglett Cave where he would meet with Giovanni the TR Leader, I will instead start heading to Cannibar Island after I had my battle with Articuno.

But before all that after checking no one is around I opened the portal to my mini-world, walking towards my head quarters.

Ange: “Welcome back Jay, I suppose you wish to talk with the department leaders for feedback right?”

Jay: “Yes call them up, its time to plan ahead of time”

After a while in my office several heads and assistants of various departments took their seat in my small conference room.

Jay: “Thank you for coming on such a short notice, I am here for the update on the tasks I have allocated to you all”

Pokedex Department Head, Professor Snape: “Young Master Silver, as requested we have formed a collaboration with Professor Oak in his PokeDex Research. So Far we are trying to establish a connection between our servers using a hidden code, well I am not sure what more to say as its our IT department that will handle it. Basically they will add several security locks on locks to keep the link safe and our Pokedex Server will be isolated from our main server however the main server will update itself from time to time from the data it collects from our server”

Jay: “Good Work, Also start planning to update your server with the Johto PokeDex so when I start traveling in that region there won’t be any delays so we can also plan to put another branch in Johto Region as well.”

Daycare Department Head, Professor Erika: “Master Silver, currently our Daycare is under constructions. As per your request we already have prepared several young pokemons that is caught between Route 1 – 3 as our first display, we also designed a notice board with trading/adoption rules and information on our products, we have already finalized our prices and we managed to pull in the local Kanto Region Daycare in as our Branch. We have also talked and agreed with the Gym Department to open a isolated section in the Daycare where Trainers can leave their pokemons for my Gym Trainers to train their pokemons for them at a cost, we also included that we won’t be held accountable if their pokemons no longer listen to them since behaviors tend to change when trainers change. Thanks to the PokeDex Department deciding to link up with Professor Oak, we will be using Professor Oak as the central cennection point with the Pokemon Assosiation to pull Trainer information for the check up. That way we can compare whether the information they give us on hand is the same as the system. That’s all for our side”

Jay: “Good Work for your department and thanks for the Daycare Branch, must have been hard since I know that old couple sure are stubborn. I owe Ange a reward!, next up Gym Department”

Gym Deparment Head, Pallet Town Gym Leader Ellis: “Young Master, so far our registration with the Association has been completed and our badge is already designed, its a Ying-Yang Symbol. We were implored to finish our gym building as soon as possible so we mainly focused on completing the Gym Building first which is completed now, so we can replace Veridian City Gym until their gym leader returns or a new one is reinstated. Currently this gym focus on using Pidgeot, and Fearow as our main Pokemons for our Kanto Region trainers making us a Flying Type gym, but for Foreign Trainers we decided to use Staraptor, Unfezant and Talonflame. We also discussed with the Association and our technology department to create a Club Member system for pokemon trainers who wish to challenge each other at our gym like the Battle Stations in Kalos Region. Ofcourse even basic information of every trainer that is not registered is also included after we explained to them about our Daycare trading/adoption system”

Jay: “Excellent work and a nice out of the box Idea there! So whats up with my Technology Department?”

Technology Department Head, Smith: “Younger Master Silver, so far We managed to complete a number of gadgets, daily necessities, camping sets, etc. For our opening day we are currently only awaiting the completion of the buildings, we have already pulled all the Pallet Town local shops together in one place and they agreed to become our employees. We will buy their product as a extra amount of income for them which will allow us to expand not only in the Technology competition but also in the Food Industry, so we are hoping to have your approval to use your specialized recipes for specific pokemons to sell it with our unique brand the ying yang symbol.”

Jay: “Amazing work, you guys really went beyond what I wanted. You have my permission to sell the pokemon food but not my recipes! No matter what they offer don’t sell it, the Pokemon World simply dont have Immortal grade Berries. It will cause more harm than good. Next up Ranch Department!”

Ranch Department Head, Charlotte: “Young Master, so far our Ranch is nearly completed thanks to Professor oak who gave us some advices and contacts to use. So far we prepared 45 Miltanks to stay on the ranch while I rest we will keep in this world as to avoid suspicions. We also managed to pull many teenagers from the Orphanages into our Ranks to look after Miltanks ofcourse after training and recieving our Sigil* (A/N I forgot to add this in the story but anyone who enters the mini-world gets a sigil planted on their shoulders as to prevent them from talking about the world’s existence, information will be erased when a slight intention is felt in any form) So we covered my shortage of workforce.”

Jay: “Thanks for the positive report, I look forward to drinking some Milk! Next up Contest Department”

Contest Department Head, Miss Rias: “Young Master, I’m happy to inform you that our application has been approved and that we will be the first to open a Contest Building for Kanto Region. It is also confirmed that Veridian, Cerulean and Saffron is also deciding to build Contest buildings to start implementing the yearly Contest Festivals, we are also appointed to be the first group of Judges for the Festival. As for our Building was completed after the Gym since the Pokemon Association wants it also to be completed fast, it appears the lack of entertainment in Kanto is more severe than we imagined.”

Jay: “Excellent, make sure to have our Fashion Department to create some clothes for you all to wear to represent it to the world, So Deparment heads and Shadow Department heads report on the orphanages and protection”

Shadow Department Head, Deadeye: “Young Master, I am happy to report that we managed to clean out almost all of the orphanages in Kanto Region. The Department heads managed to create a Education Department that took one of the empty floors for the administration and schools has been built thanks to our Androids and pokemons who helped us speeding it all up. So far we are allowing the children to choose the direction they wish to walk their journey at the age of 10 after they have been educated or they can continue studying in their respective fields. Most of the children that were older than 10 we decided to educate them for 3 years to get their knowledge up to par with adults of the pokemon world before letting them decide their way as well. Ofcourse we also teach them the fact that they are our family and to protect it the sigil is there and its uses as a precaution for any child. Ofcourse we the Shadow Department also teach them the way to see whether or not someone is up to no good.

In Regards to Professor Oak’s safety, we fought off several Team Rocket Grunts who tried to probe the security a few times. It appears Miss Sabrina, gym leader of Saffron City is a Team Rocket Admin. It took 5 of our men to force her to retreat. Luckily we protected the Professor. The good news is the grunt’s pokemons have been taken from them and we are currently rehabilitating them”

Jay: “Good Work, You all have been quite busy while I was drawing attention. Team Rocket knows of my Mew but they don’t know me as I was in my disguise at that time. I intend to battle my next Gym battle using Mew to completely draw their attention to me while I will go towards Cinnabar Island to have a talk with my Father. It seems they already restarted the Mewtwo Project once more. Speaking of Mewtwo, Professors how is the mewtwo on our side?”

Professor Melina: “Master SIlver, so far we managed to stabilize its condition thanks to your research note in the library (Yep the Library of Heaven Path was given a physical form of a library in my office!!), we also managed to eliminate the side effect causing this Mewtwo to become a completely new pokemon of its own instead of a copy of mew. Our Estimation is that it will awake in 2 days”

Jay: “Alright good work everyone, keep up the good work. I should arrive in Pallet Town in 4 – 5 Days and will check up the situation in person. Meeting Adjourned! Thank you everyone, sorry I want to talk more with you all but I have to rush this journey as it seems TR is moving their plans now that they have been exposed several times”

I met up with Inori at the Clinic seeing that the pokemon I gave her to look after is well enough we both left the mini-world booking a room in the hotel to sleep at.
