Misty: “Come out Staryu!”

Jay: “hmmm… Come out Hestia!”

Staryu stood silently watching intently at Flareon appearing in front of it, Misty look at me as if looking at an idiot. Yep today it’s flareon’s turn to battle a disadvantage gym battle hehehe, wonder how misty will take it if she knows how strong my Flareon really is.

Jay; ‘Yue can you buy one of the time limited exp boosters please, sorry misty I’m using your pokemons as my exp farm since according to my first gym battle I realized gym leader pokemons offer more substantial amount of exp winning’

[Yes, deduction 25000 points…. activating 4 hours 3x Exp Gain. Points Balance: 163650]

Its painful but its for battling Zapdos, I need to atleast get Levinia to level 65 for her first 1 on 1 legendary battle, so we are back at the battle field.

Misty: “Are you underestimating me or something?”

Jay: “You know Flint of Pewter Gym said the same thing, but I’m not. I’m simply using this battle as a part training for my flareon to overcome its type disadvantage”

Misty: “I see, Well staryu use Bubble beam!”

Jay: “Hestia use double team followed by sunny day!” (Telepathy) ‘Hestia once sunny day is active start charging the solar beam’

Many doubles began appearing on multiple rocks, staryu kept shooting beams making the double dissapear but it reappears shortly after words, suddenly a sharp ray of light could be felt from the sun shining through the windows onto the battlefield.

Misty: “Staryu dive in the water!” Feeling something is wrong she decided to play it safe for a moment.

Jay: “Hestia start charging ‘IT’”

Flareon nodded before standing solid with her eyes closed, her body began to give off a faint glow that goes on and off. Noticing what we were planning to do

Misty “Staryu use water gun quick!”

Jay: “If it was someone else it might have work but you see…”

The moment Staryu came out of the water Flareon’s eyes open wide releasing a beam from her mouth towards staryu.

Jay: “You were underestimating me there, you see Hestia already began charging solar beam the moment sunny day was active. I simply gave that order to charge to distract you”

a loud explosion occured on the field as smoke began rising but slowly dissapating, once it was clear staryu was floating on the water fainted.

Referee: “Staryu is unable to battle, Flareon wins!”

Misty: “Staryu return, thanks partner and sorry I got carried away. Thanks for the lesson” She smiles confidently “Now its my turn to teach you, Go Starmie!”

Jay: “Good Job Hestia, I’m proud of you so return and take a rest, Go Cordelia!”

My flareon was recalled and in its place my vaporeon appeared, the reason for it? Well nothing big just that I felt like it.

Misty: “Now water in front of a water pokemon expert?”

Jay: “Well I intend to become a eevee expert so yep it will include its water side”

Misty: “Hmph! Starmie use Hydro Pump!”

Jay: “Cordelia dive into the water” (Telepathy) ‘Once the attack stop jump and use Scald’

Seeing the massive amount of water launching towards her, vaporeon managed to dive in the water barely. But what she and I never would expect was…

Misty: “Starmie hit it with Psychic!”

Starmie immediately attacked Vaporeon with psychic attack, being caught unprepared vaporeon fell on the rock with no chance to execute her order. Slowly she began getting back on her feet glaring at Starmie.

Jay: ‘She got us good this time, kind of forgot that pokemon is part psychic’ (Telepathy) ‘Cordelia, use rain dance, then use quick attack to dive into the water and swim towards her’

Vaporeon howled towards the skies as dark clouds began to form above the battle field before pouring down rain, she swiftly jumped into the water swimming towards starmie.

Misty: ‘Why is his pokemon moving without his command?’

Jay: “I will let you in a secret, not that it will do much but you see I cultivate both aura and psychich energies. You heard of it right, telepathy”

Upon realizing what my words meant

Misty: “Starmie use HydroPump!”

Jay: (Telepathy) ‘Stay underwater and endure the attack’

Starmie released another large amount of pressured water towards vaporeon that’s still underwater.

Misty: ‘Huh? Why?’

Yep, for those who forgot my vaporeon has Water Absorb ability that restore 1/4 health upon recieving a water based attack, since I knew misty will use a strong water attack I used the water to shield the incoming water to reduce the impact it would have. Yes Yes *bows* I’m a genius

Jay: “Vaporeon use ice beam followed by Iron tail”

This was my counterattack, Starmie got frozen stuck onto the rock by Vaporeon’s ice beam. Using the momentum of falling Vaporeon slammed the iron tail solid on the crystal starmie causing it to faint from a critical hit. Exhausted and filled with pain vaporeon still stood proudly while a soft panting could be heard.

Referee: “Starmie is unable to battle, Vaporeon wins!”

Misty: “*Sigh* Good work out there partner, take a nice long rest. I can’t believe it, I thought I would corner but to think you overturned everything”

Jay: “Cordelia, good work it was tough on you huh? take a good rest. Well you really did, I mean that counter attack was really something, if I had not trained my pokemons to recieve psychic attacks on a daily basis she would have fainted there, and at the last part I made use of her ability ‘Water Absorb’ and the water to deal with your starmie’s hydro pump. If not I really would have lost there.”

Misty: “Not bad at all, you taught me some neat tricks I can implement with my own pokemons so I’m grateful seeing a promising pokemon trainer like you around. So lets finish this! Go Gyarados!”

Gyarados: “ROAR!!!!!”

Jay: ‘I really can’t get used to it, its not scary but that pokemon’s face is just not pleasant to look at’ “Come out Lillith!”

Misty: “You really did not lie just how many eevee evolutions you got so far?”

Jay: “Hehehe, I got flareon, vaporeon, jolteon, umbreon, espeon and a Eevee. According to my information I managed to get from other region professors I am still 3 evolution types short to have the current known team eevee’s”

Misty: “Not bad at all! Lets start, Gyarados use Hyper beam!”

Jay: ‘Shit that’s one big beam alright’ “Lillith use Reflect followed by Trick Room!”

An invisible shield forms infront of Espeon while she start using her energies to form a cubic barrier that covered the battlefield, the beam shot towards espeon but reflect managed to send some of the attack right back at Gyarados.

Misty: “Gyarados use Dragon Pulse!”

Jay: “Not in my room, Lillith use Charm followed by yawn!”

As you all know trick room is quite tricky, the faster the pokemon the slower it becomes. Espeon sprinted towards gyarados and released a charming energy making it flinch interrupting its action, suddenly espeon yawned and a bubble began forming from her nose till it burst making gyarados fall asleep.

Jay: “Time to finish this, use Dream Eater followed by Giga Impact!”

*BOOM*!!!!! Gyarados laid right next to misty fainted.

Referee: “Gyarados is unable to battle, Jay Silver has win the Gym battle!”

Misty: “Good Job out there Gyarados, you were awesome” She gently patted gyarados before recalling it back into its ball “Your strong, congratulations here is the Cascade badge as proof of your victory, Don’t let this victory go to your head though!”

Jay: “Hehehe no I wont and Thanks” ‘Hmmm time to head to Saffron city next to challenge Sabrina after that I will head to Vermillion City. Right about now Red should be probably at the Sea cottage helping that storage manager dude who get himself zapped into a mutated rattata’ “I will be heading off to Saffron city, so take care!”

Seeing that it still 4 hours left I went towards one of the Bike stores, although I have a bicycle I’m short on time since I need to be in Vermillion City before Red Arrives. Otherwise I won’t get that Badge at vermillion city which will be truly annoying. I enter one of the Bike Factory shops and the first thing that caught my eyes was the bike that looks similar to the Harley Davidson Roadster.

Jay: “Owner I would love to buy this bike!”

The man looking at my excited face could not help but chuckle at me.

Owner: “Ofcourse, it cost 25 million Pokedollar and do you have a driver’s licence?”

Jay: “Yes I do have” I hand over my bank card and trainer ID, all my licence’s are linked to my trainer ID card making it easy to simply have one card to rule them all.

After the paper work and transfers was done, I started the bike and swiftly sped off to Saffron City!!
